STRATEGI PEMASARAN TAMAN MAKAM WISATA LOANG BALOQ DALAM MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH PENGUNJUNG
Tingkat kunjungan wisatawan di taman wisata Loang Baloq menurun dalam beberapa tahun terakhir dikarenakan kurangnya strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya pemahaman tentang daya tarik dan potensi yang ditawarkan oleh taman wisata Loang Baloq. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran wisata dan juga kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi pengelola wisata religi Loang Baloq dalam rangka meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif . Penelitian kualitatif mencoba menguraikan realita ataupun fenomena yang ada di masyarakat dari sudut pandang informan atau orang yang berpatisipasi dalam penelitian tersebut. Realita atau fenomena tersebut dapat dapat dipahami melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan pengelola taman wisata Loang Baloq yang paling mempengaruhi tingkat kunjungan adalah product sedangkan strategi pemasaran yang belum efektif dalam meningkatkan kunjungan kunjungan adalah promotion
Educational Gamification for The Enhancement of Student Motivation
Gamification is a method used to support the learning process in a non-game environment. The aim of this study is to explore how to implement gamification in education to increase students\u27 learning motivation, the most effective elements in increasing student learning motivation in educational contexts, and students\u27 experiences in interacting with educational games that affect student learning motivation. The participants were 25 junior school students who had experience using educational games for learning. Data from questionnaires and interviews were collected to determine students\u27 perceptions of their experiences in using educational games. Self-determination theory (SDT) was used to evaluate students\u27 motivation to learn English. The results show that gamification has the potential to increase students\u27 interest and engagement in learning English, which in turn increases students\u27 motivation to participate in learning. Gamification creates a fun learning experience for students. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation also emerged from within students during gamified learning. In this study, students have a positive attitude toward the use of educational gamification in the classroom
Using Canva for Learning English: A Creative Approach
This article titled “Using Canva for Learning English: A Creative Approach” presents a quantitative research study that aimed to collect data on the perceptions of students towards the use of Canva as a media for English Language Teaching (ELT). The study was conducted among students of the English Language Education Study Program at UIN Walisomgo Semarang, and the research design was descriptive quantitative. The sample was selected using simple random sampling, and data was collected using a questionnaire with 15 questions as indicators. The procedures involved preparing instruments to collect data, using a questionnaire, and analyzing the data using descriptive quantitative research design. According to the findings of the study, students viewed Canva as a positive medium for ELT. This study sheds light on the efficacy of using Canva as a creative approach to English language learning
Upgrading Students\u27 Engagement in English Online Learning Using the Zoom Platform
Abstract—The shift to online learning, propelled by the COVID-19 pandemic, has transformed how students engage in education, including English language learning. This paper investigates the factors that influence student engagement in English online learning through the Zoom platform. The study aims to analyze students\u27 cognitive, emotional, and behavioral engagement while using Zoom, exploring both the challenges and opportunities that arise in an online environment. Data for the study were collected through surveys and interviews with English language learners, as well as through observations of online Zoom sessions. The results highlight key factors affecting engagement, such as the role of interactive tools, instructor presence, peer interaction, and technical issues. Recommendations for improving online engagement are also discussed
COMPARISON BETWEEN GASING AND CONVENTIONAL METHODS ON MATHEMATICS LEARNING OUTCOMES IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The method of this study was a quantitative approach applying a field study with a quasi-experimental method. This research aimed to describe the comparison of the student’s achievement between gasing and conventional methods in mathematics learning outcomes at class IV of MI Ma\u27arif NU Banteran. The population was class IV which totalled 78 students. The sample used in this research was class IV A with 27 students as the experimental class and class IV B with 26 students as the control class. The data collection technique used is a test technique, then data analysis includes validity test, normality test, homogeneity test, Wilcoxon test, and N-Gain test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen from the Wilcoxon test, it was found that differences in learning outcomes for students in the experimental class (gasing) and control class (conventional) obtained positive Ranks with a value of N 50, meaning that the entire sample experienced an increase in learning outcomes from pretest to posttest. Mean Ranks is 25,50 the Asymp. Sig. (2-taled) of 0,000. The Asymp. The sig value is less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted
TEACHER READINES AND CHALLENGES IN IMPLEMENTATION OF MERDEKA CURRICULUM IN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH
Teachers are one of the spearheads of implementing the curriculum at school. With the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, it is important to know the readiness of teachers in implementing it and the challenges they face. This study aims to describe teachers\u27 readiness to implement the Merdeka Curriculum in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mataram City and identify the challenges faced. This research is a phenomenological qualitative research. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, the data is analyzed interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Data validity testing was carried out by increasing diligence, triangulation of sources and triangulation of methods. The results showed that the teacher\u27s readiness to implement the Merdeka Curriculum in MI Mataram City was quite good, it just needed to be improved. Various challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum include (1) teachers do not fully understand and are able to develop Merdeka Curriculum learning tools, (2) it takes a long time to be able to compile all learning tools, especially teaching modules and project modules to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile, (3) lack of supporting infrastructure, (4) large number of students for each rombel, (5) inadequate classroom size for differentiated learning, (6) lack of cooperation and parental involvement, (7) teachers have difficulty carrying out diagnostic assessments and preparing varied/different questions for formative assessments and summative assessments according to student learning needs
MENGGALI KEARIFAN LOKAL DAN TOLERANSI UMAT BERAGAMA DUKUH PATIHAN TANJUNGREJO JEKULO KUDUS
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap upaya masyarakat Dukuh Patihan, Tanjungrejo, Jekulo, Kudus dalam menjaga kerukunan umat beragama serta menggali peran kearifan lokal dalam membentuk toleransi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Dukuh Patihan telah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan yang harmonis dan toleran. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan, seperti penerapan sikap disiplin, komunikasi yang baik, dan saling mendengarkan. Kearifan lokal yang terwujud dalam tradisi-tradisi seperti Maulid, Bari’an, perayaan Lebaran, dan upacara pemakaman telah menjadi perekat sosial dan memperkuat nilai-nilai toleransi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kearifan lokal memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan dalam membentuk toleransi umat beragama di Dukuh Patihan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pentingnya kearifan lokal dalam membangun kerukunan umat beragama.Kata kunci: kearifan lokal, toleransi, umat beragama, Dukuh Patihan
The Investigating the students use of english internet slang at 4th grade english education UIN Mataram
Internet slang is often used in informal communication. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors of students of 4th grade English Language and Education UIN Mataram in using internet slang, and students perceive toward the use of internet slang in communication. This research used qualitative case study method to obtain quantitative data, this research using 2 instruments which are questionnaires and interviews. The author distributed questionnaires to 53 respondents consisting of 4 classes, namely classes A, B, C, and D in collecting data. The results showed that more than half of the respondents said that there are 5 factors that influence them, which are; 1. Social status, 2. Age, 3. Social Distance of Familiarity, 4. Situations, and 5. Media and Popular Culture, next findings There are 3 students\u27 perspectives about the internet slang, first is the desire to appear cool, second is facilitate communication, the last is conceal information from others. Another discovery is 32 respondents (60.37%) understand the term of internet and 17 respondents (32.08%) do not understand the term of slang, it can be concluded that students at 4th Grade Uin Mataram mostly understand the terms of Internet slan
PERSPEKTIF ISLAM DAN BUDAYA PADA TRADISI BARODAK ADAT PERKAWINAN MASYARAKAT SUMBAWA DI ERA GLOBALISASI
This study examines the Barodak tradition in Sumbawa marriage ceremonies within the context of globalization, focusing on both Islamic and local cultural perspectives. Barodak, a tradition of applying natural-based body scrubs to the bride and groom, has become an inseparable part of the identity of the Sumbawa community. This tradition is not merely a cultural ritual but also reflects religious values that align with the philosophy of Islam, encapsulated in the saying, "Adat Berenti Ko Syara’, Syara’ Berenti Ko Kitabullah" (Tradition should be aligned with religious law, and religious law should follow the holy scriptures). However, modernization poses challenges to the preservation of Barodak. With the rise of globalization, certain elements of the tradition have shifted, including the ritual forms, symbolic meanings, and public perceptions regarding its relevance. This study adopts an ethnographic approach through participatory observation and in-depth interviews, enabling a deeper understanding of the cultural and religious values associated with Barodak. The findings reveal ongoing efforts to preserve the tradition\u27s inherent values despite these changes. Sustaining Barodak requires a continuous approach involving community leaders and members, supported by government initiatives through cultural programs and digital promotion. It is hoped that Barodak will continue to endure as a symbol of the Samawa people’s identity, harmonizing culture and religion
Interactive learning media training using the Classpoint application to improve the pedagogical competence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama teachers in Palangka Raya
[Bahasa]: Guru sebagai agen pembelajaran harus memiliki kesiapan dalam beradaptasi terhadap perubahan proses pembelajaran dan mampu menghadapi segala tantangan di dalamnya. Di era sekarang, guru perlu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogiknya dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi melalui pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif aplikasi Classpoint. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan empat tahapan kegiatan yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Partisipan program ini adalah sebanyak 27 guru dari Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) di kota Palangka Raya. Evaluasi program ini menggunakan kuesioner, pre-test dan post-test dengan target luaran berupa produk media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Classpoint. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa program ini dapat membantu guru dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang penggunaan Classpoint sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi dengan persentase sangat setuju sebanyak 34,6%, dan setuju 65,4%. Sementara nilai rata-rata hasil pre-test adalah sebesar 54% dan post-test sebesar 64% yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman materi yang disampaikan sebesar 10% setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini. Aplikasi Classpoint dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran interaktif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran.

[English]: Teachers, as the principal agents of the learning process, must be able to adapt to changes and deal with all challenges. In the current era, teachers need to improve their pedagogical competence in using information and communication technology to increase the quality of the learning process. This community service program aims to enhance teachers\u27 competence in utilizing technology through a training program on using interactive learning media with the Classpoint application. The method used in this program was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which has four stages: preparation, socialization, implementation, and evaluation. The participants were 27 teachers from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in Palangka Raya city. The program evaluation was conducted by distributing questionnaires, pre-tests, and post-tests, with the target output being an interactive learning media product using the Classpoint application. The questionnaire results show that this program can help teachers improve their understanding of using Classpoint as a technology-based interactive learning media, with a percentage of strongly agree with 34.6%, and agree with 65.4%. The average value of the pre-test results was about 54%, and the post-test was 64%, indicating an increase in understanding by 10% after the training. Classpoint application can be an alternative interactive learning media in improving teachers\u27 pedagogical competence to support the learning process.
