No full textThis study aims to analyze the behavior of new voters in the 2024 regional elections at GKPI Padang Bulan Private High School. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study describes the phenomenon of the behavior of GKPI Padang Bulan Private High School students in choosing their chosen leaders. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of observations, interviews, and documentation were used as the basis for inductive analysis. The results of the study indicate that new voters have a good understanding of the importance of participating in elections and are actively seeking information, especially through social media. However, the challenge of disinformation remains, which can influence voter decisions. This study is expected to provide insight into the behavior of new voters and contribute to the development of more effective election socialization strategies

No full textThis research examines the engagement communication strategies of various Pentahelix model actors in the management of tourism destinations in the Majestic Banyuwangi program. A qualitative research method was employed, with interviews serving as the data collection technique. The study indicates that the five Pentahelix actors, consisting of the government, businesses, academics, communities, and the media, play crucial roles in building engagement communication strategies. The government regulates and facilitates, businesses act as adept negotiators, academics shape understanding of issues, communities serve as decision-making centers, and the media act as information disseminators. Engagement communication strategies based on the Pentahelix model can enhance community participation and strengthen inter-actor relationships. Cross-sector collaboration and community participation bolster the development of cultural tourism. With effective promotion and holistic communication strategies, Majestic Banyuwangi has the potential to become a globally competitive tourist destination, particularly in cultural tourism
THE RITUAL COMMUNICATION AS A MEDIUM FOR CULTURAL PRESERVATION AND COLLECTIVE IDENTITY: Study on Nyadran Sonoageng Tradition
No full textNyadran Sonoageng tradition is a Javanese ritual that combines spiritual values, local culture and Islamic teachings. This study uses a sociocultural approach with communication ethnography method to explore the Nyadran tradition in maintaining social harmony in the midst of changing times. Based on James W. Carey\u27s ritual communication perspective, this study found that symbolic elements such as jolen offerings, processions, and kenduri act as a medium of symbolic communication capable of transmitting collective values. Cross-generational participation in this ritual shows that Nyadran\u27s role as a space to build communication harmony and maintain cultural continuity in a society. The transformation of implementation from simple or traditional to modernization in the implementation of Nyadran, such as the integration of entertainment elements and folk markets, shows the flexibility of tradition in responding to the dynamics of modernization

No full textCooperatives according to the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council, NO: 141/DSN-MUI/VIII/2021 concerning guidelines for the establishment and operation of sharia cooperatives, sharia cooperatives are business entities consisting of one person or a cooperative legal entity that bases its activities on cooperative principles as well as as a people\u27s economic movement based on the principle of kinship based on sharia principles. This research will try to examine the background of the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council, No: 141/DSN-MUI/VIII/2021 concerning Guidelines for the Establishment and Operation of Sharia Cooperatives and try to see the ijtihad method used by the MUI using the nash qathi, qawli and manhaji approaches. Analyzing the background of the fatwa here uses the concept of maslahah murlah to determine the benefits of determining the fatwa. Based on the research results, it was found that the background in making the fatwa was to try to provide an answer to the legal certainty of sharia cooperatives in response to the request from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs and to emphasize that existing sharia cooperative businesses are in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law

No full textThis journal is motivated by the large number of business actors in Sedau Village who sell processed products but have not received halal certification. Halal certification through self-declare is recognition of the halalness of a product for micro and small business actors based on statements by business actors regarding the halal status of products based on the conditions set by BPJPH with the requirement that business actors have a companion who has been registered to undergo the halal product process and the determination process halal by the MUI fatwa commission. Halal certification is regulated in Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Guarantees for Halal Products in article 4 which states that every product that enters, circulates and is traded in the territory of Indonesia must be halal certified. The discussion in this journal is (1) What are the factors that cause a lack of legal awareness of micro and small business actors in carrying out halal certification through self-declaring? (2) What is the review of Islamic law on the legal awareness of micro and small business actors in carrying out halal certification through self-declare?

No full textThis research aims to explain Arabic language learning using grammar and translation methods that can train students in writing, measure students\u27 memory, increase Arabic vocabulary, facilitate the translation process, make it easier to determine the position of sentences and compose essays, as well as train other writing skills. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Jombang with the aim of knowing about writing skill learning, applying the grammar and trasnlation method to increase skill, and knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors of applying the method. This study uses a qualitative approach method, namely by using a descriptive qualitative research method. Data was collected using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The collected data in the form of words were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) the ability to memorize books of class XI students at MAN 2 Jombang is quite good as seen from learning Arabic at each meeting. (2) the application of the grammar and trasnlation method is to make it easier for students to improve writing skill. (3) The advantages of implementing this are that it makes it easier for students to determine the position of sentences by understanding the nahwu shorof rules and also makes it easier for students to translate from Arabic to Indonesian and vice versa. While the drawback of this method is the quick explanation of the material by the teacher in a short time

No full textConstructivism theory is a learning theory that is oriented towards forming the structure of thought patterns and students\u27 understanding of the material through experience and the learning process. This form of implementation in the field, especially in learning maharah kalam in Arabic, can be supported using the cooperative learning method. This research aims to determine the implementation of constructivist learning theory in maharah kalam learning using the cooperative learning method. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach carried out at Madrasah Tsanawiah Satu Atap Al-Hidayah, Batu City, East Java. Data collection techniques use observation techniques and interview techniques. The data analysis used is the Miles, Huberman and Saldana analysis technique with three steps, namely condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research include the following (1) implementation of constructivist learning theory in maharah kalam learning at Madrasah Tsanawiah Satu Atap Al-Hidayah, Batu City with the cooperative learning method applied according to the steps and principles of learning, so as to provide a pleasant learning experience for students . (2) the problems encountered in implementing constructivist learning theory are a lack of initiative in discussing learning material and a lack of motivation in learning Arabic, so that efforts to deal with the problem of implementing constructivist learning theory are for teachers to provide encouragement and motivation in learning Arabic and make improvements- improvements in learning

Get PDFUIN Mataram mempunyai visi dan misi dalam mencetak lulusanya. Sebagaimana visi uin mataram yakni berdaya saing internasional dengan integrasi keilmuan dalam membangun masyarakat yang shaleh, moderat, cerdas dan unggul. Adaya kemoderatan itu telah ditunjukkan dalam visi uin mataram sehingga perlu adanya penguatan dan pengintegrasian keilmuan. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti mengidentifikasi pemahaman moderasi beragama di kalangan mahasiswa baru prodi IQT FUSA UIN mataram. Maka perlu pemahaman kepada mahasiswa baru mengenai moderasi beragama karena masih banyak mahasiswa baru yang belum mengetahui apa itu moderasi beragama bahkan ada yang baru dengar istilah moderasi beragama di kampus. Dengan adanya itu peneliti mencoba untuk menguatkan konsep moderasi beragama kepada mahasiswa baru prodi IQT khususnya karena prodi ini lebih sangat bisa menggunakan dalil-dalil dalam beragama. Sehingga pentingnya moderasi beragama ini untuk mengurai problematika intoleransi secara umum. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana pemahaman mahasiswa semester awal T.A. 2022/2023 IQT FUSA terhadap konsep moderasi beragama?, 2) Bagaimana sikap mahasiswa semester awal T.A. 2022/2023 IQT FUSA terhadap keberagaman. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pemahaman tentan moderasi agama bagi mahasiswa awal belum sepenuhnya memahaminya namun dalam sikap atau tindakan dalam fenomen keberagamaan rata-rata mahasiswa bisa toleransi dan peran mahasiswa di sini adalah agen perubahan dalam kebaikan serta membangun moderasi beragama di tengah-tengah masyarakat yang multikultural.
Scientific Analysis of Evaluating the Methodology of Confirming Hilal Observing Reports in Determining the Beginning of the Hijri Month
Get PDFThe report of hilal rukyat observation has an important role in determining the beginning of the Kamariah month, especially the months of Ramadan, Shawwal, and Zulhijah. To avoid doubts about Hilal witness reports, a methodology is needed that can scientifically confirm the results of observers\u27 witnesses. This research proposes the concept of methodology for confirming Hilal observation reports based on science by considering astrophysical elements such as atmospheric extinction, atmospheric pollution, sky and moon brightness, and sensitivity (acuity) of the human eye when reporting Hilal observations. This research uses a descriptive method to describe the situation that occurs in the field and uses a statistical approach to present the results of data analysis to support the framework. The results showed that computations were performed to test the validity of Hilal observation reports by referring to three components: source, link, and receiver. A methodology was developed as criteria in confirming Hilal witness reports, including reproducibility of observations, consistency with astronomical data, and validation by Falak authorities. The critical analysis involved a review of the literature on Hilal witness confirmation, an evaluation of the accuracy of the observer\u27s rukyat with astronomical data, and an examination of the validity of the methods used
