TIKTOK SEBAGAI MEDIA DAKWAH PERSUASIF: ANALISIS MANAJEMEN TIKTOK RADIO NINA BAYAN SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN
Get PDFThis research discusses the management of the TikTok platform as a women\u27s empowerment media that focuses on providing information, educating, and persuading audiences. The positive side of social media contributes as a medium for women\u27s empowerment to voice issues about women. This research aims to analyze Nina Bayan Radio\u27s TikTok management and analyze its opportunities and challenges in the cyber era. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews and documentation. This research shows two important findings. First, the management of TikTok Radio Nina Bayan applies general management to manage the Gundem Batur Nina program with structured planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring steps. The involvement of the broadcasting team, listener response and online monitoring on TikTok is an integral part of program implementation. Secondly, there is a great opportunity for Radio Nina Bayan to reach a wide audience through the TikTok platform due to the needs of the audience, especially Gen Z. The challenges are limited funding, problems with listeners\u27 response and online monitoring on TikTok. Maka untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut, salah satu lembaga sosial keagamaan yang fokus terhadap kondisi ekonomi Islam yaitu LPNU (Lembaga Perekonomian Nahdlatul Ulama) merupakan salah satulembaga di bawah naungan Nahdlatul Ulama yang merupakan organisasi terbesar di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa strategi pengelolaan kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk pada lembaga dakwah pada Lembaga Perekonomian Nahdlatul Ulama. Adapun hasil penelitian bahwa pengelolaan kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk pada lembaga perekonomian cukup memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Hal ini dapat dari program yang telah berjalan misalnya Bank NU Syariah, NU Mart, Apotek N26, Ambulans gratis, PT. Baraka NU Go International. Selain itu dalam pengelolaannya LPNU Magelang menerapkan standar operasional dan mengacu pada KPI (key performance indicator). Kemudian dalam menjalankan program tersebut para pengurus, anggota, dan pengelola badan usaha berpegang pada prinsip mabadi khairu ummah dengan 5 prinsip yaitu al-shidqu, al-amanah wal wafa’ bil ahdi, al-adalah, al-taawun, al-istiqomah. Adapun tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu minimnya SDM yang profesional di era digital, terjadinya resesi ekonomi dan inflasi, kurangnya perwakilan di daerah. Literacy is a reading and writing skill that is very important in the learning process. It is the initial ability that every student must have which will affect achievement and the subsequent learning process. However, the reality is that not many children with special needs are able to literate well. With this, the need for support and assistance both at school and at home, as well as providing media that can help and increase students\u27 attractiveness in literacy / learning, because of their physical and motor conditions which are one of the obstacles in every literacy / learning process.The purpose of this study is to determine the involvement of parents in developing the literacy skills of students with special needs in SLB-C Negeri Tulungagung district. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research by conducting research at SLB-C Negeri Tulungagung. The research subjects consisted of 8 informants, 6 informants from guardians of elementary school students and 2 informants from elementary school teachers at SLB-C Negeri Tulungagung. Data collection was obtained from observation, documentation, and interviews. Analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. From the research that has been done, the research findings reveal three findings, namely: (1).Parents of students with special needs are very involved in every student\u27s literacy / learning activities both at home and at school. (2).Students are able to interact with fellow friends in the neighborhood. (3) During school learning, students are able to literate and learn with the assistance and direction of the teacher.

The Influence of Internal Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Central Events Kuta Bali
Get PDFPurpose: This study aims to determine the effect of internal communication and work motivation on improving employee performance at Central Events.
Method: The method of this research is quantitative, analyzed using Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 25, with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Data collection was obtained from 33 respondents using saturated sampling through the distribution of questionnaires and documentation studies.
Result: The results of the research partially showed that the internal communication variable had no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of tcount 1.226 < ttable 2.042 and a significance value of 0.230 > 0.05, meanwhile the work motivation variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance with a value of tcount 2.475 > ttable 2.042 and a significance value of 0.019 > 0.05. The results of the research simultaneously showed that the variables of internal communication and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Central Events employees with a value of fcount 24.360> ftable 3.316 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
Contribution: Suggestions for improvement that can be given are that leaders should regularly hold meetings, make new policies to provide training and development on a regular basis and make policies that regulate working hours and sanctions for employees to create harmonious relationships, improve discipline, quality and employee performance.

Enhancing the independence of pregnant women in preventing anemia using the Anvent application in Tanjung Anom Village, Deli Serdang Regency
No full text[Bahasa]: Prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil di Desa Tanjung Anom cukup tinggi (38,5%). Pemerintah melalui puskesmas telah berupaya menurunkan prevalensi anemia dengan memberikan tablet Fe kepada setiap ibu hamil dan diwajibkan untuk mengonsumsi sebanyak minimal 90 tablet selama kehamilan. Namun sebagian besar ibu hamil di Desa Tanjung Anom tidak memiiliki kemandirian dalam mencegah anemia dan mengonsumsi Tablet Fe yang telah diberikan oleh Puskesmas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ibu hamil untuk mencegah anemia dengan aplikasi Anvent (Anemia Prevention) di Desa Tanjung Anom Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, edukasi pencegahan anemia pada ibu hamil, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Anvent, evaluasi pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu hamil. Kegiatan dilakukan di Balai Desa Tanjung Anom pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2024 dan diikuti oleh sebanyak 96 orang ibu hamil. Aplikasi Anvent dibuat dengan tampilan yang menarik dan informatif dan memiliki 5 menu yaitu : Home, Menu Pangan Lokal, Pantau, Bagan Koordinasi, dan Chat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang siginifikan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia dan pencegahannya setelah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Keterampilan ibu hamil dalam menggunakan aplikasi Anvent menunjukkan sebagian besar memiliki kemampuan yang baik. Sebagian besar ibu hamil juga dapat melihat tingkat kepatuhan mereka dalam mengonsumsi tablet Fe pada aplikasi Anvent. Aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh setiap ibu hamil untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan anemia dan menjadi alat pemantau dalam tablet Fe.

[English]: The prevalence of anemia among pregnant women in Tanjung Anom Village is relatively high at 38.5%. Through the health center, the government has implemented efforts to reduce this prevalence by providing pregnant women with iron tablets (Fe), requiring them to consume at least 90 tablets during pregnancy. However, most pregnant women in the village lack independence in preventing anemia and are inconsistent in consuming the Fe tablets provided. This community service program aims to improve the independence of pregnant women in preventing anemia by using the Anvent (Anemia Prevention) application in Tanjung Anom Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The program was carried out through several stages, including preparation, socialization, education on anemia prevention, training on using the Anvent application, and evaluation of participants’ knowledge and skills. The program was conducted at the Tanjung Anom Village Hall from September to October 2024 and involved 96 pregnant women. The Anvent application was designed to be informative and user-friendly, featuring five menus: Home, Local Food Menu, Monitor, Coordination Chart, and Chat. The program showed a significant increase in the knowledge of pregnant women regarding anemia prevention after their participation. Most participants demonstrated good skills in using the application and were able to monitor their compliance with consuming Fe tablets through Anvent. This application presents a practical and innovative solution for pregnant women to enhance their knowledge of anemia prevention and serves as an effective tool for monitoring Fe tablet consumption.

This opens up opportunities for businesses to market their products using Islamic marketing strategies. Therefore, this analysis aims to discuss effective Islamic marketing strategies in increasing Muslim consumer confidence in halal products, as well as discussing the challenges and opportunities associated with a sustainable halal market. The research method used in this research is library research, which is a series of studies related to library data collection methods, or research whose research objects are explored through a variety of library information by collecting data from various sources such as scientific journals, articles, and books. The results showed that there are several Islamic marketing strategies that are effective in increasing Muslim consumer confidence in halal products, namely: Principles, Practices, and Characteristics of Marketing, Objectives and Functions of Islamic Marketing, Muslim Consumer Behavior Trust, Factors Affecting Muslim Consumer Trust, Halal Products. Relevance of Hasan al-Banna’s Viewpoint on Islamic Education through Nizam al-Usrah on Character Building

This article uses library research techniques to gather a variety of ideas, facts, research findings, and expert opinions along with pertinent analysis. As a result, it is clear how Hasan al-Banna’s viewpoints on Islamic education is in producing a generation that is excellent in every way, including intellectually, materially, morally, and spiritually, where they are collected to the character building.
Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi diakui telah memudahkan pelajar muda untuk mengakses informasi dan pengetahuan, namun juga membawa perubahan nilai-nilai dalam pandangan hidup masyarakat dan praktik keagamaan mereka akibat kecenderungan menuju kebebasan dan hiper teknologi. Pendidikan Islam harus merespons kondisi ini dengan menerapkan sejumlah langkah taktis untuk mengubah kesulitan yang dihadapi menjadi peluang dalam upaya mendidik generasi yang unggul secara moral dan cerdas. Strategy for Developing Pedagogical Competence of Islamic Education Teachers at SMA Darul Hikmah Pagutan Mataram
Get PDFThis study analyses the strategies employed by the principal to enhance the pedagogical competence of Islamic Education and Character Education (PAI) teachers at SMA Darul Hikmah Pagutan Mataram, particularly regarding teaching abilities and curriculum development. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, gathering data through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the principal has implemented various strategies for development, both individually and in groups, including classroom visits, mentoring, and subject-teacher forums (MGMP). However, time constraints and limited resources present significant challenges to optimal implementation of teacher development. The study concludes that the role of the principal as a supervisor is crucial in improving the quality of PAI instruction.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAI) di SMA Darul Hikmah Pagutan Mataram, khususnya dalam hal kemampuan mengajar dan pengembangan kurikulum. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah menerapkan berbagai strategi pembinaan, baik secara individu maupun kelompok, seperti kunjungan kelas, pendampingan, dan forum Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Namun, keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya yang terbatas menjadi tantangan yang cukup besar dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan yang optimal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI
