Чрез разбор на очерталите се категории са изследвани отличителните пунктове, концептуалните им основи, приложения и естетически стойности. Get PDFРелигиозните и църковни пространства са едни от най-специфичните среди за адаптация на хора с увреждания на слуха. Присъствието и потребностите на глухи и слабочуващи на всякаква възраст е значително предизвикателство за компетентностите на клира да подсигури равнопоставен достъп до църковната култура за хора с увреждания. Недостатъчно проучено е съотношението на нивото на религиозни потребности на мнозинство и малцинства, които от гледна точка на съзнанието за човешки права следва да бъдат еднакъв социален приоритет. Правата на образование и вероизповедание включват систематично подсигуряване на подрастващите с адекватен достъп до църковно приобщаване и религиозна просвета, чувствителни и към потребностите на хората с увреден слух. Специализираното опазване, представяне и цифровизиране на църковното културно наследство е фундаментално за професионалната подкрепа на религиозното информиране и приемане на субкултурите от вярващи със сетивно обусловени комуникационни ограничения, които отношения могат да допринесат за социалната им интеграция и добруване.Religious and church spaces are one of most specific environments of adaptation of people with hearing disabilities. Presence and needs of deaf and hard of hearing people at any age is quite a challenge for the competencies of priests to assure equal access to church culture for disabled. There is no enough research on the relation of levels of religious necessities of majority and minorities that in regard of human rights awareness have to be equal social priority. Rights of education and confession include systematic provision to children and youth an adequate access to church socialisation and religious instruction, sensitive to the need of people with hearing disabilities as well. Specialised safeguarding, representation, and digitalisation of church cultural heritage is basic for the professional support of religious information and inclusion of subcultures of believers with sensory defined communicational deficits, that could be helpful for their social integration and wellbeing

Епископската базилика в Пловдив: In-Situ музей от ново поколение
Get PDFСтатията представя процеса на създаване на най-новия музей в България – епископската базилика в Пловдив. Проследени са етапите на разкриване на обекта, както и процесите на неговата социализация в контекста на актуални музеоложки концепции. Новият музей е сравнен с други аналогични модели. Откроени са първите стъпки в работата му. Успешният старт на новия културен топос в Пловдив ме провокира да лансирам термина "хибриден музей" като обобщение на първоначалния успех на епископската базилика.The article presents the process of creating the newest in-situ museum in Bulgaria – the bishop's basilica in Plovdiv. The stages of the discovery of the object and the course of its socialization are traced in the context of some actual museological concepts. The new museum is compared with other similar models and the first steps of its activity are shown. The idea of introducing the term "hybrid museum" was launched as a summary of the successful start of the new cultural topos in Plovdiv
Енергията на местните празници за съхраняване на културно-историческото наследство: емпиричен поглед
Get PDFВ доклада се анализират резултати от дълбочинни интервюта и фокус групови дискусии, проведени през есента на 2021 г. в гр. Садово, гр. Елин Пелин, гр. Габрово, с. Болярци, с. Нови хан, гара Елин Пелин и с. Пожарево в рамките на проект "Местните празници: ресурс на локалните общности за справяне с кризи", финансиран от ФНИ на МОН (KП-06-H45/5 от 30.11.2020). Във фокуса на изследването са местни фестивали и по-специално начинът, по който техните организатори ги разглеждат като механизъм за запазване на традициите на локалната общност. Особено внимание е обърнато на въпроса за значението на тези събития за представянето и съхранението на културното и историческо наследство. Без претенции за изчерпателност са представени различните гледни точки на представители на местна власт, на организатори на местни празници и на представители на ромската етническа общност. Местните празници в български контекст, независимо от тяхната тематична насоченост притежават собствена енергия, която ги отличава от други подобни събития и в този смисъл са антипод на страха и социалната изолация, особено в кризи, каквато е пандемията от Ковид 19. В повечето случаи, тези събития могат да бъдат разглеждани като част от процесите на изграждане на локални идентичности, които черпят ресурсите си от това, което се привижда, реконструира и аргументира като локално наследство.The report analyzes the results of in-depth interviews and focus group discussions held in the fall of 2021 in Sadovo, Elin Pelin, Gabrovo, Bolyartsi, Novi Han, Elin Pelin and Pozharevo within the project "Local Holidays: a resource for local communities to deal with crises", funded by the NSF of the Ministry of Education and Science (KP-06-H45 / 5 of 30.11.2020). The research focuses on local festivals and in particular the way in which their organizers view them as a mechanism for preserving the traditions of the local community. Particular attention is paid to the importance of these events for the presentation and preservation of cultural and historical heritage. The various points of view of representatives of local authorities, organizers of local holidays and representatives of the Roma ethnic community are presented without claiming to be exhaustive. Local holidays in the Bulgarian context, regardless of their thematic focus, have their own energy, which distinguishes them from other similar events and in this sense are the antithesis of fear and social isolation, especially in crises such as the Kovid pandemic 19. In most cases, these events can be seen as part of the process of building local identities, which draw their resources from what is imagined, reconstructed and argued as local heritage
