Иконографското богатство на изображенията на свети Йоан Рилски отдавна привлича интердисциплинен научен интерес във връзка със съхранението, представянето и дигитализацията на богатото културно наследство на Рилския ставропигиален манастир като паметник на културата от световно значение и централен поклоннически свещен обект на България. Иконите, църковните символи и молитвените шествия като елемент на туристическото брандиране на поклонничеството достигат до границата на светските и религиозни културни практики представящи живото православно наследство. Проучването на визуалната репрезентация на образа на българския светец-покровител в художествено-богословски детайли заслужава интерес в контекста на йеротопията на култа към светиите, техните мощи и икони и други обекти свързани с почитането им.Iconographic abundance of images of Saint John of Rilla for a long time attracts scholarly interest in regard of preservation, presentation, and digitalisation of the rich cultural heritage of Rilla stavropigial monastery as a monument of culture of international value and central pilgrimage sacred site in Bulgaria. Images, church symbols, and prayer processions as element of tourist branding reach the border of secular and religious cultural practices that represent live Eastern Orthodox Christian heritage. Exploration of the visual representation of the image of Bulgarian patron saint in artistic-theological details deserves interest in the context of the hierotopy of the cult of saints, their relics and icons, and other objects related to their veneration
Learning Analytics for Improving the Results of Training: State of Research in the Field

Metrics Data Analysis for Web Service Selection

Note for Global Existence of Semilinear Heat Equation in Weighted L^∞ Space

Inverse Scattering by Obstacles and Santalo’s Formula
[Stoyanov Luchezar; Стоянов Лъчезар]We consider some problems related to recovering information about an obstacle K in an Euclidean space from certain measurements of lengths of generalized geodesics in the exterior of the obstacle – e.g. sojourn times of scattering rays in the exterior of the obstacle, or simply, travelling times of geodesics within a certain large ball containing the obstacle. It is well-known in scattering theory that this scattering data is related to the singularities of the scattering kernel of the scattering operator for the wave equation in the exterior of K with Dirichlet boundary condition on the boundary. For some classes of obstacles, K can be completely recovered from the scattering data. On the other hand, for some obstacles the set of trapped points is too large and this makes it impossible to recover them from scattering data. We discuss also a certain stability property of the trapping set, which is obtained from a generalisation of Santalo’s formula to integrals over billiard trajectories in the exterior of an obstacle. The growing abundance of information in all spheres of
public life, stemming from the rapid take-up of new information
and communication technologies, poses new challenges for the
development of mankind.
The study examines this phenomenon inthe field of education
as education is of particular importance and has complex influence on
the whole human life and careers.
The need to establish, from an early age, some sort of “filters” in the
consciousness of students to help them sift the really important things
in the ocean of information and develop their knowledge in a consistent
and balanced way, building on sustained learning, is key to their
harmonious development as citizens and professionals, regardless of their profession.
At the same time, the increasingly sophisticated AI systems for logical reasoning
can and should find an adequate implementation in education, assisting this essential
process of filtering and promoting the so-called critical thinking among
adolescents
Implementation of GDPR Requirements in the Information Systems of Consumer Financing Companies
From the point of view of information systems, EU General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR) is traditionally associated with the imposition of strict procedures and restrictions on the storage,
processing and transmission of personal data. The aim of this paper is to propose a comprehensive approach
to implementing GDPR requirements in information systems and applications operating in the consumer
financing area. The research is based on an analysis of the business process and the typical information
infrastructure of a credit institution on one hand, and on specifics of GDPR compliance in this sector, on
another. As a result of this development, basic guidelines are proposed for how, while implementing GDPR's
requirements, business can be expanded by creating the fundamentals for introducing cutting-edge
information technologies, upgrading existing applications, developing new integration solutions, and
developing B2B platforms. The main conclusion made from this research is that when carefully planned
and implemented with the right technological solutions, GDPR compliance in the consumer financing
companies can open up new business and technological opportunities, thereby ensuring further optimization
of company operation and eventually enhancing customer satisfaction
Various Methods for ABC Analysis of Inventory in MS Excel with Examples
The technologies in the IT industry play an important part in all areas of business and education
in the contemporary world. It is hard to imagine how most activities could go smoothly without computer
and software. The purpose of this paper is to present an idea for inventory ABC analysis. A sample dataset
is used. A classification of the inventory by empirical and graphical method in MS Excel is carried out. The
application of ABC analysis in inventory management leads to a differentiation of inventories into three
groups – the most essential, the least essential for the activities of the organization, and all between them.
Depending on the level of importance of the inventories, different approaches for their management are
recommended. This leads to the need of optimizing logistic costs. The proposed approach can be used in
the educational processes for students and also for real practical applications in inventory management
in logistics.
