Full text linkBreast milk is the main source of nutritional needs for babies, because it contains white blood cells, immunoglobin, enzymes and hormones as well as other proteins needed in the process of optimal child growth and development. Breastfeeding failure can be influenced by internal and external factors. A common problem during the breastfeeding process is the inappropriate way of breastfeeding. Health workers are expected to provide information in the form of health education on how to breastfeed properly to pregnant women so that they can breastfeed their babies, so that problems that occur during the breastfeeding process can be avoided, and can increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months in newborns. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of health education on the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women about how to breastfeed. This type of research is quantitative, the design used in quasi-experiment research. The quasi-experiment design used was one group pretest and posttest design. The number of samples in this study were 38 third trimester pregnant women in Watas Marga Health Center. The results of the study obtained after being given health education on how to breastfeed increased to 77.53 (Good Knowledge) with a deviation standard of 7.721. The results of the statistical test obtained p-value of 0.000, it can be concluded that health education can affect the mother's knowledge about how to breastfee

This fact has led to the birth of a new paradigm of relations between nations which was originally a monopoly of the state, but now foreign relations is a common activity for the public where individuals, groups, non-governmental organisations, private institutions, and government agencies are involved covering various aspects of the interests of society, nation and state. In the modern view of foreign relations, in addition to using official diplomatic relations, the government can also use various unofficial channels such as traders, businessmen, scientists, politicians, local officials, students, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), multi-national companies, tourists, and so on. This diplomacy policy contains several risk factors, including the possibility of transnational crime networks under the guise of foreign investment, legal disputes in international trade agreements, and so on. Full text linkThis study tries to investigate how customer experience factors, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk can influence the behavioral intention to use mobile banking through attitude as a mediating variable. This research model was examined within the context of Batam City residents who have used mobile banking in Malaysia involving 258 respondents. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique and PLS-SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software to analyze the data. The research results show that customer experience, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived risk are proven to be able to influence the attitude towards behavioral intention of the Batam City residents who have used mobile banking in Malaysia. 
Impact Of Compensation And Work Discipline On Employee Performance With Work Motivation As Intervening Variable (Case Studies Of LAZIS Muhammadiyah)
Full text linkThe study aims to study the impact of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance, with motivation as an intervening variable. The study analyzed data from 105 respondents using quantitative approaches and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). In addition, although compensation has a significant impact on work motivation, work discipline also strongly affects work motivations. Work motivation has been shown to mediate the relationship between compensation and employee performance. These findings suggest that in addition to competitive compensation, improving employee discipline and motivation can be an effective strategy for improving performance. The results of this research can serve as a benchmark for managers to formulate more effective compensation policies and develop human resources.

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the contribution between arm muscle strength to lower service skills in volleyball games at SMP Negeri 4 Seluma. This type of research is correlational research. The research sample totalled 20 people. The instruments used in this study were the full up test and the lower serve test in volleyball games. Where the results of the contribution of arm muscle strength to the lower serve test were 90.17%. With the discovery of a significant contribution of arm muscle strength to the skill of serving down in a volleyball game at SMP Negeri 4 Seluma, the strength of the arm muscles to the lower serve test is 90.17%.4 Seluma, then arm muscle strength can be used as a tool to predict lower serve skills in volleyball games

Full text linkThis research aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes by using the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media in science and science learning for class fifth B at SD Negeri 5 Bengkulu City. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this research were 30 students in class fifth B at SDN 5, Bengkulu City. The research instruments used were student activity observation sheets and test sheets. The data analysis technique uses the formula for average score, highest score, lowest score, score difference and range of values for each criterion. Test data is processed using the formula for average score and percentage of success in learning completion. The research results showed that in cycle first it was still not optimal so it was improved in cycle second. The results of student activities in cycle first obtained a score of 23 in the sufficient category, and increased in cycle second to a score of 35.5 in the good category. In the Knowledge aspect in cycle first obtained an average score of 66.66 with a percentage of 63%. In cycle second it increased by obtaining an average score of 78.5 with a percentage of 83%. So it can be concluded that the application of the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media in science and science learning for class fifth B at SD Negeri 5 Bengkulu City can increase student activity and learning outcomes.
 
Profit Optimisation On Risol Products By Using Simplex Method
Full text linkIn an era of increasingly fierce business competition, the food industry faces the challenge of meeting consumer demand while managing resources efficiently to maximize profits. This research focuses on optimizing the profitability of risol products, snacks made from flour dough with various fillings, using the simplex method. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data was collected from the Risol XYZ Plant through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out by compiling a mathematical model that describes the function of the goal to maximize the existing advantages and constraints. The results of the analysis show that by using the simplex method, factories can improve production efficiency and profitability. From the calculations carried out, the objective function Z = 75,000X₁ + 50,000X₂, with the constraints of wheat raw materials, breadcrumbs, chicken meat, carrots, potatoes, and production capacity. Strategic recommendations are provided to improve efficiency and integrate sustainability practices in the production process. Full text linkSi Apik application is a digital innovation designed to facilitate the management of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This journal discusses the implementation and impact of using the Si Apik application at Warung Manisan Pak Agung, an MSME engaged in the sale of traditional sweets. This study uses qualitative methods, involving in-depth interviews with the owner and customers, as well as direct observation of the store's operations. The results of the study show that the use of the Si Apik application not only increases operational efficiency, such as stock management and transaction recording, but also has a positive impact on customer satisfaction through faster and more accurate services. These findings indicate the significant potential of the Si Apik application in supporting the digital transformation of other MSMEs in Indonesia

The purpose of implementing PSAK No. 201 financial in decision making is to provide detailed information and provide third party trust.The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of the application of financial reports based on SAK of the KUD Sriwijaya oil palm farmer group, SP 3 Pelakat Tinggi Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province which has been in accordance with Accounting standards. The method used in this study is a Descriptive Qualitative comparative approach. Data collection techniques used by the author are by conducting observations, interviews and documentation.The results of the study indicate that the analysis of the application of accounting standards for oil palm farmer groups in SP 3 Pelakat Tinggi Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province from the results of this study indicate that the financial reports that have been applied/presented by the oil palm farmer groups in SP 3 Pelakat Tinggi Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province are said to be inappropriate because only one component of the financial report, namely the financial position report, namely the balance sheet and profit and loss statement, the statement of changes in equity, and the statement of notes to the financial statements are not presented or applied, this is said to be inappropriate because of the lack of 4 components that are not presented with the accounting standards PSAK No. 201

Full text linkThis research aims to examine the influence of job embeddedness variables on happiness at work, innovative behavior and quality of work life. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was 120 employees. Research data was obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM analysis techniques with the help of the SEM PLS program.
