Get PDFПод формата на виртуален културно-исторически маршрут в настоящата статия се представят две исторически теми. Едната е свързана с първото мащабно и организирано българско политическо движение през ХІХ в. – борбите за самостоятелна църква и създаването на Българската екзархия. Втората тема е свикването и работата на Учредителното събрание в Търново през 1879 г., приело първата Конституция на Княжество България. В изложението е показана и връзката между създадената през 70-те години на ХІХ в. българска протодържава – Екзархията и новата българска държава, основа на която е Търновската конституция от 16 април 1879 г.In the form of a virtual cultural-historical route, this article presents two historical topics. One is related to the first large-scale and organized Bulgarian political movement in the nineteenth century - the struggle for an independent church and the creation of the Bulgarian Exarchate. The second topic is the convening and work of the Constituent Assembly in Tarnovo in 1879, which adopted the first Constitution of the Principality of Bulgaria. The exhibition also shows the connection between the Bulgarian proto-state established in the 1870s - the Exarchate and the new Bulgarian state, based on the Tarnovo Constitution of April 16, 1879

No full textТемата е посветена на съвместния проект между НЧ „Надежда 1869” и РБ „П.Р.Славейков. Целите на проекта са съхранение и популяризиране на българското културно наследство в европейския контекст на културни и креативни индустрии, културен обмен и културно многообразие чрез: (1) Представяне и популяризиране стойността на културното богатство на читалището; Популяризиране на темата за книжните съкровища на читалищната библиотека и иновативно онлайн представяне на старопечатния фонд, съхраняването му в електронен вид за улесняване на достъпа до него и опазването му за бъдещите поколения; (2) Популяризиране на историческия читалищен салон, свързан с държавността и първия надпис „Съединението прави силата” чрез дигитализация на архивната документация; (3) Стимулиране на устойчиви партньорства, обмяна на опит и знания, обединяващи научен и практически опит в опазването на културното наследство и доброволчеството.
Читалище „Надежда 1869“ е свързано с исторически събития важни за българската държавност. В неговия театрален салон са заседавали три Велики народни събрания. То полага начало на библиотечното и музейното дело, на театъра, киното и художествената галерия в града. Читалищната библиотека разполага с фонд от 48 787 единици, а старопечатната сбирка e от 446 книги, вестници и списания от периода XVI - ХІХ в. Най-стара е книгата Служебен миней, отпечатана във Венеция през 1588 г. и съдържаща религиозни текстове на гръцки език. За дигитализация е избрана темата „Българското образование до Освобождението“, състояща се от учебни помагала по езикознание, природни науки, математика и история – общо 78 заглавия. Дигитализацията се извършва в специализирания дигитален център „Север+“ на РБ „П.Р.Славейков“, създаден по програмата БГ08 „Културно наследство и съвременни изкуства“. Успешната реализация на дейностите по проекта ще спомогне за опазване и популяризиране на знания, подобряване на достъпа чрез дигитални технологии до специализираните колекции на Старопечатния фонд и популяризиране на историческия читалищния театрален салон - национална ценност, чрез включването им в културната съкровищница „Север+“, рубриката „Старопечатен фонд” и уебсайта на читалището.The topic is dedicated to the joint project between „Nadejda 1869” community Center and Regional Library „P.R.Slaveykov”. The objectives of the project are preservation and popularization of the Bulgarian cultural heritage in the European context of cultural and creative industries, cultural exchange and cultural diversity through: (1) Presentation and popularization of the value of the cultural wealth of the Community centre; Popularization of the theme of the book Treasures of the Community Library and innovative online presentation of the old Printing fund, storing it in electronic form to facilitate access to it and its preservation for future generations; (2)Popularization of the historical cultural hall, connected with statehood and the first inscription „Unity makes Power” by digitization of archival documentation; (3) Stimulating sustainable partnerships, exchanging experience and knowledge, bringing together scientific and practical experience in the preservation of cultural heritage and volunteering.
The community Center „Nadezhda 1869” is associated with historical events important for the Bulgarian statehood. Three great folk assemblies were sitting in his theater hall. It starts the library and museum work, the theater, the cinema and the Art Gallery in the city. The library has a fund of 48 787 units, and the old-print collection consists of 446 books, newspapers and magazines from the period 16th-19th century. The oldest is the book „The Work Miney”, printed in Venice in 1588 and containing religious texts in Greek. For digitization is selected the topic „Bulgarian education to Liberation”, consisting of teaching aids in linguistics, natural sciences, mathematics and history – a total of 78 titles. Digitization is carried out in the specialised Digital center „North +” of Regional Library “P.R.Slaveykov", created under the program BG08 „Cultural Heritage and contemporary arts”. The successful realization of the project activities will help to protect and promote knowledge, improve access through digital technologies to the specialized collections of the old Printing fund and popularization of the Historical Theatre Hall -National value, through their inclusion in the cultural treasury „North +”, the rubric „Old print Fund” and the website of the Community Center
Digitalization of Ukrainian Cultural Heritage`s Objects in Poland: Collections of Ethnography and Art, Photo Libraries, Archives
No full textThe large numbers of material culture`s objects that originate from Ukrainian territories of the late XIX — mid XX centuries are preserved in Polish museum and archival institutions. The main groups can be distinguished: museum collections of ethnography and art, archival documents and photo libraries (negatives and photo prints). Polish specialists, who have been digitizing such collections for long time, also deal with Ukrainian material, often involving Ukrainian scholars for attribution. A large part of the material is posted online (sometimes as separate projects), which provides an opportunity to get acquainted with Ukrainian cultural heritage of wide audience (most often associated with ethnographic Hutsul and Bojko Regions), for example, photos of Hutsuls and Hutsul life by Gonsiorovsky, Poddembsky, Dutkevych, Senkovsky. Most digitized objects are stored on institutions' servers, and scientists are given access to information during their research. Further usage of these documents by scientists is regulated by the legislation of the European Union and the relevant institution. Within the framework of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation, digital copies are transferred to Ukraine. In this way, the objects of Ukrainian cultural heritage become available for knowledge to the wide audience
Some NP-Complete Problems for Attribute Reduction in Consistent Decision Tables
Get PDFOver recent years, the research of attribute reduction for general decision systems and, in particular, for consistent decision tables has attracted great attention from the computer science community due to the emerge of big data. It has been known that, for a consistent decision table, we can derive a polynomial time complexity algorithm for finding a reduct. In addition, finding redundant properties can also be done in polynomial time. However, finding all reduct sets in a consistent decision table is a problem with exponential time complexity. In this paper, we study complexity of the problem for finding a certain class of reduct sets. In particular, we make use of a new concept of relative reduct in the consistent decision table. We present two NP-complete problems related to the proposed concept. These problems are related to the cardinality constraint and the relative reduct set. On the basis of this result, we show that finding a reduct with the smallest cardinality cannot be done by an algorithm with polynomial time complexity
Application of Serious Educational Games in the Educational Process in Bulgaria
No full textThe paper presents concepts for serious educational games and their use in the educational process. The entry of serious games in Bulgaria is in its initial stages, but it has already begun. One preferred educational game suitable for testing the knowledge used in our country is Kahoot. The use of humanoid robots for training purposes is considered. Students' opinions on the use of serious games and virtual learning are presented.This work was supported by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science under the National Research Programme “Young scientists and postdoctoral students” approved by DCM #577/17.08.2018
Приложения на калиграфията при създаване на произведения с интердисциплинарен характер
Get PDFЕвропейската калиграфия има хилядолетна история, която е белязана от различни етапи и превратности. Те оказват влияние на съвременните естетически тенденции в графичния дизайн, типографията и изкуството да пишем красиво. На предстоящата конференция се представят няколко примера за основни калиграфски шрифтове и техните интерпретации, както и подготовката и реализацията на илюстарции в графичен отпечатък (литография). Крайният резултат са артистични книги, вдъхновени от поемата "Божествена комедия" на Данте Алигиери и по-конкретно частта "Ад", и придружаващите графики на Густав Доре. Артистичните книги са подплътени в специално създадени кутии, които допълнително обогатяват творческите търсения, предизвиквайки интерес у зрителя. Интердициплинарния подход и поставените комплексни задачи, които включват триизмерна графика, виртуална реалност, литография, книжен дизайн и т.н., представят нов прочит върху книгата, илюстрацията и калиграфията.European Calligraphy has a millennial history that has been marked by various stages and vicissitudes that influence modern aesthetic tendencies in calligraphy and typography. In the forthcoming conference will be presented some interesting examples of fundamental calligraphy scripts and their interpretations, as well as the preparation and realization of illustrations in graphic prints (lithography). The final result are artistic books inspired by Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy poem, and in particular the Hell part, as well as Gustav Dore's graphics. The books are enriched with specially made cases, that further fortify the creative pursuits of the authors and to arouse interest in the viewer. The interdisciplinary approach and complex tasks, including 3D graphics and virtual reality, present a new read on book, illustration and calligraphy

Така те не само са "забравени" от съвременните обущари, но и трудно биват разпознавани като предназначение и функция. Ето защо идеята на авторите е да споделят своя опит при проучването и систематизирането на данните, които съпътстват идентификацията на предметите постъпващи във фондовете на музеите. Как се извлича максимална информация с помощта на експерти, майстори и други специалисти, за да се преоткрие функцията на тези инструменти и тяхното значение като културна ценност.The article is a result of good collaboration between representatives of two separate institutions engaged with the research, preservation and promotion of cultural and historical heritage. The text presents shoemaking tools that with the time become obsolete and now are no longer in use in the craft. This way they are not only "forgotten" by the modern shoemakers but it is also very difficult to be identified as purpose and function. The idea of the authors is to share their experience during the research and systematization of the facts, that go along with the identification of the objects, that are becoming a part of the museums funds. How the maximum information is benefited with the help of the experts, craftsman and other specialists to rediscover the function of those instruments and their meaning as a cultural valuables
Същност и значение на християнската вяра в съвременния свят
Get PDFАвторът предлага дискурсивен анализ на новозаветната вяра, основан на библейското определение за нея (Евр. 11 гл.) и реализацията в живота на старозаветния патриарх Авраам, образец на вярата в трите монотеистични религии. Изборът на автора падна на Авраам поради сходството в Божието водителство към него в Стария завет и към образите в Новия завет. Оттук се правят богословски изводи за това каква следва да бъде библейски основаната християнска вяра днес. При направения богословско-етичен анализ на последователните етапи в стъпаловидното развитие на вярата, визуализирани в авторска диаграма, се открояват правилното дефиниране, значение и влияние на всеки етап в реалния живот на съвременния християнин. Теоретичния аспект на изследването ползва методи на систематичното богословие, библейската херменевтика, екзегетиката, както и научни изследвания на понятието "вяра" (Вл. Свещников, К. Барт, Ал. Мен, Вл. Соловьов, Д. Киров и др..). Практическият аспект на изследването се основава върху духовния опит на Авраам, историческия опит на Църквата, както и личния опит на автора – богослов и клиничен психолог. Този текст цели да вдъхнови християните да преодоляват ежедневните изпитания чрез дръзновено изкачване по стъпалата на вярата, което издига и Авраам до истинската слава, дадена му от Бога. А Божието обещание е, че изпитанията никога няма да надвишат силата на изпитвания.The author offers a discursive analysis of the New Testament faith, based on the biblical definition of it (Heb. 11) and the realization in life of the Old Testament patriarch Abraham, a model of faith in the three monotheistic religions. The author's choice fell to Abraham because of the similarity in God's guidance to him in the Old Testament and to the images in the New Testament. This leads to theological conclusions about what the biblically based Christian faith should be today. In the theological-ethical analysis of the successive stages in the stepwise development of the faith, visualized in the author's diagram, the correct definition, meaning and influence of each stage in the real life of the modern Christian stand out. The theoretical aspect of the research uses methods of systematic theology, biblical hermeneutics, egzegetics, as well as scientific research on the concept of "faith" (Vl. Sveshnikov, K. Barth, Al. Men, Vl. Solovov, D. Kirov etc.). The practical aspect of the study is based on the spiritual experience of Abraham, the historical experience of the Church, as well as the personal experience of the author - theologian and clinical psychologist. This text aims to inspire Christians to overcome daily trials by boldly climbing the steps of faith, which also elevates Abraham to the true glory God has given him. God's promise is that trials will never exceed the power of the one who has ben tested
