    Spiritual-Based Management: Accessibility Of Da\u27wah For The Visually Impaired In The DPD Pertuni Of North Sumatra

    Accessibility of da\u27wah is used to facilitate access to information on da\u27wah. Visually impaired people need accessibility of da\u27wah to make it easier to learn Islam. This study aims to explain the accessibility of da\u27wah in religious guidance programs for blind people with disabilities in PERTUNI North Sumatra by using spiritual management in managing activities to achieve effective and efficient goals. This research uses qualitative methods conducted at DPD PERTUNI North Sumatera with data collection techniques in observation and interviews. The subjects in this study were 5 instructors and 3 blind people. Data management uses 4 methods: data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the existence of religious guidance for the visually impaired has positive implications for themselves, not only in terms of religion but also in terms of their economic and social impact, so that this religious guidance program motivates for them to get out of a sense of adversity and backwardness to be empowered and take their role in social life.     Building the "Golden Generation": Understanding the Drivers of Investment Behavior in Gen Z and Millennial Women

    Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge and personality traits on the investment behavior of Gen Z and Millennial women with education level serving as a mediating variable.Method: The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The study sample includes Gen Z and Millennial women in Bekasi Regency. A purposive sampling technique was used, combining online and direct questionnaire distribution methods as well as interviews. A total of 100 respondents were selected for the study.Result: The findings indicate that financial knowledge does not directly impact investment behavior or education level. However, personality traits significantly influence both investment behavior and education level. Additionally, education level significantly affects investment behavior. While education level does not mediate the relationship between financial knowledge and investment behavior, it does mediate the relationship between personality traits and investment behavior.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This research underscores the importance of financial knowledge for Gen Z and Millennial women, particularly as Gen Z is poised to become the "golden generation" by 2045. By fostering sound financial management practices through financial knowledge and personality traits, individuals can effectively convert income into long-term assets through various investment instruments. This, in turn, contributes to sustainable economic development and growth

    Impact of Greenwashing and Perceived Value on Purchase Intention in the Bottled Drinking Water Industry: Mediating Role of Trust

    Purpose: This study investigates the effects of greenwashing and green perceived value on green purchase intention, with green trust serving as a mediating variable. It aims to provide deeper insights into the factors shaping consumer decisions when choosing bottled drinking water products.Method: A quantitative research approach was employed, using questionnaires to collect primary data from 200 respondents in the Solo Raya region who had purchased or consumed Le Minerale products. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling to ensure alignment with the study\u27s objectives. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SMARTPLS software.Result: The findings reveal that both greenwashing and green perceived value significantly influence green trust, which, in turn, mediates their impact on green purchase intention. This highlights the pivotal role of transparency in sustainability claims and emphasizes the need for companies to communicate authentic environmental benefits. By fostering trust, businesses can promote long-term sustainable consumption behaviors and strengthen consumer confidence in green products.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This study underscores the importance of transparency and consistent communication in building consumer trust in environmental commitments. Such efforts not only expand the market for eco-friendly products but also contribute to the development of a more sustainable economy. Moreover, minimizing greenwashing practices can drive innovation and encourage sustainability-focused production processes, supporting both economic growth and environmental responsibility

    Drivers of Mobile Game Addiction and Its Impact on Game Loyalty and In-App Purchase Intention Among Gen-Z in Indonesia

    Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of flow experience, escapism, and playfulness on mobile game addiction, and to examine how mobile game addiction affects game loyalty and in-app purchase intention among Generation Z in Indonesia.Method: A quantitative research design was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software.Result: The results show that flow experience and escapism significantly and positively influence game addiction. In contrast, playfulness has a significant negative effect, suggesting that enjoyment alone does not necessarily lead to addictive behavior. Game addiction positively influences both game Loyalty and in-app purchase intention. However, game loyalty does not have a significant effect on in-app purchase intention.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: These findings offer valuable insights for mobile game developers seeking to enhance user engagement and revenue. By leveraging flow experience and escapism, developers can increase both addiction tendencies and in-app spending. This approach contributes to the growth of Indonesia’s digital economy through strategic monetization.Originality/Value: This study adds to the limited body of research examining psychological drivers of game addiction and their economic implications within the context of Generation Z in a developing digital market

    Examining the Impact of Online Customer Reviews and Live Streaming on Skincare Purchase Decisions Through Purchase Intention

    Purpose: This study investigates the influence of online customer reviews and live streaming on purchasing decisions related to skincare products, with purchase intention serving as a mediating variable. It explores how online reviews and the interactive features of live streaming shape consumer engagement and decision-making processes among Generation Z and Millennial users on social media platforms, particularly TikTok.Method: A quantitative research design was employed using purposive sampling, involving 180 Gen Z and Millennial TikTok users who are active consumers of skincare products. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 software.Results: The findings indicate that online customer reviews exert a significant positive influence on both purchase intention and purchasing decisions. Live streaming significantly affects purchase intention; however, it does not have a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, purchase intention is found to mediate the relationship between both online customer reviews and live streaming with purchasing decisions.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: The study provides valuable insights for skincare brands aiming to optimize their marketing strategies on TikTok. By leveraging credible user-generated reviews and engaging live streaming content, businesses can enhance consumers’ purchase intention, thereby potentially increasing sales. These findings contribute to the development of effective social commerce strategies and support the broader growth of the digital economy within local markets.Originality/Value: The novelty of this study lies in its specific focus on TikTok as a social commerce platform and the skincare industry as its market context

    This research aims to analyze and test, both directly and indirectly, the influence of service quality, loan procedures, and price perception on customer decisions, with customer satisfaction as a mediating factor, in obtaining people\u27s business credit financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP. Tangerang Selatan. This study uses primary and secondary data, where the data collection method employs questionnaires distributed to people\u27s business credit financing customers from 2021-2023, totaling 693 customers. In this study, the sample with successfully processed data consists of 87 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling, with a purposive sampling method. Data is analyzed using SmartPLS.4. The results of this study show that the variables of service quality, loan procedures, and price perception have a significant influence on customer decisions, while the customer satisfaction variable does not affect customer decisions. Additionally, the service quality variable has a significant influence on customer decisions through customer satisfaction and loan procedures, while price perception does not affect customer decisions through customer satisfaction in obtaining people\u27s business credit financing

    Living side by side with religious differences can be a cause of religious conflict, especially for Indonesia, which is a multicultural country that should have a way to maintain these differences. The purpose of this study is to explain religious moderation to form a harmonious life between different religions between Islam and Buddhism. Relations between Muslims and Buddhists in Lombok are almost never a problem. They live side by side and respect each other\u27s differences in religion or belief. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. Then the data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it was found that harmony was created because each of the adherents of each religion was open to each other and accepted the existence of other religions. The form of religious harmony between the Muslim and Buddhist communities in Mareje Village is the existence of a form of social interaction which includes: good communication between fellow religious people, inviting each other to do good to each other, always being polite and respecting each other when interacting between fellow religious people to uphold a sense of tolerance towards Muslims and Buddhists in Mareje Village

    IMPROVING STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES WITH THE TARL APPROACH TO SCIENCE SUBJECTS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

    This project uses the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) methodology to enhance students\u27 learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) courses. Classroom Action Research (CAR), the research methodology employed, is divided into two cycles, each comprising diagnostic testing, student categorization according to comprehension level, and the implementation of suitable learning techniques. The study\u27s findings suggest that using the TaRL technique can significantly enhance students\u27 learning outcomes. The percentage of students who completed the classical portion rose from 30.76% in the pre-cycle to 84.61% in cycle II, while the average student score rose from 60.92 in cycle I to 78.54 in cycle II. This method enhances learning outcomes and positively affects student motivation and engagement. As a result, the TaRL approach may be a valuable tactic for addressing variations in students\u27 comprehension levels and fostering more inclusive, individual-centered learning

    In the world of translation, language translators often experience several challenges in the translation process. These can be found in differences in sound, writing, grammar, and local culture and values of a language. As time progresses and with the emergence of new technology based on artificial intelligence, translators or individuals involved in foreign languages are increasingly assisted in their translation tasks. This study aims to analyze the extent of accuracy in using ChatGPT for translating Arabic texts into Indonesian. It is a qualitative-descriptive research. The data collection method involves using literacy study methodology. The research findings indicate that ChatGPT can accurately translate Arabic into Indonesian without any grammatical errors or semantic inaccuracies. There are only a few differences observed in word choice, which are deemed to be shorter, concise, and more efficient in translation than Google Translate

    This article explains the origin of the history of the preparation of the Hijri calendar calendar system during the Caliph Umar bin Khattab. This preparation was initiated by Umar bin Khattab when he received a letter of letter sent by Abu Musa Al-Ash\u27ari regarding time, in this case the month and year of writing his letter. The author uses a qualitative method with a historical approach based on library research by collecting data from primary sources, namely from the book of al-Muntazham fi dating al-muluk wa al-umban and secondary sources analyzed and then verified to obey a historical event to be easily understood. In his journey to formulate a calendar, Umar bin Khattab encountered many differences of opinion among friends.
