The Moderating Role of Collectivistic Orientation in Relational Bonding Practice and Bank Customer Long-Term Orientation
This paper examines the influence of customer relational bonding, customer citizenship behavior foci, long-term orientation, and the moderating role of customer collectivistic orientation in service interactions. The research is focused on Indonesian customers and is situated in the banking sector. Data analysis was conducted following data collection via cross-sectional and quantitative survey methods. The model’s proposed relationships were tested using partial least squares based on structural equation modeling.
Empirical studies prove that structural bonding positively affects organization-directed citizenship behavior (O-CCB), while social bonding positively influences customer-directed citizenship behavior (C-CCB). Additionally, customer citizenship behavior also has a significant impact on long-term customer orientation (LTO). The research also confirmed that collectivistic orientation strengthens the influence of relational bonding toward customer citizenship behavior foci. This study benefits the financial services sector by demonstrating the importance of relational bonding and citizenship behavior foci as critical components in achieving long-term relationship goals.
This research is an initial research paper in the Indonesian banking sector that empirically verifies the linkage of a proposed variable in determining long-term relationship maintenance and explaining collectivism orientation as a moderating mechanism in strengthening customer citizenship behavior

Digital Improvements to Microfinance in Bangladesh
This study aims to explore digital improvements to microfinance in Bangladesh. A qualitative approach was used as the research strategy. In-depth interviews were conducted with ten key informants, employing purposive sampling. Content analysis and NVivo were used to analyse the qualitative data. The findings revealed that digital technology has the potential to significantly enhance Bangladesh’s microfinance sector. The benefits include increased transaction efficiency and speed, lower operational costs, improved access to financial services for rural and underbanked populations, better loan portfolio management and lower default rates, and increased transparency and accountability. Before digital technologies can be used in the microfinance sector, issues such as the lack of infrastructure, poor digital literacy, security concerns, and regulatory barriers must be addressed. With the proper approach, digital technology has the potential to transform access to financial services for millions of Bangladeshis. As a result, governments, administrations, and policymakers must implement effective digital technology-based microfinance strategies. A recommendation for future research is to expand this study to more areas and samples. Also, a quantitative study, such as one using online questionnaires, should be considered
The Impact of Supervisor Support on Preschool Teachers’ Resignation Intention in Guangzhou, China: The Mediating Role of Occupational Stress
The issue of occupational stress among early childhood teachers has become an international research issue, support from supervisors maybe an important factor influencing teachers' professional stress and resignation intensions. To analyze the impact of supervisor support on the kindergarten teachers' resignation intention and to explore the mediating role of occupational stress in the relationship between leader support and the resignation intention of kindergarten teachers, the author selected 326 kindergarten teachers from 33 kindergartens in Guangzhou as the respondents of the survey and used the Occupational Stress Questionnaire, the Resignation Tendency Questionnaire and the Supervisor Support Questionnaire to conduct the survey. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between teachers’ perception of supervisor support and occupational stress was -0.363, p=0.000<0.05, and the correlation coefficient between the perception of supervisor support and resignation intention was -0.476, p=0.000<0.05, both of which were significantly correlated, but the correlation coefficient between occupational stress and resignation intention was 0.074, p=0.180>0.05, which was not significantly correlated. Occupational stress partially mediated the relationship between supervisor support and resignation intention. Although the results of the study showed that there was no significant correlation between occupational stress and the resignation intension, the sense of supervisor support of early childhood teachers was significantly and negatively related to occupational stress and resignation intension, indicating that occupational stress is not a key factor causing employees to quit their jobs, and decision makers consider the influence brought by interpersonal relationships and colleague support in kindergarten management activities to reduce teachers' occupational stress resignation intension by increasing the level of supervisor support
