Hukum Zakat Terhadap Cryptocurrency Dalam Pengelolaan Harta Digital
Get PDFIn the current digital era, cryptocurrency has become an increasingly popular digital asset in the world of finance. However, the legal question surrounding the obligation of zakat on cryptocurrencies is still a significant debate among Muslims. This research aims to analyze the legal implications of zakat on cryptocurrency in the context of digital asset management. The research methodology used is qualitative, this includes analysis of Islamic legal documents, fatwas from religious authorities, as well as case studies of the use of cryptocurrency as an investment asset. The research results show that the determination of zakat obligations on cryptocurrencies is not uniform, depending on the interpretation of the school of thought and the specific conditions of its use. Several aspects that need to be considered in calculating zakat on cryptocurrency include the current rupiah exchange rate, digital asset holding period, and the type of cryptocurrency owned. Apart from that, clear guidance is also needed regarding how to calculate the zakat value of fluctuating cryptocurrencies. In relation to digital asset management, this research also highlights the security and regulations related to cryptocurrency, in digital assets. This emphasizes the need for awareness among Muslims in understanding and managing digital assets by considering aspects of zakat obligations. It is hoped that this research can provide clearer knowledge for Muslims in understanding their zakat obligations towards cryptocurrency, so that they can make a positive contribution in managing digital assets according to sharia

Get PDFHypertension is one of the major health issues commonly experienced by the community, especially among the elderly. A lack of understanding regarding blood pressure management methods poses a significant challenge in controlling this condition. This community service program aims to raise awareness and improve residents' skills in managing hypertension through acupressure therapy as a non-pharmacological approach.The program was conducted in RT 03, Ponorogo Subdistrict, using methods such as education, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Participants were provided with an understanding of the definition of hypertension, its causes, impacts, and the benefits of acupressure therapy in lowering blood pressure. Training sessions focused on practicing specific acupressure points on the body, accompanied by blood pressure measurements taken before and after the therapy sessions. The results indicated a reduction in participants' blood pressure levels following acupressure therapy. Additionally, participants' knowledge regarding hypertension and its management improved significantly. In conclusion, acupressure therapy has proven to be an effective and practical solution that can be independently applied to manage blood pressure and prevent hypertension-related complications in the community

Determination Of Banking Profitability In Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the determinants that affect banking profitability in Indonesia, as low profitability will reduce banks' ability and willingness to finance the broader economy and difficulties in facing the challenges of an unstable global economy. The population of this study is Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2014 to 2023. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling technique so that 51 research data are obtained. The research analysis used panel data regression and its significance level was 5%. The results of a study of 51 Conventional Commercial Banks in the period 2014-2023 show that the non-performing loan (NPL) ratio has a negative impact on banking profitability (ROA), the liquidity ratio (LDR) has a negative impact on banking profitability (ROA), the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) has a negative impact on banking profitability (ROA), and the operating expense ratio (BOPO) has a positive impact on corporate profitability (ROA)
Impact Of Accountability, Transferance, And Public Participation To The Work Of The Government Of The City Of Bengkulu
Get PDFThis study investigates the impact of accountability, transparency, and public participation on the performance of the local government in Bengkulu City, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from a sample of 50 respondents through questionnaires. The analysis included various statistical tests, such as validity and reliability assessments, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, confirming the robustness of the findings. The results reveal that all three independent variables significantly influence government performance, with accountability demonstrating the highest positive effect (p-value = 0.00), followed by transparency (p-value = 0.001) and public participation (p-value = 0.000). These findings underscore the critical role of accountability, transparency, and public participation in enhancing local government effectiveness and efficiency, ultimately aligning public expectations with government performance. The study contributes to the understanding of local governance dynamics in Indonesia and highlights the necessity for improved accountability and public engagement in decision-making processes

In this study, the data were analyzed using statistical methods. Data processing using the SPSS statistical program. The statistical test used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression analysis. Get PDFThis study examines the effectiveness of Green HD Waste Bank in increasing the income of contractual employees in the RSHD area of Bengkulu City. Green HD Waste Bank was initially established to support environmental sustainability by encouraging waste separation and recycling within the community. Over time, it has also proven to offer economic benefits, particularly for contractual staff at RSHD Bengkulu City who participate as members or clients of the waste bank. Using a qualitative research approach, this study conducted in-depth interviews with the waste bank's manager, employees, and clients to understand the dual role of Green HD Waste Bank in environmental preservation and income enhancement. Findings indicate that Green HD Waste Bank not only effectively contributes to a cleaner and more sustainable environment but also provides supplemental income, thus enhancing the financial well-being of contractual employees involved in the program

This research investigates the semiotic elements and moral messages embedded in the images found on cigarette packs, specifically focusing on the types of sign-meanings (denotation, connotation, and myth) and their moral implications. Data were collected from 10 different cigarette packs and analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory The analysis reveals that all 10 packs contain denotation and connotation, while 8 packs also exhibit myth. Beyond these semiotic analyses, the research uncovers significant moral messages conveyed through the warning images. These pictures serve as stark reminders of the severe health consequences of smoking, prompting reflection on the ethical implications of tobacco consumption. They underscore the importance of informed decision-making and challenge the normalization of smoking within cultural contexts. In conclusion, the semiotic and moral analysis of cigarette pack images reveals a complex interplay between visual elements and societal perceptions. The findings highlight the dual role of these images in conveying direct health warnings and broader ethical considerations, ultimately advocating for a more informed and health-conscious society
