The Influence Of E-Service Quality, E-Payment, And Web Design Quality On Customer Satisfaction In Purchasing Gacoan Noodles Through The Shopeefood Application
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of E-Service Quality, E-Payment, and Web Design Quality on customer satisfaction in purchasing Gacoan Noodles through the Shopeefood application in Surakarta City. This type of research is quantitative with explanatory research. The population in this study were all Gacoan consumers in Surakarta city. The sampling technique in this study. using purposive sampling. The sample calculation uses the theory of Ferdinand. The sample of this study amounted to 200 respondents. This study uses primary data in its preparation. Primary data is obtained through the first source or respondent answers from Gacoan Noodle customers in Surakarta City using a questionnaire. The results of this study show that the E-Service Quality variable has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction with Gacoan products is a significant result. The ease and security of the payment process can affect customer satisfaction. Web Design Quality variable has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction. The three independent variables (E-Service Quality, E-Payment, and Web Design Quality) together have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, indicating that service and a holistic shopping experience are key to increasing customer satisfaction
The Influence Of Brand Characteristics And Emotional Branding On Purchasing Decisions At Coffee Shop Bengkulu

Generally, what is called a coffee shop is a coffee shop whose place is attractively designed and provides many coffee menus. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand characteristics and emotional branding on purchasing decisions at Bengkulu coffee shops. In this study, the data used is quantitative data, namely data obtained from distributing questionnaires to service users at Coffee Shop Bengkulu. Based on the results of the study, there is an influence of brand characteristics (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) Coffee Shop Janji Jiwa with a tsig value < α (0.000 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable value (5.749> 1.68195) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X1 has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y). There is an effect of emotional branding (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) Coffee Shop Janji Jiwa with a tsig value < α (0.000 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable value (4.346> 1.68195) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that the X2 variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y)
English Literature Study Program Students' Mindset of Grammar Usage and Mistake
Get PDFWriting is considered the most complex skill to master not only requiring good vocabulary but also grammar. This research is aimed to analyze students' grammatical errors in writing, especially in descriptive text. In addition, (Wati & Nursyaebah, 2017) there are six classifications of grammatical errors; they are verb agreement (Leech, 1985), use of capitalization (Oshima, 1988), sentence patterns (Ross, 1975) pronouns and spelling (Brooks, 1964). The data were analyzed based on the analysis of students' errors in writing. The research findings show that most students make mistakes in agreeing verbs 41% caused by the wrong use of the simple present, followed by pronouns 18%, usage 15%, sentence patterns 12%, spelling 9%, and capitalization errors 5%. From the findings, it is necessary or students learn more about English grammar and it is suggested for teachers to teach again about verb and pronoun agreement as the most failure that most students do in their writing.

Analisis Tingkat Keterampilan Dribbling Dan Shooting Permainan Futsal Pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Smp Negeri 19 Kota Bengkulu
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis tingkat keterampilan dribbling dan shooting permainan futsal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis data kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurukuler SMP NEGERI 19 Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 20 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang dilakukan dapat diketahui tingkat keterampilan dribbling dan shooting permainan futsal. Hasil perhitungan data keterampilan dribbling pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMP Negri 14 Kota Bengkulu mengahasilakn nilai rata-rata mean sebesar 55,00, median 55,00, mode 52, standar deviation 2,810 nilai terendah (Minimum) yang diperoleh sebesar 51 dan nila tertinggi (Maximum) 60. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan data keterampilan shooting pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMP NEGERI 19 Kota Bengkulu menghasilkan nilai skor tertinggi (Maximum) adalah 31 dan skor terendah (Minimum) 12. Dari analisis data, rata-rata adalah mean sebesar = 18,40, median = 17,50, mode = 13, dan standar deviation = 5,236. Maka dapat disimpulkan keterampilan dribbling para siswa SMA Negeri 14 Kota Bengkulu masuk kategori (Baik dan Sedang) dengan nilai tertinggi (Maximum) sebesar 60 dan nilai terendah (Minimum) 51 dengan waktu terbaik 11,90 detik dan waktu terkecil 15,55 detik dan untuk keterampilan shooting pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMP NEGERI 19 Kota Bengkulu masuk dalam kategori (Kurang dan Sedang) dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) 18.84. Nilai skor tertinggin (maximum) yeng di capai saat melakukan tes shooting sebesar 31 dan skor terendah (minimum) berada pada 12.
 
Motivasi Latihan Pada Pemain Bola Voli Putri Di Desa Aur Ringit Kabupaten Kaur
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Motivasi Latihan Pada Pemain Bola Voli Putri Di Desa Aur Ringit Kabupaten Kaur Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah remaja putri Motivasi Latihan Pada Pemain Bola Voli Putri Di Desa Aur Ringit Kabupaten Kaur yang berjumlah 18 orang Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa motivasi Instrinsik dari hasil angket dan telah di persentasekan dengan latihan pada Pemain Bola Voli Putri Di Desa Aur Ringit Kabupaten Kaur bahwa terdapat 8 orang remaja putri dengan presentase 44,44% yang memiliki motivasi instrinsik dalam Latihan Pada Pemain Bola Voli Putri Di Desa Aur Ringit Kabupaten Kaur yang memiliki katagori baik sekali. Sedangkan yang memiliki motivasi instrinsik baik ada 6 orang dengan presentase 33,33% dengan kategori baik. Apabila dilihat dari frekuensi dari tiap kategori, terlihat bahwa motivasi instrinsik remaja putri motivasi instrinsik dalam Latihan Pada Pemain Bola Voli Putri Di Desa Aur Ringit Kabupaten Kaur adalah “Baik Sekali”. Motivasi Ekstrinsik Latihan Pada Pemain Bola Voli Putri Di Desa Aur Ringit Kabupaten Kaur yang memiliki persentase 0 % dengan kategori baik sekali, sedangkan untuk persentase 11,12% dengan kategori baik, untuk kategori sedang yaitu 44,44%, sedangkan persentase 44,44% dengan kategori kurang untuk kategori kurang sekali itu 0, kategori yang tertinggi yaitu kategori “Sedang dan Kurang”

Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah: adakah peningkatan pengucapan kosa kata bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan English Children Song? apakah strategi English Children song ini efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengucapan kosa kata bahasa inggris pada anak? dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan English Children Song dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pengucapan bahasa inggris dan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan English Children Song efektif untuk meningkatkan pengucapan bahasa inggris. Objek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas B1 Paud Negri Melati Dharma Wanita Kabupaten Rejang Lebong tahun ajaran 2022/2023. ada 16 siswa 8 siswa di kelas eksperimen dan 8 siswa di kelas kontrol, ada dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. variabel bebas dari penelitian ini adalah metode yang menggunakan lagu anak bahasa Inggris dalam pengajaran pengucapan bahasa Inggris. dan variabel terikat dari penelitian ini adalah prestasi belajar siswa dalam pengucapan bahasa Inggris setelah mendapatkan perlakuan dengan menggunakan metode tersebut. instrumen penelitiannya adalah lagu anak-anak seperti Animals dan baa baa black sheep. (pre test dan post test). Prosedur penelitiannya adalah, pertama peneliti melakukan pre test dilanjutkan dengan dua kegiatan pengajaran atau treathment pronouncation bahasa inggris dengan menggunakan lagu anak bahasa inggris dan yang terakhir adalah post test.Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan peneliti, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan lagu anak bahasa Inggris dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pengucapan bahasa Inggris
