The Effect Of Concurrent Position And Tenure Of President Director And Ownership Structure On Environmental, Social, And Governance (ESG) Value
The decision on how much the company contributes to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) related activities is influenced by President's characteristics and the company ownership structure. Present study was undertaken to investigate the effects of the President's busyness and tenure, as well as the ownership structure of family companies, on the ESG scores of companies in Indonesia. The present study used 221 observations from 50 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Refinitiv ESG Scores database from 2016 – 2020 and analyzed them by the Regression method. The findings suggested that companies that have busy presidents or CEOs and family ownership structures give low ESG scores. While the authors do not find sufficient evidence to support the President Director serving more than five years has a good influence on ESG scores. It is because family companies tend to focus on enriching their families. Companies can limit the number of concurrent positions held by the President and recruit a President who has extensive experience. This study contributes to investigating the correlation between ESG scores with the President's concurrent positions and the company ownership structure
Empirical Evidence For Sharia Financial Literacy Levels In Muslim Communities: 3T Region, Sorong, Southwest Papua
Financial inclusion is positively correlated with public financial literacy, according previous literatures. National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion explained that Sorong City, as one of Indonesia's 3T (Underprivileged, Frontier, and Outermost) regions, has very low sharia financial literacy, this could hinder the expansion of local sharia financial institutions. This research aims to evaluate the level of sharia financial literacy level by evaluating 5 aspects: fundamental understanding of sharia finance (FUSF), sharia insurance (SI), sharia capital market investment (ICM), sharia savings and financing (SFS), and sharia financial ethics (SFE). 100 Muslims of working age that take part in sharia financial inclusion meet the sample criteria. By using descriptive statistical analysis, the result of overall avarage score is 67%, indicates that the Muslim community in Sorong has a medium level (60-79%) sharia financial literacy, according to Chen and Volpe (1988) model. A closer look results that the medium level of literacy for the FUSF, SFS, and SFE aspects by 60%, 64%, and 73%, respectively; the high level is SI aspect by 81%, and the low level is ICM aspect by 59%. This explains why achieving sustainability in sharia financial industry still requires significant efforts to create highly financially literate society

The Influence of User Experience and E-Service Quality on Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction Mediation (Study on Mobile Coffee Shop Applications in Indonesia)
Purpose-This study aims to examine the influence of user experience and e-service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediator in mobile coffee shop applications in Indonesia.Design/methodology/approach -This research is a quantitative research which uses a survey methodology with SEM-PLS analysis. This study involved 270 respondents who are active users of various mobile coffee shop applications.Findings-The results indicated that user experience significantly affects e-service quality and directly impacts customer satisfaction. Although e-service quality did not show a positive effect on customer loyalty, the study found no significant evidence that e-service quality directly impacts customer satisfaction. However, customer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between user experience and customer loyalty. Additionally, age serves as a moderating variable in the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing user experience and suggest that improving electronic service quality may not be sufficient without directly increasing customer satisfaction to build customer loyalty.Originality/value-This study used age as a moderating variable, and combined it with UX and customer satisfaction model

Citra Digital Identifikasi Kematangan Buah Sawit Berdasarkan Warna RGB dan HSV Menggunakan Metode Self Organizing Map (SOM)
Palm oil is one of the largest export commodities in Indonesia. Accuracy in determining the level of maturity of oil palm fruit determines the quality of this plant's harvest. This research uses digital image processing to identify the maturity level of oil palm fruit based on RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) colors. Images in the form of photos of oil palm fruit taken with a digital camera were processed with MATLAB software and then analyzed using the Self Organizing Map (SOM) method to obtain a comparison of the RGB and HSV feature extraction results. The results of the research succeeded in distinguishing the level of maturity, namely very ripe, ripe, almost ripe and unripe, the color of the oil palm fruit was red, black orange, yellow and black. The accuracy of the results using the performance evaluation matrix method of the SOM method, namely Quantization Error, Silhouette Score and Topographic Error. Quantization Error RGB (0.004737) is lower than HSV (0.073178) which shows RGB's ability is good in representing data in SOM, Silhouette Score HSV (0.704204) is higher than RGB (0.599846) indicating HSV's ability is slightly better in grouping objects and both have no problems on Topographic Error mapping (0.000000). In the RGB image similarity approach, it is better than HSV.

Ticket War Konser Coldplay dan Fenomena Fear of Missing Out
Coldplay, as one of the most popular bands in the world, is often the center of attention of global music fans. Their concerts are considered unforgettable experiences, and tickets are often a rarity. This research uses Self Determination Theory which includes autonomy, competence and connectedness, aiming to analyze the influence of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) on the competition for tickets to the 2023 Coldplay concert. Phenomenology is used to find out how FOMO is among Coldplay’s fans with the points Edited Content, Continuous Update , Social Comparison, Comments & Likes, Events & Social Invitations. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show FOMO behavior among Coldplay fans; 1) Autonomy, watching concerts is a personal desire; 2) Competence, a Coldplay concert is considered an achievement, creating satisfaction; 3) Connectedness, increasing motivation to get involved in the concert. Media content influences feelings of FOMO. Social media algorithms make it easier to access information. Social comparison triggers feelings of envy, but people's success in getting tickets through events & social invitations does not affect feelings of FOMO. FOMO and the influence of social media encourage people to get involved in Coldplay concerts, thus creating satisfaction. When individuals are in a missing out situation, some of them experience disappointment, but others respond to these feelings by diverting their disappointment into positive things
