Optimizing Village Sustainability, Village Funds, And Tourism Strategic Plan For Household Welfare In The Coastal Area Of South Nias Regency
This research is motivated by the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) applied by the central government to regions up to the village level, through programs tailored to local conditions. Sustainable development is expected to reduce inequality between villages and cities. However, its implementation in South Nias Regency still faces obstacles, especially in the allocation of village funds that have not had a significant impact on the development and economy of the community. This problem is related to politics, unilateral policies, and the slow process of fund disbursement, which has led to community complaints due to the lack of income and support from the government. The research was conducted in Botohili Sorake Village, with the aim of analyzing the influence of Village SDGs, Village Funds, and Tourism Strategic Plan on tourist visits and household welfare. The research sample consisted of 200 households with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method with Amos version 23.0 software. The results showed that the variables of Village SDGs, Village Fund, and Tourism Strategic Plan had a significant effect on tourist visits. However, only the Tourism Strategic Plan has a significant effect on household welfare, while the Village SDGs and Village Fund do not. This study recommends that the government manage village funds wisely and transparently, and support infrastructure development and tourism promotion. In addition, it is important to work with educational institutions to improve people's understanding of the SDGs, which can ultimately improve their welfare

Analisis Metode Bermain Peran Terhadap Perkembangan Sosial – Emosional Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun
Abstract
The role-playing method is an effective approach in supporting the social emotional development of children aged 4-5 years. This research uses the SWOT analysis method, which includes identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Strengths of the role-playing method include increasing children's creativity, self confidence, empathy and social skills. However, weaknesses include time requirements and potential lack of focus on the activity. Opportunities that can be utilized include application in various learning contexts and collaboration with parents, while possible threats include negative influences from the environment and lack of support from caregivers. The results of this analysis suggest that the role play method is not only beneficial in developing children's social skills, but also as a means to build positive interpersonal relationships. This research is expected to provide insights for educators and parents in implementing the roleplaying method more effectively.

This research was motivated by students who found it difficult to answer questions given by the teacher, and it was still seen that students were less able to explain the answers well in learning English, so that in learning English students did not understand the lessons given by the teacher. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether by implementing the PBL learning model (Problem Based Learning) in the introduction material can improve learning outcomes in class VII MtS N 1 Seluma?. The purpose of this research is to determine student learning outcomes using the PBL learning model (Problem Based Learning) on instruction material in class VII MtS N 1 Seluma. This research uses Class Action Research (PTK) which observes the teaching and learning process in the classroom which is an examination of learning activities in the form of actions, which are deliberately created and occur in a class together. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. Based on data analysis, the average student learning outcomes were obtained before using the PBL learning model (Problem Based Learning) namely 41% with only 11 people completing it and the remaining 16 people not completing it. After carrying out PTK with the PBL learning model (Problem Based Learning) The average student learning outcomes in cycle I reached 78% with 21 people getting a completion score above the KKM, namely 65. Cycle II further improved by achieving an average learning outcome reaching 100% with all students getting a completion score above The KKM is 65. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis can be proven by implementing the PBL learning model(Problem Based Learning) can improve learning outcomes in the introduction material in class VII MtS N 1 Selumacan be seen from student learning outcomes after carrying out PTK using the PBL learning model (Problem Based Learning) on introductory material with 100% classical completeness

Factors Affecting Employee Performance in the Village Office of South Seluma Subdistrict
The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors Affecting Employee Performance at the Village Office of Seluma Selatan District. The sample in this study was 72 village office employees in Seluma Selatan District. Data collection using questionnaires and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis test. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 4.362 + 0.193X1 + 0.367 X2 + 0.361X3 + e. This illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (motivation), X2 (education) and X3 (work discipline) on performance (Y). This means that if the variables of motivation, education and work discipline increase, it will increase the performance of the newspaper. The coefficient of determination is 0.584. This means that X1 (motivation), X2 (education) and X3 (work discipline) have an effect on performance (Y) of 58.4% while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially (individually) the variables of education, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the newspaper performance variable because the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the F-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variables of education, motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous (together) effect on the performance of Village Office Employees because the significant value is smaller than 0.0
