    Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) is a condition of nutritional deficiency in pregnant women. The problem in this research is the increase in the incidence of KEK in the West Lingkar Community Health Center by 10.02% from 2016 of 3.68% and in 2017 of 14.7%. This study aims to determine the relationship that influences CED in pregnant women at the Karya Sakti Musi Rawas health center. The type of research in this research is an analytical survey with a Case Control approach. The sample in this study consisted of 44 pregnant women. The research was conducted using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that education (p=0.016) and early age of pregnancy (p=0.033) were related to the incidence of CED. It is hoped that the Community Health Center can improve the treatment program for CED pregnant women and carry out early detection of factors that cause CED in pregnant women

    Rheumatoid Arthritis is a progressive, systematic and chronic inflammatory disease that initially affects the synovial joints accompanied by edema, congestion of vascular exudate and cellular infiltration (Risnanto & Isnani, 2014). The impact of Rheumatoid Arthritis can cause discomfort, pain and limited physical mobility so that there is a risk of disability and loss of movement (Elviani et al., 2021). Progressive muscle relaxation therapy is a muscle stretching and breathing exercise that is done to produce a response that can reduce sympathetic nerve activity so that it can reduce pain. The general purpose of this case study is to apply Myra E Levine's nursing theory to Rheumatic Patients by performing and teaching Progressive Muscle Relaxation Techniques to reduce pain intensity, this study was also conducted to determine whether Myra E Levine's theory can be applied to Rheumatic patients by providing Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique therapy. This case study method is a qualitative method with a Case study research strategy. The type of case study when carrying out nursing care is Case study research by applying Myra E Levine's nursing model theory to patients suffering from Rheumatic. The results of nursing care for Rheumatic patients using Myra E Levine's nursing theory include: Assessment, Tropihicognosis Decisions, hypotheses and compiling interventions, implementation and evaluation of nursing. Tropihicognosis Decision, found in patients namely Chronic Pain (related to the inflammatory process) and Anxiety (related to changes in health status. While the hypothesis and nursing interventions that are compiled are directed at helping to reduce pain intensity with Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique therapy through the Conservation Model approach.Myra E Levine's nursing model theory can be applied and applied well in nursing focusing on Rheumatism cases. Suggestions for health workers are for Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique therapy in patients with rheumatism to reduce pain intensity so as to increase mobilization ability and reduce activity disorders due to uncontrolled pain

    This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the semiotic meaning of the lyrics of the song "Last Roar", what forms of social criticism are found in the song and finding out how music can be used as a medium for social criticism. The theories used in this research are music and songs, Roland Barthes' semiotics and social criticism and use qualitative research methods. The results of the research can be concluded that the form of social criticism in the song "Last Roar" by Tuan Tiga Belas can be concluded as a form of protest song. Mr. Thirteen expressed criticism of the government and the condition of Sumatran tigers and forests in Indonesia. Through this song, Tuan Tigabelas also calls on all Indonesian people to continue to protect and care about Indonesia's natural balance.

    Based on observations of the learning outcomes of class III students at SDN 52 Kota Bengkulu in the Pancasila Education lesson content, it is very low, learning is teacher-centred and students do not participate actively, so improvements in learning are needed. The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of class III students at SDN 52 Bengkulu City using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The implementation of this learning improvement is Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of 3 cycles, the stages of each cycle are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 7 class III students at SDN 52 Bengkulu City for the 2024 academic year. The data analysis technique used quantitative analysis.     Factors Associated With The Occurrence of Contact Ddermatitis in The Working Area Of Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City

    Intoduction: Contact dermatitis is a skin disease caused by irritants or contact with allergens. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), there was an increase of about 7% in 2022 from the general population, including 3-24% in children and 33-64% in the elderly. It ranks among the top 10 diseases reported to the Health Office of Bengkulu Province and City, with an increase of 1555 cases at Telaga Dewa Health Center in 2023. This study aims to identify the factors related to the incidence of dermatitis at Telaga Dewa Health Center in Bengkulu City in 2024.Method: This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The sample consists of 69 individuals, selected through simple random sampling. The tests used include univariate and bivariate tests, and data analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. Result and Discussion: he analysis results show that nearly half (47.8%) of the respondents have inadequate knowledge, the majority of respondents (72.5%) are employed, a large portion of respondents (53.6%) have poor personal hygiene, and most respondents (59.4%) are suffering from contact dermatitis at Telaga Dewa Health Center in Bengkulu City. There is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of contact dermatitis with a p-value of 0.003, employment with a p-value of 0.000, and personal hygiene with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: It is expected that dermatitis sufferers will maintain factors related to the incidence of contact dermatitis and undergo regular check-ups at Telaga Dewa Health Center

    Factors Related To The Occurrence Of Ari In Toddlers At Telaga Dewa Health Center In Bengkulu City In 2024

    Intoduction: Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) are acute infectious diseases that affect one or more parts of the respiratory tract. It can be caused by bacteria or viruses that enter the respiratory tract and cause an inflammatory reaction. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the mortality rate among toddlers due to ARI is 15%-20% in developing countries. The incidence rate of ARI in Indonesia is relatively high at 53%, with 31.4% occurring in toddlers. In Bengkulu City, there were 3,240 cases in 2022, with the highest number of cases (2,404) reported at the Telaga Dewa Health Center. The aim of this study is to identify the factors related to the incidence of ARI in toddlers at Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City, in 2024. Method: This study uses a cross-sectional research design. The population in the study consisted of 183 toddlers, and the sample was taken using purposive sampling with a total of 65 toddlers. The research location is at Telaga Dewa Health Center. Result and Discussion: he tests used include univariate and bivariate tests, with data analysis conducted using the chi-square test. The analysis results show that the majority of respondents (55.4%) had inadequate home ventilation, (52.3%) had adequate flooring, (50.8%) had adequate walls, (56.9%) had abnormal nutritional status, and (53.8%) had incomplete immunization. There is a relationship between home ventilation and the incidence of ARI in toddlers with a p-value of (0.013), nutritional status with a p-value of (0.007), and immunization with a p-value of (0.022). Meanwhile, there is no relationship between flooring and the incidence of ARI in toddlers with a p-value of (0.335), and between walls and the incidence of ARI in toddlers with a p-value of (0.879). Conclusion: It is hoped that Telaga Dewa Health Center can prepare guidelines for counseling on risk factors related to the incidence of ARI and optimize preventive and promotional programs regarding factors related to the incidence of ARI

    Factors Related To The Occurrence Of Typhoid At Bhayangkara Polda Hospilat, Bengkulu In 2024

    Intoduction: Typhoid is an acute intestinal infectious disease characterized by symptoms such as abdominal pain, skin rashes, and fever. The WHO estimates the global burden of typhoid fever at 11-20 million cases per year. In Indonesia, the incidence of typhoid fever is about 350-810 cases per 100,000 population. According to the Bengkulu City Health Office, there were 456 cases of typhoid in 2022. At Bhayangkara Hospital Polda Bengkulu, there were 355 cases of typhoid (typhoid fever) in 2022. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors associated with the incidence of typhoid at Bhayangkara Polda Hospital, Bengkulu in 2024. Method: This research is analytical with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study consists of all patients visiting Bhayangkara Polda Hospital, Bengkulu over the last 3 months, specifically December 2023, January 2024, and February 2024, totaling 8,844 people. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling, with a sample size of 38. Result and Discussion: The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between age and the incidence of typhoid at Bhayangkara Hospital Polda Bengkulu in 2024, with a p-value of 0.009. There is also a relationship between attitude and the incidence of typhoid, with a p-value of 0.019. Furthermore, there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of typhoid, with a p-value of 0.001.     World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016 as many as 335 million people in the world who suffer from rheumatism (Rasiman, N.B & Reskiani,2022).The prevalence of rheumatism in Indonesia is quite high, which is one of 12 non-communicable diseases of rheumatic patients in Indonesia reached 7.30%.The number of rheumatism in Bengkulu province ranked second after Aceh province, amounting to 12.11%.(Ministry of Health, 2018).The purpose of this study was to know the relationship of knowledge with the recurrence of rheumatic diseases, to know the relationship of activity with the recurrence of rheumatic diseases, knowledge of the relationship of diet with the recurrence of rheumatic diseases.Sampling method is done by purposive sampling technique where the researcher takes the sample in accordance with certain considerations. the sample in this study was 75 respondents who were diagnosed with rheumatic disease at the East ring Health Center in bengkulu city in 2024 .From the results of Chi-Square test analysis showed that the value (p=0.001) there is a meaningful relationship between knowledge with rheumatic recurrence, from the results of Chi-Square test analysis showed that the value (p=0.021 )there is a meaningful relationship between activity patterns with rheumatic recurrence, the results of Chi-Square test analysis (continuity correction) showed that the value (p=0.001) puskesmas lingkar timur bengkulu city in 2024.It is hoped that these results to the East Lingkar Health Center can provide useful information and input in preventing and treating this rheumatic recurrence

    Relationship Between Type Of Delivery And Completeness Of Postpartum Visit In The Working Area Of Puskesmas Kampung Delima, Rejang Lebong Regency

    Mothers who give birth by cesarean, vacuum and forceps tend to make postpartum visits compared to mothers who give birth normally. to find out the relationship between the type of delivery with the completeness of postpartum visits in the Working Area of Puskesmas Kampung Delima Rejang Lebong Regency The population in this study were postpartum women > 40 days in the Working Area of Puskesmas Kampung Delima in the period May to June 2024 totalling 42 people.  The research sample was postpartum women >40 days in the Kampung Delima Health Centre Working Area. Sampling in this study was conducted using total sampling technique. Of the 42 respondents, almost all respondents (85.7%) had normal labour. The analysis using the Chi-Square test obtained a p-value = 0.023 < α = 0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between the type of delivery and the completeness of postpartum visits in the Working Area of Puskesmas Kampung Delima, Rejang Lebong Regency It is hoped that in order to increase postpartum visits, Puskesmas can collaborate with husbands and Posyandu cadres so that postpartum women can make postpartum visits so that midwives can carry out early detection of complications that occur during the postpartum period

    A Correlation Between The Utilization Of Kia Book And Compliance With Complete Basic Immunization In Infants Aged 0-11 Months At Kampung Delima Health Center, Rejang Lebong Regency, In 2024

    Immunization is the most effective primary prevention against infectious diseases, protecting individuals from serious illnesses and preventing the spread of contagious diseases (Irawati, 2020). Immunization is carried out to induce or enhance immunity against certain diseases; if not done, it can increase the risk of exposure to diseases with severe symptoms (Hudhah, 2020). The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between the use of the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Book and compliance with complete basic immunization in infants aged 0-11 months at Kampung Delima Public Health Center, Rejang Lebong Regency, in 2024.This study uses an analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The measurement of variables is conducted at a specific point in time, meaning that subjects are observed and measured simultaneously. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 69 respondents.The results of the Chi-square test show that there is a correlation between the use of the MCH Book and compliance with complete basic immunization in infants aged 0-11 months, with a chi-square result of p-value 0.001 (α<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between the use of the Maternal and Child Health Book and compliance with complete basic immunization in infants aged 0-11 months at Kampung Delima Public Health Center, Rejang Lebong Regency, in 2024.It is recommended that the public health center utilize this information as a means of evaluation, particularly in increasing the coverage of complete basic immunization in infant
