Factors Influencing Women Of Childbearing Age To Perform Awareness In The Working Area Of The Muara Bangkahulu Health Centre, Bengkulu City
Full text linkIntroduction: Data from the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office found that the number of breast cancer cases in 2022 was 15 cases found in Muko-Muko Regency with 10 cases (66.7%), Bengkulu City and Central Bengkulu Regency with 2 cases (13.3%) and South Bengkulu with 1 case (6.7%). Then, in 2023 the number of breast cancer cases in Bengkulu Province became 35 cases spread across Bengkulu City with 25 cases (71.42%), Central Bengkulu Regency with 5 cases (14.3%), Muko-Muko and Kepahiang Regencies with 2 cases (5.71%) and South Bengkulu Regency with 1 case. Methods: This study was conducted in a cross sectional manner. Data collection used primary data with the research instrument was a questionnaire. The sample in this study were women of childbearing age who had an age of 20-45 years. The number of samples used in this study were 83 people. Statistical tests used chi-square and binary logistic regression. Results and Discussion: Most of the respondents had insufficient knowledge about SADARI, most of the respondents' families did not support, almost most of the respondents completed primary education, most of the respondents had never received counselling about SADARI from health workers and most of the respondents had never done SADARI. There is a relationship between knowledge, family support, education and counselling with SADARI in Women of Fertile Age in the Working Area of the Muara Bangkahulu Health Centre, Bengkulu City in 2024. Conclusion: The independent variable most associated with SADARI is family support It is hoped that the Puskesmas can work together with related parties in conducting counselling on SADARI in women of childbearing age
The Relationship Between The Level Of Knowledge About FE Tablets For Pregnant Women And Compliance With Taking FE Tablets In The Kampung Delima Health Center Working Area In 2024
Full text linkData obtained from the Rejang Lebong District Health Office in 2023 obtained the number of pregnant women in the Rejang Lebong District area as many as 5,437 pregnant women, with 857 anemic pregnant women (46.5%). Of the 21 health centers in Rejang Lebong Regency, 125 (6.9%) pregnant women with anemia were found in Kampung Delima health center. This figure is considered still high for the incidence in one health center. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about Fe tablets and the compliance of Fe tablet consumption among pregnant women in the working area of Puskesmas Kampung Delima.
The research design used in this thesis is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The population used in this study were pregnant women in the month with a gestational age of 28-33 weeks who did Antenatal Care at Puskemas Kampung Delima in June 2024 totaling 40 pregnant women. The research instruments used in this thesis are questionnaires and cheklists.
The results of this study found that the initial hypothesis of the study was accepted and H0 was rejected, namely that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women at Puskesmas Kampung Delima towards compliance with Fe tablet consumption with a p value from the Chi Square test results of 0.0001 which is smaller than the reference value of 0.05

Full text linkGout Arthritis is a disease characterized by joint pain that suddenly recurs due to the deposition of monosodium urate crystals that accumulate in the joints as a result of high levels of uric acid in the blood (hyperuricemia). Usually known as gout (Elfira, 2020).The aim of this research is to understand and apply nursing care to reduce pain in Gouty Arthritis sufferers by applying Hangta Kay Manis compress therapy through the Ida Jean Orlando application in the Small Bridge Health Center Work Area, Bengkulu City in 2024. The method for writing this Final Scientific Work is in the form of a case study with 2 subjects suffering from Gour Arthritis with pain who were taken in the work area of the Jembatan Kecil Health Center, Bengkulu City and provided nursing care for 3 days.The results obtained after implementing warm cinnamon compresses on Mrs.It was concluded that there was a significant effect of applying warm cinnamon compresses on reducing pain in sufferers of Gouty Arthritis. After carrying out this case study, it is hoped that clients will feel the benefits and can use it as an alternative non-pharmacological therapy to help reduce the scale of pain in sufferers of Gouty Arthritis

Full text linkThe role of the Community in prevention and hand washing efforts intended for the community in the hope of reducing the incidence of diarrhea. Formal awareness activities to create a healthy and prosperous RT. 003/RW. 01 community with proper diarrhea and handwashing counseling. The method used in Community Service is by way of counseling, the correct handwashing demonstration. The results of this adoption will highlight the journal and may reduce the prevalence of the incidence of diarrhea in RW.01 Kelurahan Jaya Loka 1. This community service will be done with several symptoms, namely observation on diarrhea and prevention disease, and measurement of knowledge done after pretest and posttest. The result of this community service activity is the result of a general pretest which shows that the beginning of PKK seen diarrhea disease is still lacking. The posttest result in general shows that the participants of PKK mothers look diarrhea has been a better improvement. ISPA counseling is one of the effective strategies in increasing public knowledge and behavior in the prevention and treatment of ISPA. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct continuous and extensive ISPA counseling to increase public awareness and knowledge about ISPA.
 
Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Ai Dalam Pembuatan Konten Kreatif Di SMPN 17 Kota Bengkulu
Full text linkThe use of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, especially in improving student creativity, is the focus of this study. The training provided to students of SMPN 17 Kota Bengkulu showed that AI can be an effective tool to support creative learning processes. However, this training also identified a digital divide among students, especially related to the use of email. The results of this training provide important implications for the development of educational curricula that integrate AI technology and improve students' digital literacy. This training is also useful for exploring the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in improving the creativity of students of SMPN 17 Kota Bengkulu. Through training that focuses on tools such as Bing, Suno, and Remaker, students are trained to produce various types of creative content. The results of the training show that students are enthusiastic and able to utilize the artificial intelligence program. In the training, obstacles were found, namely the lack of student understanding regarding the use of email as an account to access AI applications. This training concluded that the importance of integrating AI learning in schools and the need to improve students' digital literacy
The Influence Of Self Regulation And Organizational Culture On Organizational Commitment Among Police Members At Satlantas Polres Ketapang, West Kalimantan
Full text linkThis study investigates the influence of Self Regulation and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment among members of the police force at Satlantas Polres Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat. Using a sample of 56 respondents, data were collected using structured questionnaires. Statistical analyses including correlation, regression, and reliability tests were conducted to assess the relationships and predictive power of the variables. Findings reveal significant positive correlations between Self Regulation, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment. Regression analysis indicates that Self Regulation and Organizational Culture collectively explain 21.0% of the variance in Organizational Commitment. These results underscore the importance of fostering self-regulation practices and nurturing supportive organizational cultures to enhance organizational commitment within law enforcement agencies. The study contributes to understanding organizational behavior within policing contexts and suggests practical implications for organizational development strategies

However, by implementing effective strategies to improve organizational performance, productivity, and overall success, it is possible to retain employees with high potential. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of employee turnover, identifies contributing factors, recognizes patterns and trends, and provides practical and evidence-based recommendations to help private companies reduce employee turnover and improve their employee retention strategies. The researcher used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Smart PLS 4.0, to analyze data on the factors associated with employee turnover. The study's findings may have significant effects on organisational culture by generating more stable and engaged employees. The study suggests that organizational culture, job satisfaction, and retention significantly impact company turnover. This research underscores the importance of understanding and addressing employee turnover in private or state companies to enhance long-term sustainability and competitiveness

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Company Size, Leverage, and Growth Opportunities on Earning Response Coefficient. This type of research data is quantitative data, the technique used in sampling for this study is using purposive sampling technique. The purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique to select samples based on several criteria so that later the samples used are more representative. The data obtained is then processed and tested so that it can be concluded how the Effect of Profitability, Company Size, Leverage, and Growth Opportunities on Earning Response Coefficient. The results of this study. Profitability, Growth Opportunities, Company Size and Leverage variables have an overall and statistically significant effect on ERC. The F statistic value of 1.425 with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.032 indicates that the regression model used has a significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable, namely the Earning Response Coefficient (Y)
