Impact of introducing remote working/learning on demand for housing and neighborborhoods in Japan under COVID-19 pandemic
Get PDF新型コロナウィルス感染症対策でテレワークや遠隔授業の普及が進み、暮らしのあり方が大きく変わっている。そこで本研究では、テレワーク・遠隔授業の実施状況、それにより住まいやまちに求めるようになったものを把握するため、国内のテレワーク・遠隔授業の経験者に対するアンケート調査を実施した。This paper aims to clarify the impact of introducing remote working/1earning on demand for housing and neighborhoods in Japan under COVID-19 pandemic. We conducted a questionnaire survey and pointed out that'spatial independence'and'room soundproofing'are the most required for housing regardless of the type of answerer and his/her dwelling. Concerning demand for neighborhoods, residents in medium density districts have more complaints in every aspect, which suggests that the value of areas between urban and rural territories are being reexamined.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFWith the advent and widespread of web-based manga, expressions that differ from traditional paper-based manga have
often been observed. "Vertical scrolling manga", which readers scroll vertically, is at the core of such new formats of
expressions. Here, we argue the following two terms to use. One is "条漫" (in Japanese: jouman, in Chinese :Tiaoman), which
is generally used for vertical scrolling manga in Chinese, and another is " 頁漫" (in Japanese: pejiman, in Chinese :Yeman),
traditional paper-based manga.
Also in this paper, we reexamine the concept of pages, which is usually defined by the physical conditions of paper media.
Therefore, in reading a certain panel of manga, when the series of panels that the readers have to read to understand the
one in question match the frame of upper level that is consists of panels in eyeshot, we newly define the frame as a page.

Remote Detection of Body Temperature Using Infrared Array Sensor Grid-EYE
Get PDFRecently physical and health conditions in everyday life have very important significance for COVID-19. Temperature is an important indicator that can reflect the pathophysiological state of the human body. The far-infrared thermal image can represent human body surface temperature. This paper presents remote detection of body temperature using an infrared array sensor, Grid-EYE. Object detection was implemented with a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based on the You Only Look Once (YOLO) model. Using Grid-EYE, we can notice fever of humans, dogs, and cats. The experiment results showed that the proposed system is utilized in indoor remote monitoring system to detect heat stroke in a room.departmental bulletin pape

Ireland’s independence is both a traitor and a hero at the same time. Two films based on this story, The Man Who Lies
by Alain Robbe-Grillet and The Spider’s Stratagem by Bernardo Bertolucci, introducing a theme of the doubles, switch
the background of Ireland’s independence to anti-Fascist resistance. Robbe-Grillet’s leading character calls himself Boris
Varissa or Jan Robin and one shoots down the other at the end. Through the absurd lives of the doubles, it exposes the
vacancy of narration.
In Bertolucci’s film, a father and a son who have the same name Athos Magnani are played by Giulio Brogi alone. The
son tires to reveal the truth of his father’s assassination in Tara and his investigation causes the symbolic killing of his
father. The father unified with the local town makes his son a prisoner.
Tara is also the homeland where Scarlett O’Hara repeatedly comes back in The Gone with the Wind. Though Scarlett and
Melanie Hamilton are seemed to be the contrast characters, the author Margaret Mitchell divided the original heroine into
these twin characters. For Irish quarter and communist Bertolucci, Tara is the fatherland both where he should abandon

A numerical simulation method for non-Markovian master equations
Get PDF非マルコフ型マスター方程式は近似なしに厳密解を求めることが難しいため、数値的に解を求める方法を示した。具体例として、厳密に解くことができるJC-modelについて計算を行った。解析解と数値計算の結果はよく一致し、この数的値解法が有効な方法であることがわかった。In this paper, a numerical simulation method for non-Markovian master equations is described. This method is a generalization of the Markovian Monte Carlo wavefunction method into the nonMarkovian regime. Characteristics of physical fitness of female university students with low back strength index
Get PDF本研究では， 2010年度から2019年度までのL-BI とH-BIの女子大学生の体力を比較し，L-BIの女子大学生の体力改善の知見を得ることを目的とした。対象者は東京工芸大学工学部の女子大学生（年齢：18～19歳）170人 (L-BI : 107 人， H-BI: 63 人）であった。その結果，L-Blの女子大学生の体力（背筋力, 握力，上体おこし，腕立て伏せ， 垂直跳び，立位体前屈），は，H-BIの女子大学生のそれより有意に劣っていることが示された。以上のことから，背筋力指数は種々の体力要素を反映することが示唆された。さらに，L-BIの女子大学生の低一体力の改善には,定期的なダイナミックな身体活動の実践が必要であることが推測された。The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of physical fitness of female students with a low back strength index (L-BI, less than 1.0) at Tokyo Polytechnic University from academic year (AY) 2010 to AY 2019. Therefore, the physical fitness of L-BI female university students were compared with that of a high back strength index (H-BI, 1.5 or higher). A total of 170 (107 L-BI and 63 H-BI) first-year female students (18-19 years old) participated in this study. As a result, it was
shown that the physical fitness (back strength, grip strength, floor sit-ups, push-ups, vertical jump,standing trunk flexion) of female university students with L-BI were significantly inferior to that of H-BI. Considering the above results, it was suggested that the back strength index indicates the total physical fitness. Furthermore, it was considered that female university students with L-BI need regular practice of dynamic physical activity.departmental bulletin pape
