network supports national initiatives for open data from publicly funded research to be findable,
accessible, interoperable, reusable (FAIR Data). Access to and re-use of the data is possible
in full for those persons whose personal data meet specific user requirements - institutional
affiliation, qualification, to name a few. The GDPR is designed to harmonize data privacy laws
across the European Union, while GRDPR + includes next year's GDPR and similar data
privacy regulations. The challenge is how to combine Open access and Open data with GDPR+

Containers in High Performance Computers – Case Studies

(HPC) due to the need for escalation of the privileges in the implementation of the containers
as well as the difficult one integration with batch systems. Singularity is a better alternative to
Docker containers in HPC developed by the Berkeley Laboratory (Lawrence Berkeley National
Laboratory). The performance of containerized applications and the ability to set up and
configure parallel applications with multiple dependencies on external (third party) software
packages is assessed for the following cases: one compute node is only used (32 cores);
multiple software packages in one container for classification of chest X - ray images of patients

Приложение на методи от нелинейната динамика за анализ на вариабилността на сърдечната честота
Get PDFThe article presents the results of the study of the nonlinear properties of the dynamics of the intervals between heartbeats obtained from digital ECG signals of healthy subjects, patients with arrhythmia and patients with heart failure. Data analysis was performed by applying the following two methods of nonlinear dynamics: Recurrence plot and Poincaré plot, comparing with the linear histogram method. The visual evaluation of the repeating diagrams constructed by the Recurrence plot allows obtaining quick information about the behaviour of the studied process. The reduction of the complexity of the process (heart rhythm) and the transition to periodicity is indicative of a pathological change in the regulation of heart rhythm. Poincaré plot is a useful tool when rare and sudden disorders occur against the background of a monotonous heart rate. Башкирский мифологический баит «Сак-Сук» и сказки, легенды болгарского народа
Get PDFБашкирский баит «Сак и Сук» является одним из популярных поэтических произведений народного устно-поэтического творчества. Баит широко распространен среди башкир, татар и чувашей. Данная статья посвящена исследованию параллелей в сюжетах башкирских текстов мифологического баита «Сак-Сук» со сказками и легендами болгарского народа о кукушке (филине) и сове. Выяснилось, что у данных фольклорных произведений сходная сюжетная основа: проклятие матерью своих непослушных детей и превращение их в птиц, которым не суждено встретиться друг с другом. Отличия лишь в названиях птиц, хотя у двух народов главные герои превращаются в ночных птиц из семейства совиных. И в некоторых случаях в болгарских фольклорных произведениях один из героев (в основном дочь) превращается в кукушку.The Bashkir bait "Sak and Suk" is one of the most popular poetic works of folk oral poetry. Bait is widespread among the Bashkirs, Tatars and Chuvash. This article is devoted to the study of parallels in the plots of the Bashkir texts of the mythological bait Sak-Suk with the tales and legends of the Bulgarian people about the cuckoo (owl) and the owl. It turned out that these folklore works have a similar plot basis: the mother curses her naughty children and turns them into birds that are not destined to meet each other. The differences are only in the names of the birds, although in the two peoples the main characters turn into night birds from the owl family. And in some cases, in Bulgarian folklore works, one of the heroes (mainly a daughter) turns into a cuckoo
