competence and work environment on the performance of sub-district employees in Seluma District. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 70 respondents.  The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 2.812 + 0.372 X1 + 0.511 X2 + 0.186 X3 + 1.495. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables work facilities (X1), competence (X2) and work environment (X3) on the performance of sub-district employees (Y) in Seluma District. The results show that the results of the work facilities test (XI) show tcount 2.704 > ttable 1.666 and significance 0.009 <0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning work facilities (XI) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in the District Seluma. The results of the competency test (X2) show tcount 3.763 > ttable 1.666 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that competency (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in Seluma District. The results of the work environment test (X3) show tcount 3.113 > ttable 1.666 and significance 0.003 <0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the work environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of subdistrict employees in Seluma District and is based on comparing the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 39,588 > 2.50, so it is concluded that Accepting the Hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between work facilities (XI) competence (X2) and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) sub-district in Seluma District. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.0

WHO data shows that around 13 million people were infected from drinking water refills infected with E-Coli bacteria. The data in Indonesia shows that 19.7% of drinking water depots do not meet the requirements contain E-Coli. In Bengkulu Province, there were 48 depots that did not meet the requirements containing E-Coli. In Muko-Muko Regency, E-Coli bacteria were found in 24 depots. The aim of the research is to know the relationship between the equipment and monitoring of refill drinking water depot processing and the existence of E-coli in Mukomuko Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design. The number of samples in the research were 64 respondents. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results showed that a small portion of the depot identified as E-Coli was 6.2%, a small portion of the depot that was not supervised was 6.2%, a small portion of the depot equipment did not meet the requirements of 9.4%. There is a significant relationship between depot equipment and the presence of E-Coli (p = 0.002), there is no significant relationship between the supervision of refill drinking water depot processing and the presence of E-Coli in Muko-Muko Regency (p = 0.233). It is hoped that the further research will be able to look at other risk factors using multivariate analysis

Labor pain can cause various physiological and psychological changes in the mother. This study aims to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on reducing labor pain during the first active phase. The type of design in this research is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The total sample was 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses the total sampling method. Data collection techniques used questionnaire sheets and the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale. Data analysis used paired T test. The results of the study showed that the pain intensity of respondents in the group before being given treatment was an average of 7.00 and after being given treatment an average of 5.47. The results of data analysis obtained a significance value of ρ = 0.000 (ρ <0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of providing deep breathing relaxation techniques on reducing labor pain during the first active phase

The present study investigates the intricate relationships among corporate social responsibility (CSR), job crafting, employee motivation, employee engagement, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction within the domain of Indonesian vocational higher education institutions. Employing a quantitative research methodology, data were gathered from a sample of 254 participants through a structured questionnaire administered in 2024. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was utilized to examine the hypothesized relationships among the variables. Empirical findings indicate that CSR, employee motivation, and employee engagement exert a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction demonstrates a substantial positive impact on organizational commitment. Notably, the study revealed that while CSR does not directly affect organizational commitment, it indirectly influences this outcome through its positive association with job satisfaction. Both employee motivation and engagement were found to significantly enhance organizational commitment, both directly and indirectly via job satisfaction. These results underscore the critical role of job satisfaction in fostering organizational commitment. Consequently, the study recommends that vocational higher education institutions prioritize the enhancement of CSR initiatives, the cultivation of employee engagement, and the implementation of equitable decision-making processes to cultivate heightened job satisfaction and organizational commitment
