The Effect Of Compensation On Employee Performance At Pt. Erajaya Swasembada TBK
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of compensation (X) on employee performance (Y) at PT.Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents of PT.Erajaya Swasembada Tbk employees in the sales / promoter section. Data analysis used in this research is Quantitative analysis and Qualitative analysis, with simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is an influence of compensation on employee performance at PT.Erajaya Swasembada Tbk,. This is indicated by the results of the regression coefficients having a positive value, namely (0.411) with the Simple Linear Regression equation Y = 14.502 + 0.411X where if the independent variable (Compensation) increases by 1% then the dependent variable (Performance) also increases by 0.411%. and also vice versa. This states if the compensation variable partially has an influence on employee performance at PT.Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, And the results of this study indicate that compensation has an influence on employee performance by 29% while the remaining 71% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study
The Relationship Between Cigarette Consumption And Poverty: Analysing The Role Of Price
Full text linkPoverty has been a global concern until recently. In Indonesia, the poverty rate will reach 9.57 per cent in 2023 or at least 26 million people below the poverty line. A phenomenon occurs in poor communities in Indonesia where half of the households spend money on cigarettes. Cigarette consumption burdens households through consumption costs as well as health costs and reduced household productivity, which can affect the welfare of smoker households. Conversely, environmental factors, especially in poor communities, also influence cigarette consumption habits. This study aims to examine the relationship between cigarette consumption and poverty. For this reason, the instrumental variable method is used to avoid endogeneity bias due to reverse causality when analysing the relationship between cigarette consumption and poverty. Cigarette price is used as the instrument variable. The data used in the study is pooled cross section data from the National Socio-Economic Survey from 2014 to 2021. The results of the analysis show a significant negative relationship of cigarette prices to household cigarette consumption and cigarette consumption increases the probability of households being poor
The Influence Of Service Quality And Price On Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction As Mediation In Customers Of PT. Usaha Tangguh Mandiri Bandung
Full text linkThis study aims to evaluate the influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, at PT Usaha Tangguh Mandiri, a food distribution company. A quantitative approach was employed in this research, with data collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The sample consisted of 72 respondents who are active customers of the company. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The analysis results indicate that price has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, while customer satisfaction positively influences customer loyalty. Additionally, service quality was found to have a direct significant effect on customer loyalty. However, the study did not find a significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, price on customer loyalty, or the mediating effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between service quality and price on customer loyalty. These findings provide valuable insights for the company in formulating more effective marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty, focusing on elements that have a significant impact
The Role Of Instagram Promotions And Taste On Customer Satisfaction Mediated By Purchasing Decisions At Tetufresh
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the effect of promotion through Instagram and taste on customer satisfaction mediated by purchasing decisions at Tetufresh in Palu City. The population of this study are customers who often use the Instagram Platform and have purchased Tetufresh products with a sample size of 120 respondents. The technique in collecting this data uses a Google Form-based questionnaire. The technique in this sampling uses purposive sampling. The technique in analyzing the data of this study uses Stuructural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that social media promotion has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, social media promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, Taste has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Taste has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Instagram promotion mediated Purchasing decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Taste mediated Purchasing decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. 
The Role Of Environmental Concern In Mediating Promotion And Brand Image Of Electric Vehicle Purchase Intention In Denpasar City
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the role of environmental concern in mediating the influence of promotion and brand image on the purchase intention of electric vehicles in the city of Denpasar. The method used was a survey by collecting data through a questionnaire distributed to 160 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention and environmental concern. Brand image has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention and environmental concern. In addition, environmental concern has proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The results also show that environmental concern plays a role as a partial mediator in the relationship between promotion and purchase intention, but does not mediate the relationship between brand image and purchase intention. This finding provides insight for automotive companies in designing more effective marketing strategies by prioritizing environmental issues and brand image to increase purchase intention of electric vehicles
Optimization of Vehicle Routing Using Genetic Algorithm in Package Delivery Distribution: (Case Study at PT XYZ Samarinda Region)
Full text linkIn recent years, companies in Indonesia and around the world have focused on logistics costs to achieve efficiency in the supply chain. This research focuses on vehicle route optimization in the package distribution process at PT XYZ in the Samarinda region, taking into account service time, demand, and vehicle capacity. The problem addressed is the delay in land transportation that causes inefficiency in package distribution, which is solved using a genetic algorithm to generate the minimum travel distance and the shortest route, in order to minimize sustainable package distribution costs. The research results show optimization of the number of fleets and routes, as well as a significant reduction in total travel distance and total distribution costs.

Penjadwalan Zoom Meeting Berbasis Web
Full text linkPengelolaan suatu organisasi, termasuk Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Sulawesi Utara, sangat bergantung pada penjadwalan rapat. Untuk memperluas kemahiran dan kelayakan pemesanan rapat, kerangka kerja perencanaan pertemuan Agregat (Wawasan Administrasi Utama) online telah dibuat. Konflik jadwal, penundaan, dan kurangnya koordinasi antar peserta rapat hanyalah beberapa permasalahan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan penjadwalan manual. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem berbasis web ini memanfaatkan teknologi pengembangan web dan database terkini, sehingga memungkinkan semua pengguna yang berwenang mengakses sistem dengan cepat dan mudah. Fitur utama sistem ini meliputi penjadwalan, pengelolaan, dan pemantauan waktu nyata, pemberitahuan peserta otomatis, dan transmisi kalender pribadi untuk menghindari konflik penjadwalan. Penerapan sistem ini mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi penjadwalan dan sejauh mana jadwal yang telah ditentukan dipatuhi. Dengan menyediakan data historis dan analisis kinerja, sistem ini juga membantu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, sistem penjadwalan pertemuan SUM berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu kegiatan operasional BPS Sulut secara efektif.
 
Perancangan Aplikasi IT Helpdesk Berbasis Website di PT. Surya Nusa Andaru
Full text linkPerkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap operasional perusahaan, termasuk dalam pengelolaan layanan IT. PT Surya Nusa Andaru, sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang mineral logam, menghadapi tantangan dalam menangani laporan masalah IT secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi IT Helpdesk berbasis website yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan laporan masalah IT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan pengembangan sistem dengan model prototyping, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, dan pengujian sistem. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur seperti dashboard tiket, pelacakan status tiket, dan laporan kinerja, yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengajukan, melacak, dan mengelola tiket permintaan bantuan IT dengan lebih mudah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi IT Helpdesk yang dirancang dapat meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepuasan pengguna dalam pengelolaan masalah IT. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif bagi PT Surya Nusa Andaru dalam meningkatkan layanan IT dalam perusahaan
Implementasi Algoritma Probabilitas Symetric Dalam Mendiagnosa Penyakit Akibat Gangguan Gizi
Full text linkThis research aims to implementation the symetric probability algorithm in building an expert system to diagnose diseases due by nutritional disorders. Disturbances in nutritional balance can cause a person's performance in activities to be not optimal and can even cause diseases that will interfere with daily routines. The lack of knowledge and concern for nutritional balance in the body is the cause of the emergence of health problems, in addition to the difficulty of access to consult a doctor also causes people to be less concerned about nutritional balance disorders. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build an expert system to help someone diagnose diseases due to nutritional disorders and solutions that can be done online so that it is expected to facilitate users. The implementation of symetric probability used in this expert system can provide diagnoses of nutritional disorders expressed as a percentage to measure the certainty value of a hypothesis against a fact of disease due to nutritional disorders experienced by adults. This expert system was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. This expert system can be used as a tool that makes it easier for people to diagnose early symptoms of diseases due to nutritional disorders because it can be accessed online

This web-based application design provides a main menu, input menu and output menu. How to apply the sequential service algorithm for stock management at the web-based Anugrah Ilmu shop.
