Pelatihan Massage Olahraga Sebagai Teknik Relaksasi Dan Pemulihan Otot Bagi Masyarakat Di Desa Blitar Kabupaten Rejang Lebong
The community service activity titled "Sports Massage Training as a Technique for Relaxation and Muscle Recovery for the Community in Belitar Village" aims to provide education and practical skills to the community in maintaining muscle health through proper massage techniques. The training involved 30 participants from various backgrounds who actively attended two main sessions: theory and practice. The theory session provided an understanding of the benefits of sports massage, such as improving blood circulation, reducing muscle tension, and accelerating body recovery. Meanwhile, the practice session focused on mastering basic massage techniques that could be applied independently. The results of the activity showed very positive responses from the participants. Most participants stated that the training was relevant to their needs and offered tangible benefits for daily life. However, several challenges were encountered, such as the limited availability of teaching aids and the need to simplify theoretical materials to facilitate understanding. Recommendations for future activities include improving facilities, extending the duration of training, and developing more specific training themes. Overall, this activity successfully achieved its stated objectives and is expected to have a sustainable impact on the community of Belitar Village. It also strengthens the role of Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu in supporting community empowerment through relevant and practical service programs

Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases that can cause serious complications if not treated properly. Giving tomato juice as an alternative to non-pharmacological treatment can help lower blood pressure. With the aim of determining the effect of hypertension counseling by administering tomato juice on lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Hypertension counseling through the lecture method to the productive age community in Sumber Sari village. Hypertension counseling with tomato juice can help lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Therefore, giving tomato juice can be one of the alternative non-pharmacological treatments to help manage hypertension
The Influence Of Work Discipline, Work Effectiveness And Work Environment On Employee Performance Village In East Seluma District Seluma District
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work effectiveness and the work environment on the performance of subdistrict employees in East Seluma District, Seluma Regency. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 45 respondents. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 1.806 + 0.361 X1 + 0.537 X2 + 0.151 X3 + 1.567. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables of work discipline, work effectiveness and work environment on the performance of local employees in Seluma Tmur District, Seluma Regency. The results show that the results of the work discipline test (XI) show tcount 2,249 > ttable 1,679 and significance 0.030 < 0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that work discipline (XI) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of subdistrict employees in the District Seluma Seluma Regency. The results of the work effectiveness test (X2) show that tcount is 3.514 > ttable 1.679 and the significance is 0.001 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that work effectiveness (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in East Seluma District, Regency. Seluma. The results of the work environment test (X3) show tcount 2,566 > ttable 1,679 and significance 0.014 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the work environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in East Seluma District, Regency Seluma. Based on the comparison of the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 32,214 > 2.81, so it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between work discipline (XI), work effectiveness (X2), work environment (X3) on performance. sub-district employee (Y) in Seluma District, Seluma Regency. The Effect Of Competency And Work Facilities On Employee Performance Of Regional Financial Agencies In The Government Of Seluma Regency
Employee performance is the result of job functions or activities of a person or group in an organization that is influenced by various factors to achieve organizational goals. To achieve this, requires competence and work facilities at the Regional Financial Agency in the Government of Seluma Regency that are selective. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competency and work facilities on employees performance of Regional Financial Agency in the Government of Seluma Regency. The research method used is quantitative, the data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire technique, with a research sample of 63 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression Y =22,275 + 0.134 X1 + 0.446 X2 + 3,257. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the competency variable (X1) and work facilities, on employee performance at the Regional Financial Agency in the Government of Seluma Regency. The results show that the competency test results (XI) show t count 3.060> t table 1.670 and sigfinication 0.003 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that competency (XI) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial Agency in the Government of Seluma Regency. This means that the hypothesis is accepted. The test results for work facilities (X2) show t count 7,227>t table 1,670 and sigfinication 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that work facilities (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial Agency in the Government of Seluma Regency. This means that the hypothesis is accepted. So, the suitability of employee facilities can speed up one's work. The results of the comparison value of the value of Fcount with Ftable, Fcount is greater than Ftable, namely 29.873> 2.76, it is concluded that Accepting the Hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between competency (XI) and work facilities (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Regional Financial Agency in the Government of Seluma Regency. Factors Related To The Occurrence Of Diabetes Mellitus At Telaga Dewa Center Health In Bengkulu City In 2024
Intoduction: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by many factors characterized by high blood sugar levels due to impaired insulin function. Approximately 422 million people worldwide suffer from diabetes mellitus. According to IDF data, diabetes mellitus also causes 6.7 million deaths, or 1 every 5 seconds. Indonesia ranks fifth with 19.47 million diabetes mellitus sufferers out of a population of 179.72 million. Method: This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 50 respondents was obtained through accidental sampling. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test. Result and Discussion: the research results showed that almost the majority of respondents had a family history, with 40 people (80.0%), most respondents had good knowledge, with 20 people (40.0%), and the majority of respondents had unfavorable attitudes, with 32 people (64.0%). There was a significant relationship in the family history variable (p-value = 0.020 < α 0.05), a significant relationship in the knowledge variable (p-value = 0.031 < α 0.05), and no relationship in the attitude variable (p-value = 1.000 < α 0.05). Conclusion: is hoped that the health center will more frequently coordinate with health authorities to monitor and enhance surveys, provide counseling, and that the community will actively participate in diabetes mellitus prevention activities at Telaga Dewa Health Center
Determinants of Gastritis Occurrence in The Working Area of Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City in 2024
Intoduction: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the highest prevalence of gastritis occurrence in the world is found in Canada at 35%. Based on the health profile of Indonesia in 2019, Indonesia ranks third in the highest cases of gastritis in Asia, after India and Thailand, with a fairly high prevalence of gastritis at 274,396 cases or 40% of the population of 238,452,952 people. From the data of the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office in 2022,there were still many cases of gastritis recorded as the third most common disease in Bengkulu Province, with a total of 51,069 cases. The Telaga Dewa Health Center reported the highest incidence of gastritis, with 1,689 cases recorded from patient visits in 2022.The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between dietary patterns, stress, and knowledge with the occurrence of gastritis in the working area of Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City in 2024. Method: The method used is a descriptive correlational research design with a cross-sectional approach, using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 90 individuals representing all respondents in the working area of Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City, based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result and Discussion: The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between dietary patterns and the occurrence of gastritis with a p-value of 0.000, a relationship between stress and the occurrence of gastritis with a p-value of 0.001, and a relationship between knowledge and the occurrence of gastritis with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: his study concludes that there is a relationship between dietary patterns, stress, and knowledge with the occurrence of gastritis in the working area of Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City
Risk Factors For Coronary Heart Disease At Mukomuko Regional General Hospital, Bengkulu Province
Coronary heart disease causes 15% mortality in the world. In Indonesia, 220,372 people died during 2022 due to heart disease. CHD cases at Muko-Muko Hospital in 2021 were 56 and experienced an increase in 2022 of 62 cases. CHD death cases in 2021 were 8 cases, and there was an increase in 2022 of 18 cases. The purpose of the study was to find out the risk factors associated with the incidence of coronary heart disease at the Regional General Hospital of Muko-Muko Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with a Case Control Study approach and sampling techniques using consecutive sampling techniques with a total sample of 62 cases and 62 controls. Instruments in this study used questionnaires and observation sheets. The research analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square test. The results showed that most of the respondents had an age ≥ 40 years by 52.4%, most of the respondents had secondary education by 50.0%, most of the respondents had a history of hypertension by 55.6%, some of the respondents smoked ≥ 12 cigarettes per day by 58.1%. The results of bivariate analysis of age (p = 0.000; OR = 11.9), history of hypertension (p = 0.000; OR = 9.4), smoking habits (p = 0.000; OR = 16.5), and stress (p = 0.000; OR = 17.1) are significantly related to the incidence of coronary heart disease in Kaur Regional General Hospital. It is recommended that there is a need for increased health promotion by health workers in the community about improving the quality
of life through healthy living behaviour and avoiding risk factors for CHD
The Relationship Of Close Kinetic Chain Exercise To Functional Ability In Osteoarthritis Patients At The Citra Medika Health Center Lubuklinggau City
Functional ability refers to a person's capacity to perform tasks related to daily activities, which involves multiple joint and muscle groups to enhance stability. The research addresses the issue of increasing numbers of osteoarthritis patients experiencing functional impairments. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between close kinetic chain exercise and the functional disability of elderly individuals with osteoarthritis in the Citra Medika Health Center area, Lubuklinggau City.This research employs a quantitative method with a pre-test and post-test design. The treatment group will receive theraband exercise therapy. The study's population consists of 253 individuals, with a sample size of 10 people. The data types include both primary and secondary data. Data analysis is conducted using paired t-test statistics (a parametric test).The findings reveal that the average functional ability score before the close kinetic chain exercise intervention for osteoarthritis patients in the Citra Medika Health Center area, Lubuklinggau City, was 54.50. After the intervention, the average functional ability score improved to 44.70. This indicates a significant relationship between close kinetic chain exercise and functional ability in osteoarthritis patients, with a p-value of 0.000.This research is expected to provide the Citra Medika Health Center in Lubuklinggau City, as well as the relevant professionals, with valuable data and theoretical insights to enhance the quality of nursing care services for osteoarthritis patients by implementing standardized procedures for exercise therapy.carrying out closed kinetic chain exercises in the routine activities of the Community Health Center
Effect Of Theraband Exercise Therapy On Pain Reduction In Osteoarthritis Patients At Puskesmas Citra Medika Lubuklinggau City
Theraband exercise, a type of elastic resistance exercise that allows many different movements to increase muscle strength, joint mobility, function and reduce joint pain in osteoarthritis sufferers. The research problem is the increase in patients experiencing pain in osteoarthritis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of theraband exercise therapy on reducing pain in osteoarthritis patients at the Citra Medika Health Center, Lubuklinggau City. This study is a quantitative method with a pre and post test design. In this study, the treatment group will receive theraband exercise therapy. The total population studied was 253 people, and only 10 samples were taken. The Wilcoxon test (non-parametric) was used to analyze primary and secondary data. The results of this study were the average value of pain reduction before using theraband exercise therapy in osteoarthritis patients, namely 5.10. The average value of pain reduction after using theraband exercise therapy in osteoarthritis patients was 2.20. There is an effect of theraband exercise therapy on reducing pain in osteoarthritis patients at the Citra Medika Health Center, Lubuklinggau City with a p value of 0.004.For the Citra Medika Health Center, Lubuklinggau City, they can include theraband exercise therapy in routine program activities at the Citra Medika Health Center, Lubuklinggau City and carry out theraband exercise therapy as a nursing intervention to reduce pain in osteoarthritis patients
Factors That Influence Mothers In Early Breastfeeding In Polindes Temuan Sari Musi Rawas District
Inappropriate provision of early complementary feeding not only disrupts the nutritional intake that babies should receive, but also disrupts the baby's digestion because the digestive system is not yet able to digest or break down the food. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months in the Working Area of the Findingsari Village Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency is still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors for providing early complementary feeding in infants aged 0-6 months in the Working Area of the Findingsari Village Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency.The design of this study is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was all mothers who had babies aged (0-6) months who were in the working area of the Findingsari Village Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency, totaling 63 people. This study used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the univariate analysis of this study showed that from 63 respondents, almost all (49.2%) had a supportive attitude, more than half (54.0%) were working, almost all (44.4%) whose husbands supported and more than half (61.9%) who provided Early MP ASI. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained attitudes with a value of p = 0.001 ≤ α = 0.05, mother's job with a value of p = 0.005 ≤ α = 0.05 and husband's support with a value of p = 0.007 ≤ α = 0.05. Results research This show variable attitude most big relate with provision of early complementary feeding for babies aged 0-6 months at the Findingsari Village Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency. It is hoped that the health center will increase the dissemination of information through counseling to society through role cadres to increase knowledge about the importance of providing exclusive breastfeeding
