The Effect Of Leadership And Work Motivation On Employee Performance Of The Tulang Bawang Regency Agriculture Office
In the era of globalization, government organizations must achieve short- and long-term goals through effective human resource management (HRM). Human resources are crucial assets that require fair treatment to maximize employee performance, which can be measured through indicators such as quality, quantity, and timeliness. Employee performance is influenced by leadership and work motivation. However, interviews at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency revealed that the current leadership style is not open enough, negatively impacting employee motivation and performance. Data indicates issues with discipline and low performance. Therefore, management needs to understand the motivational factors and create a supportive work environment to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to explore the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency. This study will be conducted at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency from May to July 2024, using a descriptive quantitative approach. The research aims to systematically and accurately describe the facts and characteristics of a specific population. The population consists of 85 employees, with a sample of 83 employees, excluding the researcher and management. The variables used in the study include independent variables: Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), and the dependent variable: Employee Performance (Y), which is influenced by both independent variables. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that both factors, Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), significantly affect Employee Performance (Y) at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency. Leadership contributes 21.2% to employee performance, while Work Motivation accounts for 21.7%. Overall, both Leadership and Work Motivation simultaneously influence 47.1% of employee performance at the institution

Not all Early Childhood Education schools utilise coconut shells as a learning medium, especially in increasing creativity and gross motoric early childhood, especially in Seluma Regency Institutions, this is one of the reasons for Dehasen University Bengkulu lecturers and students to carry out community service activities (PKM). Aiming to analyse how the use of coconut shells to improve creativity and gross motoric of early childhood in Seluma district. From the results obtained in this PKM activity, kindergarten teachers gain knowledge about the use of coconut shells to increase creativity and gross motoric of early childhood and kindergarten teachers become more creative in utilising teaching media so that children are not bored in the teaching and learning process
Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Respon Petani Terhadap Program Gerakan Tanam Cabai Di Kelompok Tani Kerapu Makmur Kelurahan Berkas Kota Bengkulu
The Chili Planting Program in Berkas Village which was implemented in 2023 to increase national chili productivity. The purpose of this research was to determine the response of farmers to the chili planting movement program and to analyze the factors that influence farmers' responses to the chili planting program in the Kerapu Makmur Farmers Group, Berkas Village. This research was conducted from August 1 to August 30, 2024. The population in this research was 30 people and was analyzed using a Likert scale. This research method uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis. The results of the research showed that the farmer's response to the chili planting program in the Kerapu Makmur Group, Berkas Village, Teluk Segara District, Bengkulu City was in the moderate category (39.3) Factors that influence farmers' responses to the chili planting . Are Number of Family Members, Frequency of attending counseling and Cohesiveness in the group. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang
Strong resources and optimal Human Resources (HR) are essential for organizations to achieve their goals and face competition. Employee performance significantly impacts organizational success, as seen in the Research and Development Agency (Balitbangda) of Tulang Bawang Regency, where work discipline and motivation are key factors. Observations indicate that low employee discipline, characterized by tardiness and absenteeism, along with low motivation due to insufficient rewards and adequate facilities, hinder performance. This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of Balitbangda employees, with the expectation of generating recommendations for performance improvement and the organization's contribution to regional development. Research methods involve scientific approaches to obtain data for specific purposes, conducted rationally, empirically, and systematically. This study was conducted at the Research and Development Agency of Tulang Bawang Regency using a descriptive quantitative approach, aiming to accurately describe facts and characteristics of the population. The research population consists of 27 civil servants, with a sample of 26 respondents after the researcher was excluded from the sample. The research variables include work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Balitbangda employees, contributing 21.3%, thus accepting the first hypothesis. Additionally, motivation also has a significant impact on employee performance, contributing 11.1%, thereby accepting the second hypothesis. Overall, work discipline and motivation together contribute 54.1% to employee performance, while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
Study of Pineapple Juice Addition Towards Physicochemical Characteristics and Consumer Acceptability of Soyghurt
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of adding pineapple juice at different concentrations on the viscosity, total solids, total dissolved solids, color, and consumer acceptance of soygurt. Methodology: A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used in this study, with the independent variable being the variation in the concentration of added pineapple juice (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%). Results: The results show that viscosity, total solids, total dissolved solids, and color are significantly influenced by the addition of pineapple juice. Findings: The consumer acceptance test indicated that the treatment with 10% pineapple juice had the best organoleptic value and was well accepted by consumers, with an average score of 4.11. Novelty: This research explores the enhancement of soygurt by adding pineapple juice, a novel approach to improving its taste and consumer appeal. Originality: The study provides a detailed analysis of the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of soygurt enhanced with pineapple juice. Conclusions: Adding pineapple juice to soygurt significantly improves its viscosity, total solids, total dissolved solids, and color, with 10% being the most favorable concentration for consumer acceptance. The Influence Of Role Conflict, Job Satisfaction And Job Stress On Turnover Intention
This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all nurses at the As-Syifa Hospital in Manna City with a total sample of 52 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 11.200 + 0.244 X1 - 0.201 X2+ 0.230 X3. The results of the analysis show that partially role conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (tcount = 3.963 and Sig = 0.000), job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = -3.582 and Sig = 0.001) and work stress has a positive and significant effect on significant to turnover intention (tcount = 3.959 and Sig = 0.000). Simultaneously there is the effect of role conflict, job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention (Fcount = 142.118 and Sig = 0.000)
The Influence of Recruitment Policy, Psychological Support, and Job Satisfaction on Civil Servant Retention at the Attorney General's Office
This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of recruitment policy, psychological support factors, and job satisfaction on the retention of civil servants (ASN) at the Attorney General's Office. The research employs an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach, and the population includes all ASN employees at the Attorney General's Office, with a sample size of 100 employees. Data collection utilizes a survey method, and questionnaires are distributed to ASN employees at the Attorney General's Office. Multivariate statistical methods are employed for data analysis, revealing that transparent and competence-oriented recruitment policies have a positive impact on ASN retention. Additionally, psychological support provided by superiors and colleagues proves to significantly enhance ASN retention. On the other hand, job satisfaction among ASN employees plays a crucial role in influencing decisions to remain in the institution. This research provides a deeper understanding of the factors affecting ASN retention at the Attorney General's Office. The findings contribute to the development of more effective human resources policies and assist the institution in retaining and enhancing the potential of qualified ASN. These results are expected to serve as a reference for the Attorney General's Office and other researchers interested in the field of human resource management in the government sector
Analysis of the influence of Marketplace Features and E-Wom on the Satisfaction of Online Buyers Shopee Students of Dehasen University Bengkulu City
This research aims to analyze the influence of marketplace features on the satisfaction of Shopee online buyers, the students at Dehasen University, Bengkulu City. The type of this research is quantitative. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and the sample data collection method uses convenience sampling with 100 samples. The results of the marketplace feature have a significantly negative effect on Shopee Online Buyers Satisfaction among the Students at Dehasen University, Bengkulu City. This is proven by the results of the t test showing that the t value shows -3.850 and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05 means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. E-wom has a significant effect on Shopee Online Buyers Satisfaction of Dehasen University Students, Bengkulu City. This is proven by the results of the t test showing that the t value is greater than t table (8.680 > 1.984) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Marketplace (X1), E-wom (X2) features, together have a significant effect on Shopee Online Buyers (Y) Satisfaction of Dehasen University Students, Bengkulu City, this is proven by the F test showing the value of Fcount > Ftable (38.281 > 3, 09) with a significant value of 0.000. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.441 or 44.1%. This explains that the large variation in the dependent (Satisfaction) and independent variables (Marketplace and E-WOM Features) is (100%-44.1% and the result is 55.9%) online buyers' satisfaction is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this research.

Adapting To Change: A Study Of Post-Pandemic Millennial Housing Preferences
The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally altered societal dynamics, particularly in the realm of residential preferences. This thesis investigates the shifting trends in post-pandemic housing preferences and their impact on residential decision-making. Key factors such as size, layout, amenities, location, outdoor spaces, and technological advancements are scrutinized to comprehend the shifting landscape of residential choices. The study reveals an increased emphasis on home office spaces and adaptable layouts as a response to the pandemic's transformative influence. It also highlights a growing inclination towards outdoor spaces like gardens and multi-function rooms due to the increasing trend of working at home during and after pandemic. Additionally, changing priorities in location selection and the rising importance of health-related aspects in home design are explored. Employing qualitative methods, the research conducts semi-structured interviews with eleven (11) diverse respondents to gain insights into post-COVID-19 house preferences and decision-making processes. The findings provide valuable guidance for real estate professionals, urban planners, and architects, aiding them in adjusting to the evolving needs and preferences of residents. Beyond academic realms, the study carries practical implications, contributing to the creation of innovative housing solutions aligned with changing preferences and responsive to post-pandemic societal demands. Ultimately, it seeks to inform policymakers and stakeholders, facilitating the development of sustainable residential environments that effectively address the evolving needs of individuals and communities in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic
The Influence Of Employee Work Stress And Employee Compensation On Turnover Intention Mediated By Job Satisfaction
The study aimed to test a research model that states that the effect of Employee Work Stress and Employee Compensation on Turnover Intention is mediated by Job Satisfaction at PT. Monokem Surya Karawang. This study used a quantitative approach. The respondents of this study were employees of PT Monokem Surya Karawang. Sampling in this study was carried out using Probability Sampling, and sampling was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling method. Sample data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The research analysis used is a structural model processed by SMART-PLS 3.0 software. This study shows that Employee Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Employee Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Work Stress has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention even though Job Satisfaction has mediated it, Job Satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention, Employee Compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention, Employee Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention even though it has been mediated by Job Satisfaction
