The Effect of The Use of Educational Toys Made of Nature on Fine Motor Development in Early Childhood
Get PDFThe study aims to determine whether or not the use of natural educational games has an impact on fine motor development in early childhood. This research uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental experimental methods. This study was carried out in RA Perwanida 2 Mataram on children of group B. From the results that have been done educational play tools have been shown to be able to improve fine motorics of early childhood who previously motoric fine children are not very active in their daily life and this can be seen in the experimental group. This is because educational play tools in children\u27s learning activities are very suitable for stimulating the child\u27s natural motor potential which can be obtained from the surrounding environment

No full textPelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka mengharuskan guru untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara proyek dengan mengintegrasikan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Untuk itu, guru membutuhkan media pembelajaran berupa modul dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan modul pembelajaran berorientasi proyek terintegrasi SDGs pada pembelajaran kimia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa SMA di D.I. Yogyakarta dengan responden sebanyak 10 guru kimia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif eksploratif dengan metode survei. Adapun instrument yang digunakan adalah angket analisis kebutuhan yang berbentuk angket semi tertutup. Pada penelitian ini, teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis konten dengan hasil berupa deskripsi secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya pengembangan modul dalam bentuk blended learning yang memuat materi terintegrasi SDGs dan video pembelajaran dalam bentuk pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Modul tersebut dapat memberikan solusi terhadap kendala guru kimia dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah

Due to the development of information technology that is growing rapidly, so that this phenomenon not only makes it easier for humans to get information but also becomes a threat to the extinction of libraries. Therefore, every library must have a strategy to maintain the function of the library as an information provider institution by the public. One way is to apply the 4P marketing mix (Price, Product, Place and Promotion) such as the Riau Islamic University library which has implemented the concept.The purpose of this study was to analyze the information mix as an information marketing strategy at the Riau Islamic University library. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach.Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis.The participants of this research consisted of librarians and users who were selected purposively.The results showed that the information mix at the Riau Islamic University library included four main components, namely information promotion, information distribution, information content, and user interaction.Information promotion involves the use of social media, websites, and electronic newsletters to disseminate information about library services and resources
The Impact of ESG Pillars on Banking Financial Performance in ASEAN-5 Countries
Get PDFPurpose: This research analyzes the effect of ESG pillars on the financial performance (ROA) of banking companies in ASEAN-5 countries.Method: The study utilizes ESG data sourced from Thomson Reuters Eikon Refinitiv. The research population comprises 91 banks from ASEAN-5 countries, with a sample size of 25 banks selected for analysis. The observation period spans 2019 to 2023. Panel data regression analysis was conducted using Eviews 12 software to evaluate the data.Result: The findings reveal that, during the 2019–2023 period, the environmental and social pillars of ESG do not significantly impact the ROA of banking companies in ASEAN-5. However, the governance pillar demonstrates a significant positive relationship with ROA, indicating that corporate governance practices play a key role in enhancing the financial performance of banks in the region.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This study contributes to economic growth and development by emphasizing the critical role of corporate governance in improving the financial performance of banking firms in ASEAN-5. The findings suggest that robust governance practices can boost operational efficiency, attract investment, and enhance financial stability—factors essential for sustainable economic growth. Policymakers can leverage these insights to design targeted incentives that encourage banks to strengthen their governance frameworks, fostering a more resilient banking sector in Southeast Asia
What Matters in Cross-Border E-Commerce? A Study of Customer Satisfaction Drivers
Get PDFPurpose: This study aims to identify the variables influencing customer satisfaction in cross-border e-commerce. The variables considered include service quality, information availability, website performance, reliability, security, product variety, price value, delivery, customer service, and personalization.Method: The study employs a quantitative approach, using primary data obtained through a questionnaire survey. Classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analyses were conducted using SPSS software to evaluate the hypothesized model. A total of 342 validated responses were analyzed, focusing on respondents with experience in cross-border e-commerce transactions.Result: The findings reveal that service quality, security, product variety, price value, and delivery have a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conversely, information availability, website performance, reliability, customer service, and personalization were found to have no significant impact.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This research offers valuable insights for cross-border e-commerce businesses to enhance the key drivers of customer satisfaction. Improving these factors can increase customer retention and loyalty, leading to higher repeat purchases and trust in the platforms, thereby boosting sales and revenue. By attracting a larger international customer base and expanding market share, businesses can achieve a competitive advantage in the global marketplace. This contributes to the promotion of international trade and fosters economic integration
The Influence of Candle Painting Activities on Development Fine Motor Skill of Children Aged 4-5 years in Al-Qur\u27an Kindergarten Jauharul Wathon Moaro Jambi
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of wax painting activities on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years at Al-Qur\u27an Kindergarten, Jauharul Wathon Muaro Jambi. This type of research is quantitative with experimental methods. The design used in this research is Pre-Experimental Design in the form of One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study was 29 children and the sample in this study was 15 children. The sampling technique used in this research was an observation sheet. The data analysis techniques used in this research are normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. Based on the discussion of the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence of wax painting activities on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years at Al-Qur\u27an Kindergarten, Jauharul Wathon Muaro Jambi. This is proven by testing the t test hypothesis that tcount (52.316) > t table (2.145), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the effect size calculation using Cohen\u27s formula, there is a result of 7.11, which means the magnitude of the influence of candle painting activities on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years at Al-Qur\u27an Kindergarten, Jauharul Wathon, Muaro Jambi, which is at a distance of >1 to strong interpretation (Strong effect).

DEVELOPMENT OF A SCIENCE (CHEMISTRY) PROJECT TEACHING MODULE IN THE MERDEKA CURRICULUM AS A TEACHER’S GUIDE FOR LEARNING IN CLASS X VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS
No full textThis research is a development research that aims to produce an IPAS (Chemistry) Project teaching module as a teacher\u27s guide in learning, which is feasible in terms of validity and practicality. This module development adapts the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) because the stages are arranged in detail and systematically, involving revisions, trials, and validation by experts. The test subjects were class X students of SMKN 1 Narmada with the Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing (APHP) expertise program. The research instruments included validation sheets and student and teacher response questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, with module validity calculated using Aiken\u27s V formula, and module practicality analyzed using a Likert scale. The results showed the average validity of the four validators was 0.861, which was classified as very valid. The level of understanding between validators was tested using the Percentage of Agreement (R) method, resulting in an average of 0.90 with a reliable category. The practicality of the module based on teacher and learner response questionnaires showed an average percentage of 94% and 81%, respectively. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the IPAS (Chemistry) Project teaching module on substance material and its changes for class X SMK has a high level of validity and practicality, so it is suitable for use in the learning process
PENGARUH LITERASI MANASIK UMRAH DAN PELAYANAN TERHADAP KELANCARAN DAN KEPUASAN JAMA’AH DI PT. DPRIADI BAROKAH UTAMA MATARAM
Get PDFThis research aims to find out whether there is an influence of literacy and Umrah ritual services on the smoothness and satisfaction of congregational worship at PT. Dpriadi Barokah Utama Mataram. The research method in this research uses a quantitative approach and is a population study with 30 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research uses questionnaires and the data analysis technique in this thesis uses Validity Test, Reliability, Classical Assumption Test, Simple Regression Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that there is no positive and significant influence between literacy and Umrah ritual services on the smoothness of congregational worship at PT. Dpriadi Barokah Utama Mataram. This is proven by the results of the f test which simultaneously obtained a calculated f value of 0.28 with a significance level of 0.972. The value of Ftable is 3.34, therefore the value of fcount< ftabel. Meanwhile, the influence of literacy and Umrah ritual services on congregational worship satisfaction with a significance level of 0.005 and an F value of 6.460. The f table value is 3.34. The large influence of literacy and service on congregational worship satisfaction, with the results of a coefficient of determination of 32.4% and 67.6%, is influenced by other factors not examined in this research

Youths and teenagers in Islam represent the future generation of the Muslim community, starting from the enrichment of mosques to involvement in Islamic organizations. With the presence of Islamic youths and teenagers in Gang Slamet, Bina Karya Hamlet, Rasau Jaya Satu Village, there are numerous activities that can be undertaken to enrich the mosques, especially during Islamic celebrations such as the Prophet\u27s Birthday, Isra\u27 Mi\u27raj, Takbir parades on Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, and during the month of Muharram, among others. There are various ways for youths and teenagers to participate in these Islamic celebrations, such as encouraging them to join badminton training and engage in sports activities within the Badminton Committee established by Nurul Hidayah Badminton Committee (PBND). This enables youths and teenagers to foster camaraderie and mutual support among themselves, regardless of age.
Abstrak
Pemuda dan remaja Islam adalah generasi penurus bagi umat Islam kedepannya, mulai dari memakmurkan masjid dan mengikuti organisasi Islam. Dengan adanya pemuda dan remaja Islam, di Gang Slamet Dusun Bina Karya Desa Rasau Jaya Satu banyak sekali yang bisa dilakukan dalam memakmurkan masjid, yakni di Hari Besar Islam, baik diacara Maulid Nabi, Isro’ Mi’raj, Takbir Keliling hari Raya Idul Fitri dan Raya Idul Adha, Muharrom dll. Banyak cara untuk pemuda dan remaja agar bisa mengikuti hari besar Islam yang dilaksanakan, dengan memancing pemuda dan remaja untuk mengikuti Pelatihan Badminton dan saling mensport dalam Pengurus Bulutangkis yang didirikan oleh Pengurus Bulutangkis Nurul Hidayah (PBND). This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study type at PT. Pilgrimage to the Heart of Indonesia Surabaya. Data collection techniques use observation, documents and interviews. The results of this research are that 1) in determining prices, PT. Ziarah Hati Indonesia Surabaya has several strategies implemented, including geographic pricing, discounts or discounts, promotional pricing and discriminatory pricing. 2) there are several internal and external factors that influence price setting at PT. Ziarah Hati Indonesia Surabaya, namely internal factors including (good service quality and company resources) and external factors (competition and government policy)
