    Analysis of Service Quality PT Pos Indonesia to Improve Market Share

    In Indonesia's postal and logistics business, PT Pos Indonesia faces increased competition. Despite logistics' annual growth, the company's market share has declined. To be competitive in the courier and logistics market, PT Pos Indonesia must design a business strategy to improve its service quality and complement its good operational performance. This requires recognizing customer priorities and improving the company's performance in these areas. PT Pos Indonesia can use Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to identify customer-important service quality dimensions and underperforming areas by conducting internal and external evaluations. This complete strategy will allow PT Pos Indonesia to prioritize its efforts, strategically allocate resources, and focus on service quality that will most effect customer satisfaction. Based on the investigation, integrated logistic cooperation and solutions were presented to fill service shortages. These efforts used integrated logistical partnerships, staff advocacy, and an advanced marketing platform to improve coordination and delivery speed, employee competencies, and consumer insights. These measures were meant to bridge the gap between customer expectations and service level agreements, delivery speed, personnel competence, and customer needs. These techniques can help PT Pos Indonesia boost customer satisfaction and market share

    Marketing is one of the important functions in organizations, including hospital health institutions. Marketing can help hospitals to achieve their goals, such as increasing public awareness, increasing demand for hospital services, and increasing customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to examine marketing strategies used in hospital health institutions through a systematic literature review. This research used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Research data was collected from literature published in reputable scientific journals. The literature was collected through searches in electronic literature databases, such as Google Schoolar and Scopus. The collected data were then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that hospital marketing strategies include digital marketing, offensive strategies, preparation and determination of the marketing mix, intensify strategies, and 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion)

    Influencing Factors Of Green Marketing, Environmentalist Communities, And Key Opinion Leaders On Conscious Buying Behavior In Indonesia

    In recent years, there has been a concerning surge in the volume of waste generated by the population in the country. This research primarily aims to pinpoint the pivotal factors that drive a shift in societal behavior towards conscious buying habits. The study involved 113 respondents from the millennial demographic residing or working in the Tangerang city area. The collection of data was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires utilizing the Google Form platform. The data analysis method employed was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results revealed that factors such as green marketing, engagement in environmental communities, and knowledge about environmental issues consistently and significantly influence conscious buying behavior. However, the impact of key opinion leaders did not show a significant influence in altering this behavior. These findings offer a comprehensive insight into how specific factors shape environmentally conscious purchasing behavior. The implications of this research can serve as a foundation for more effective initiatives aimed at educating and guiding society towards more environmentally responsible behaviors through tailored marketing strategie

    This research addresses the absence of a formal framework for compliance with corporate spin-offs within Indonesian state-owned enterprises (SOEs). Focusing on a real issue within a state-owned aviation company, the study proposes a comprehensive methodology for SOEs to navigate spin-offs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. By collecting and interpreting relevant regulations and conducting interviews where guidelines are unclear, the research establishes detailed flowcharts outlining the step-by-step procedure. The suggested solution involves following these flowcharts, considering five critical aspects, including government regulation and business law, to successfully implement spin-offs. It is important to note that the proposed methodology is specific to Indonesian state-owned enterprises and is based on government regulations as of November 2023. Users should adapt the methodology in case of regulatory amendments or new compliance-related issues. The research, however, focuses solely on the steps leading to the commencement of new entity operations and does not extend beyond this phase

    The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of investigative audit experience and the auditor's investigative abilities simultaneously on the implementation of investigative audits at the Aceh Representative Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The data processed is data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 30 investigative auditors. The research results show that simultaneously the investigative audit experience and the auditor's investigative abilities influence the implementation of the investigative audit. Furthermore, the results of partial hypothesis testing show that the investigative audit experience and the auditor's investigative abilities each partially influence the effectiveness of implementing investigative audit procedures in proving fraud

To achieve this goal, companies need to optimize their production results, because with optimal production results they will also obtain maximum profits. The UD Al Barokah Furniture Company processes or produces cupboards, couches, chairs, toilets, etc. By using several stages of the production process, such as felling wood, transporting wood, cutting wood, sawing, and refining wood to produce better and better wood. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Determining the data source uses a purposive sampling technique, while the data collection method uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis method uses reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity method uses source triangulation. The conclusions of this research are: (1) The way to optimize UD Al Barokah Furniture Business Operations is to increase capital by setting aside a small amount of profits obtained, without borrowing business capital from banks or other financial institutions. (2) Not being able to buy a generator when the electricity goes out, the process of making cupboards, cots, chairs, toilets and so on is not optimal, because some machines still use electricity. (3) When drying in the rainy season for drying wood using a shady place, when the electricity goes out, the process of making cupboards, couches, chairs, toilets and so on uses manual tools, and other supporting factors use raw materials mixed with teak wood and wood. milin

    This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance and work engagement on turnover intention both partially and simultaneously at retail organization. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling used is accidental sampling through google form with a total of 496 respondents of retail organization employees. Employee performance measurement tools are measured by the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) of 18 items. Work engagement is measured by the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9 (UWES-9) with a total of 9 items. Turnover intention was measured by Turnover Intention Scale (TII) by Mobley with 3 items. Data were processed using Jamovi 2.4 software with multiple linear regression models. Hypothesis testing results show that employee performance has no effect on turnover intention. While the work engagement variable has a negative effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, employee performance and work engagement positively affect turnover intention by 6.7%
