Въпреки това тази територия остава все още неглижирана когато става дума за културното ни наследство. По-скоро изключения са примерите за успешно онлайн присъствие в социалните медии, но дори и при тях се забелязва липса на цялостна комуникационна стратегия. Изследването разглежда този проблем, базирайки се на конкретни примери и си поставя за цел да даде насоки за това как конкретни бизнес модели могат да бъдат приложени към популяризирането на различни културни обекти в страната.Digital marketing and social media in the last few years became into a mandatory communication tool when we want to reach our audience faster and engage it better with the cultural site, we are popularizing. However, this territory remains neglected when concerns cultural heritage. The existing examples of successful online presence in social media are mostly exceptions, but even then there is missing overall communication strategy. Thе article examines this problem based on specific examples and aims to provide guidelines on how specific business models can be applied to the promotion of various cultural sites in the country

През втората половина на ХХ век днешната Чешка република преминава през много политически, териториални и културни реформи – Втората световна война, комунистическото поглъщане на Чехословакия през 1948 г., съветската инвазия в Прага през 1968 г. и Нежната революция от 1989 г. Производството на стъкло в следвоенните десетилетия претърпява както възстановителни така и еволюционни процеси. В периода между 1950 г. и 1980 г. има и положителни събития под формата на международни участия и награди, налагане на нова съвременна естетична и художествена идентичност на материала стъкло. Моментите засегнати в доклада, обобщено представят период на художествено развитие под силен политически натиск и ограничение. Въпреки всички обществени напрежения, изкуството от стъкло в Чехословакия се движи в положителна насока и отваря нова страница в световния свят на изкуството.In the history of Czech, the glass material is centuries of uninterrupted traditions. In the second half of the twentieth century, today's Czech Republic undergoes thru many political, territorial and cultural reforms – the Second World War, the Communist takeover of Czechoslovakia in 1948, the Soviet invasion of Prague in 1968 and the Revolution of 1989. Glass production in post-war decades undergoes both reconstruction and evolutionary processes. However, between 1950 and 1980, there are also positive emotions in the form of international participations and awards, imposing a new modern aesthetic and artistic identity of the glass material. The moments described in the report, in summary, speak of a period of artistic development under intense pressure and constraint. In spite of all political tensions, the glass art in Czechoslovakia moves in a positive direction and opens a new page in the world of art

Монументалното изкуство, натоварено да утвърждава и пропагандира властта на тоталитарната държава в унисон с нарасналите й потребности, се превръща във водещо и определя в голяма степен общия процес. Важна роля в освобождаването му от налаганите отвън норми играят и организираните международни и национални симпозиуми по скулптура през втората половина на 20-ти век. По времето на соцреализма сериозни художници създават стойностни произведения с непреходна ценност, доказвайки че за голямото изкуство не може да има спънки. Творчеството на скулпторът Панайот Димитров –Понката се отличава с ярко изразен модерен стил, който се усеща най-силно в кавалетните му творби. Тенденцията към разпад на фигуративното начало и навлизането на абстрактните форми първоначално се развива в кавалетната, а постепенно и в монументалната пластика. Смяната на власта през 1989 г. и последвалият твърде продължителен „преходен период" се отразяват и в сферата на монументалното изкуство, а икономическият упадък на България рязко снижава възможностите на скулпторите ни да се изявяват.The Bulgarian sculpture in the conditions of the totalitarian system of government is developing dynamically and contradictingly. Monumental art, commissioned to promote and propagate the power of the totalitarian state in line with its growing needs, has become a leading and largely general process. The international and national sculpture symposiums organized in the second half of the 20th century also played an important role in its release from the imposed external norms. During the days of socialism serious artists created valuable works of constant value, proving that there can be no obstacle to the great art. The work of the sculptor Panayot Dimitrov - Ponkata is distinguished by a pronounced modern style, which is felt most strongly in his cavalier stulptures. The tendency to decay the figurative beginning and the penetration of the abstract forms originally developed in the cavalier, and gradually in the monumental sculpture. The change of authority in 1989 and the subsequent, protracted "transition period" also reflected in the field of monumental art, and Bulgaria's economic decline dramatically reduced the sculptors' ability to express themselves

Производството е организирано и осъществявано единствено от монасите в границите на градските и извънградските манастирски ансамбли.In a period IX-X century the ceramics in a metropolis beyond the bounds of craft production and becomes a creative peak of the material old-Bulgarian culture. Untrasient character and high artistic value characterize this art. The production is organized and carried out only by the monks within the boundaries of the urban and extra-urban monastery ensembles. The processes of development in the country's politics and economy have led to the prosperity of Preslav in a period IX - X century, but the Preslav ceramics as a characteristic mark of Old Bulgarian culture remains unknown to the modern Bulgarian

Get PDFИнтерпретирането на църковното наследство като част от общата местна и глобална култура, както и организирането на енорийската социализация като специфична форма на социално възпитание, считана за традиционна, са неутрални образователно-информационни подходи за реализация на християнските ценности и православни обичаи като елементи на българските практики на формиране и изява на глокална идентичност. Съвременните практики на прицърковно образование и православна социализация, разчитат на новите педагогически и андрагогически методи и подходи, постепенно става част от цялостната система на социални грижи и съчетава адекватен опит с действителните процеси на индивидуално развитие. Дори при социализма, когато държавните младежки политики са идеологизирани, връзката на религиозните наследства с местните патриотични и глобални туристически ценности осигурява на хората на всички възрасти аформална конфесионална култура. В по-далечното минало подрастващите са били духовно просвещавани и социализирани в хода на реалния православен църковен живот и неговите особености по отношение на модернизацията. В бъдеще иновацията на историческия опит в представянето и социализацията на специфичното богословско наследство, понякога изразено в клирическо и монашеско призвание, ще продължи да е социокултурно предизвикателство за всички заинтересовани страни.Interpretation of church heritage as part of general local and global culture, and organizing of parish socialisation as social enculturation are neutral educational-informational approaches of adopting Christian values and Orthodox traditions as elements of Bulgarian identity formation. Contemporary church-based education and socialisation relies on most recent pedagogical methods and approaches, gradually becomes a part of the whole system of social care, and combines adequate experiences with actual processes of individual development. Even in socialism, when state youth policies had been ideologised, link of religious heritages with local patriotic and global tourist values provided people at all ages with aformal religious culture. In earlier past youth had been educated and socialised religiously along real Orthodox Church life and its specificities regarding modernisation. In future the innovation of historical experience in the representation and socialisation of the specific theological heritage, sometimes expressed in clerical and monastic vocation, will still be socially and culturally challenging to all stakeholders
Edge of Chaos in Memristor Cellular Nonlinear Networks
Get PDFInformation processing in the brain takes place in a dense network of neurons connected through synapses. The collaborative work between these two components (Synapses and Neurons) allows for basic brain functions such as learning and memorization. The so-called von Neumann bottleneck, which limits the information processing capability of conventional systems, can be overcome by the efficient emulation of these computational concepts. To this end, mimicking the neuronal architectures with silicon-based circuits, on which neuromorphic engineering is based, is accompanied by the development of new devices with neuromorphic functionalities. We shall study different memristor cellular nonlinear networks models. The rigorous mathematical analysis will be presented based on local activity theory, and the edge of chaos domain will be determined in the models under consideration. Simulations of these models working on the edge of chaos will show the generation of static and dynamic patterns.Project KP-06-H28/
Detection of River Floating Garbage Based on Improved YOLOv5
Get PDFThe random dumping of garbage in rivers has led to the continuous deterioration of water quality and affected people’s living environment. The accuracy of detection of garbage floating in rivers is greatly affected by factors such as floating speed, night/daytime natural light, viewing angle and position, etc. This paper proposes a novel detection model, called YOLOv5_CBS, for the detection of garbage objects floating in rivers, based on improvements of the YOLOv5 model. Firstly, a coordinate attention (CA) mechanism is added to the original C3 module (without compressing the number of channels in the bottleneck), forming a new C3-CA-Uncompress Bottleneck (CCUB) module for improving the size of the receptive field and allowing the model to pay more attention to important parts of the processed images. Then, the Path Aggregation Network (PAN) in YOLOv5 is replaced with a Bidirectional Feature Pyramid Network (BiFPN), as proposed by other researchers, to enhance the depth of information mining and improve the feature extraction capability and detection performance of the model. In addition, the Complete Intersection over Union (CIoU) loss function, which was originally used in YOLOv5 for the calculation of location score of the compound loss, is replaced with the SCYLLA-IoU (SIoU) loss function, so as to speed up the model convergence and improve its regression precision. The results, obtained through experiments conducted on two datasets, demonstrate that the proposed YOLOv5_CBS model outperforms the original YOLOv5 model, along with three other state-of-the-art models (Faster R-CNN, YOLOv3, and YOLOv4), when used for river floating garbage objects detection, in terms of the recall, average precision, and F1 score achieved by reaching respective values of 0.885, 90.85%, and 0.8669 on the private dataset, and 0.865, 92.18%, and 0.9006 on the Flow-Img public dataset.National Key Research and Development Program of China under the Grant No. 2017YFE0135700, the MES by the Grant No. D01-168/28.07.2022 for NCDSC part of the Bulgarian National Roadmap on RIs, and the Telecommunications Research Centre (TRC) of the University of Limerick, Ireland
On standing waves and gradient-flow for the Landau–De Gennes model of nematic liquid crystals
Get PDFThe article treats the existence of standing waves and solutions to gradient-flow equation for the Landau–De Gennes models of liquid crystals, a state of matter intermediate
between the solid state and the liquid one. The variables of the general problem are
the velocity field of the particles and the Q-tensor, a symmetric traceless matrix which
measures the anisotropy of the material. In particular, we consider the system without the velocity field and with an energy functional unbounded from below. At the
beginning we focus on the stationary problem. We outline two variational approaches
to get a critical point for the relative energy functional: by the Mountain Pass Theorem and by proving the existence of a least energy solution. Next we describe a
relationship between these solutions. Finally we consider the evolution problem and
provide some Strichartz-type estimates for the linear problem. By several applications
of these results to our problem, we prove via contraction arguments the existence of

Designing a Heterogeneous Sensor Tier for the EMULSION IoT Platform
Get PDFThe design of a heterogeneous sensor tier for the generic, multi-service, cloud-based, IoT operational platform EMULSION is presented in this paper, along with typical hardware examples and deployment schemas involving different types of sensor sets and monitoring stations for detecting and notifying about the changes occurring in the physical world. Aided by the communication tier, the sensor tier deals also with issues of heterogeneity related to the integration of different IoT things, objects, devices, etc., into EMULSION.
