    Get PDF
Purpose: This quantitative study examined the satisfaction and behavioral intention of liberal arts students at a senior high school in China's Panzhihua region to use e-learning via the Huidao Education System and the vital determining components that had a significant consequence. The conceptual framework incorporated system quality, information quality, service quality, effort expectancy, social influence, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The investigator provided quantitative surveys to 481 liberal arts students. Validity and reliability are assessed through Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) and Cronbach's Alpha. IOC demonstrates that each item on the scale attained a rating of 0.6 or higher, while the Cronbach alpha coefficient confirms reliability with values equal to or exceeding 0.7. The sampling techniques employed include judgmental, stratified random, and convenience sampling. Data analysis encompassed the utilization of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The statistical evaluation demonstrated that all hypotheses were supported, with social influence has the strongest influence on behavioral intention. Conclusions:  Each premise has been validated to achieve the research objectives. As an explanation, senior high school education department managers are advised to analyze the key contributions of the current online learning execution approach to improve liberal arts students' learning satisfaction and behavioral intention

Purpose: This research delves into the factors that impact the behavioral intention of university students to engage in arts education. The conceptual framework encompasses social sphere, academic sphere, educational satisfaction, attitude, social influence, self-efficacy, effort expectancy, and behavioral intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The target population and sample size are 500 postgraduate students who have experienced arts education at top three universities in Chengdu, China. A quantitative research approach was adopted, using a questionnaire. The sampling techniques employed in this study include judgmental, quota, convenience, and snowball sampling. Both the item-objective congruence (IOC) index and Cronbach's alpha were used for validity and reliability testing, respectively. The collected data were analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM), which served as the main statistical techniques for this research. Results: Social sphere and academic sphere significantly impact education satisfaction. Furthermore, education satisfaction, self-efficacy and effort expectancy significantly impact behavioral intention. Nevertheless, the relationship between attitude, social influence and behavioral intention is not supported. Conclusions: Understanding these determinants can inform the development of strategies and interventions to promote arts education and enhance students' engagement and intention to pursue arts-related fields

    Get PDF
Purpose: The objective of this research is to explore the determinants of satisfaction and loyalty in innovative personal health assistance services for patients with potential hypertension symptoms. Research design, data and methodology: Research framework was constructed based on previous studies and composed of six variables, reliability, trustworthiness, service quality, hospital image, satisfaction, and loyalty. Quantitative data was collected from target respondents using questionnaires. Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) and pilot test have been tested with questionnaires to ensure the reliability on item measurement. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 respondents by applying sampling methods of purposive sampling, stratified random sampling, and convenience sampling. Data obtained was statistically assessed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for model validity and hypothesis testing. Results: Loyalty in personal health assistant services for potential hypertension patients was directly impacted from satisfaction. Satisfaction was determined from service quality and hospital image. Reliability and trustworthiness were irrelevant towards satisfaction on the service. Conclusions: Marketers, management of hospital, and developers of HVA should focus on building superior service quality such as quality health tracking and educating on hypertension, and stimulate hospital image through positive service experience to enhance satisfaction, that ultimately lead to loyalty in the service

Purpose: This research paper aims to investigate the significant factors that influence the use of mobile libraries at selected universities among undergraduate students. The framework considers the causal relationships between system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and behavior intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The study used a quantitative research method (n=500) to survey undergraduate students who experienced the mobile library. The sampling methods included judgmental, quota, sampling judgment, and snowball sampling. The data analysis included structural equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for model fit, reliability, and construct validity. Results: The results show that attitude and perceived usefulness are significant factors that affect students' behavioral intention to use mobile libraries. Perceived ease of use has a significant influence on perceived usefulness and attitude. System quality, information quality, service quality, and perceived ease of use significantly affect behavioral intention. Conclusions: As the main body of the university mobile library, the perception and recognition of university teachers and students are crucial to the mobile library service's existence and sustainable development. The study holds that universities should strengthen publicity, popularize education and improve information skills to improve and perfect the application of mobile library

This paper aims to evaluate the fundamental determinants that significantly impact the sustained intention of mobile learning among undergraduates in four majors of the Chengdu College of Arts and Sciences in Sichuan, China. The conceptual framework contained perceived usefulness, confirmation, service quality, system quality, information quality, satisfaction, and continuance intention. The researchers applied quantitative methods and distributed quantitative questionnaires to 464 undergraduate students majoring in English, Chinese language and Literature, Preschool Education, Broadcasting, and Hosting at Chengdu College of Arts and Sciences. The sampling techniques were conducted using purposive, quota and convenience sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) is a statistical technique used in the field of quantitative research to assess the validity and reliability of theoretical constructs or latent variables. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used to determine the causal relationships between the variables. All hypotheses were supported. The findings showed that perceived usefulness, confirmation, service quality, system quality, and information quality are antecedents of satisfaction towards continuance intention. For students to acknowledge and recognize the effectiveness of mobile learning, university administrators and teaching staff should pay sufficient attention to the factors which have generated significant influence on the satisfaction of the instruction and consider the correlated teaching adjustment or reform in the future according to the findings of this research
