    一般的に建築を学ぶ大学の教育課程では、建築環境教育と建築設計教育は別課程となっており、その連携は希薄である。そこで、これらをつなぐ建築情報学カリキュラムとして、BIMおよびシミュレーションツールを利用したバイオクライマティックデザイン手法を採用した授業プログラムを計画し、これを「建築情報処理Ⅱ」にて実施し、その効果を検証した。 本稿では、当該授業プログラムとして作成した教材や実施方法を紹介すると共に、履修した学生によるアンケートをテキストマイニング手法等により分析し、その結果を考察した。Generally, in the curriculum of a university that studies architecture, architectural environment education and architectural design education are separate courses, and their cooperation is weak.     新しいタイプのリガンドを合成してタンパクとの結合を調べた。リガンドとして[Co(Tyr)3], [Co(Phe)3],[Co(Trp)3]を合成してそれぞれ異性体の分離を行なった。フロンタルアフィニティークロマトグラフィー(FAC)を用いて、ウシ血清アルブミン(BSA)との結合の強さを調べた。解離定数Kd値は 10-6から10-8Mであった。立体異性体間にも1.6から2.0倍程度の違いがあることが明らかになった。アミノ酸を3個金属錯体上に集積することによりアミノ酸単独よりも桁違いに強く結合することがわかった。3個のアミノ酸の組み合わせで、多様なリガンドが作れる可能性がある。Abstract: Novel type of ligands were prepared and their binding to a protein was investigated. [Co(Tyr)3], [Co(Phe)3], and [Co(Trp)3] were prepared as ligands, and their stereoisomers were separated. Their binding to bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by using frontal affinity chromatography (FAC). The dissociation constants(Kd)were 10-6 - 10-3 M. The Kd values differ between stereoisomers. Three amino acid molecules are accumulated on a metal complex, and such complex is promising in designing effective ligands of a protein.departmental bulletin pape

    本研究は、教育の歴史、教育制度及び「総合的な学習の時間」を概観し、 J .デューイの教育理論の一つであるオキュペーション概念による探究的な学習への情報機器活用の可能性を探ることが目的である。 ある中等教育学校3年生の数学科関数の授業における教室談話をもとに分析した。その結果、情報機器の活用によって、生徒の既有の知識 が再構成され、新たな概念が形成されることが示唆された。The purpose of this research is to give an overview of the modern public education system and to explore the possibility of better application of the utilization of information equipment to the inquiry learning required in modern education based on the occupation concept, which is one of the educational theories of educational thinker J. Dewey, who has an influence on modern education. Based on a class example of the mathematics department of the third grade of junior high school aiming to realize the purpose of "total study time", we focused on a certain student and analyzed the development of the functional concept by the utilizing of information equipment. As a result, it was suggested that the utilization of information equipment would reconstruct the existing knowledge of the students and form a new concept.departmental bulletin pape

    Consideration of the Compact Life Project from the Standpoint of Linguistic Ecology

    Yasushi Noguchi's Compact Life Project prompts us to reconsider our "devotion to large scale" by delving into the lives of people of different countries—Kenya, Japan, Sweden, and so on—who live remarkably simple lives.  This study investigates the life of a woman living in the slums of Kenya covered by this project, and adopts linguistic ecology as a theoretical framework to explore how language functions for this woman in a wholly different language environment from Japan. More specifically, we assess the speech of this woman through semi-structured interviews on the theme "interpersonal relationships in my life up to now," and consider how language functions for her and how she networks with others. In other words, the study qualitatively examines whether she is consciously aware she is building mutual negotiative relationships as she goes about living her life.  We found that even in the slums of Kenya which are far removed from Kakamega where this woman is from, she consciously maintains relations with her blood relatives and continue to speak her own native dialect, which suggests that these behavioral traits are linked to her own cognitive and sentimental stability.departmental bulletin pape

    Acceptance of Programming Education in Japan A Study of Deviation between Technologies and Societal Expectation

    日本では、2020年度から学校教育においてプログラミング教育が義務化され、ますます普及してきている。しかし、テクノロにジ関ーする教育と社会の期待には違いがあると考えられる。本稿では、日本で塾形式のロ ボット教室・プログラミング教室を新聞記事で分析することによって、この不一致の理由を調査する。In Japan, programming education has been made compulsory in elementary education since 2020, and became more and more popular. However, there is a deviation between education on technology and societal expectations. In this paper, we will examine the reasons for this gap by analyzing newspaper articles, and private schools teaching robot or programming in Japan. We find that since 1999, topics such as robot or programming classes have appeared in newspaper articles, and since 2013, the number of articles have dramatically increased. Growing popularity in this private schools came from the strategies to appeal to non-cognitive skills such as how to tackle challenges. In addition, some of these companies attempted to associate these schools with brand image of the national origin such as Denmark. In this way, private schools respond to social expectations. Therefore, we find that the gap between technology education and social expectations raise in the lack of emphasizes of non-cognitive skills and soft power.departmental bulletin pape
