Development Of Mining Surrounding Community Through CSR PT NHM As Implementation Of SDG-12
Negative impacts on the environment arise when human consumption and production increase. Efforts to achieve sustainable consumption and production patterns must align with the objectives of the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), especially point 12 of the 17 SDGs, namely Responsible Consumption and Production. Ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns. CSR programs can be a source and potential to support achieving these goals. This study will explore, dissect, and provide offers on PT Nusa Halmahera Mineral's CSR program, which is seen from the side of its program, which is already in line with supporting the implementation of the 12th Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs-12). One of the CSR programs that can adopt a community development approach in realizing SDGs-12 is the organic and non-organic waste management program. Effective and efficient waste processing can reduce the amount of waste produced and the negative impact of waste on the environment and human health. This type of research is qualitative research using primary and secondary data. The analysis was conducted by reviewing and comparing previous studies on the relationship between SDGs and community development in CSR, as well as the approaches and methods that corporate CSR can apply for waste management
The Influence Of Financial Literacy, Financial Self-Efficacy, Financial Behavior Of Paylater Users In The Millennial Generation And Generation Z In Pontianak City
His research aims to determine whether financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and financial stress influence the financial behavior of PayLater users among millennials and Generation Z in Pontianak City. Using a positive data collection strategy and a sample size of 150 participants, this study adopts an associative methodology. Eligible participants are Pontianak City residents aged 17–44 years and PayLater users. Statistical methods employed in the analysis include multiple linear regression, correlation and determination coefficients, simultaneous testing (F test), and partial testing (t test). The analyzed data is linear, normally distributed, and shows no signs of multicollinearity, as confirmed by the classical assumption test. The research variables exhibit a strong relationship, as indicated by a correlation value of 0.753. According to the coefficient of determination (R²), the variables examined in this study explain 56.7% of the variance in financial behavior, while the remaining 43.3% is influenced by other factors not addressed in this study. Preliminary findings indicate that financial literacy and financial self-efficacy significantly influence financial behavior positively. In contrast, financial stress has a positive effect but is not statistically significant in influencing financial behavior. 
The Influence Of Job Involvement And Perceived Organizational Support On Job Satisfaction Of Civil Servant At The Department Of Transportation, Kubu Raya Regency
This study aims to determine the effect between job involvement, perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. With 45 respondents, using a quantitative approach. The analysis used to examine the data includes instrument test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, simultaneous F test, and partial t test. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient (R) obtained is 0.626 which indicates that between job involvement, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have a strong relationship. Simultaneous F test shows that job involvement and perceived organizational support simultaneously have a significant influence on job satisfaction.Partial t test shows that the perceived organizational support variable partially affects job satisfaction
Business Strategy Development Of Salted Fish Msmes Based On Business Model Canvas In Malabero Village, Bengkulu City
Salted fish Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malabero Village, Bengkulu City, play a significant role in the local economy. However, these businesses face challenges such as limited market reach, lack of innovation, inefficient production processes, and weak financial management. This study aims to analyze the current business model of salted fish MSMEs using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework and propose strategic improvements to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability.The research employs a qualitative approach, including field observations, interviews with business owners, and document analysis. The findings indicate that most MSMEs rely on traditional sales channels, lack product differentiation, and have minimal digital marketing adoption. To address these issues, this study suggests several strategic developments: (1) market expansion through digital platforms and retail partnerships, (2) product innovation with better packaging and value-added variants, (3) adoption of modern processing technologies to improve efficiency, and (4) improved financial management and access to funding.By implementing these strategies, salted fish MSMEs in Malabero Village can strengthen their market position, increase profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability. The study provides practical recommendations for business owners, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to support the growth of the salted fish sector in Bengkulu City
Flouting Maxim Of Grice’s Cooperative Principle In An Exclusive Interview With Chris Martin Of Coldplay In Mata Najwa Talkshow
The focus of this research was to analyse the extent of flouting maxim of Grice’s Cooperative principle done by Chris Martin, vocalist of the band Coldplay and analyse the types of flouting Grice’s Cooperative principle used by guests and their reasons, this interview hosted by NajwaShihab in the Mata Najwa program which is a highly interactive talk show entitled "Exclusive Interview with Chris Martin of Coldplay | Mata Najwa". The research uses a descriptive qualitative and quantitative method since the data is presented as words and numbers. The reason for choosing this talk show is because Chris Martin is an English native speaker, while NajwaSihab is an Indonesian native speaker, making it possible to compare how Grice's Cooperative principle is often flouted during interviews due to language and cultural differences. Inan exclusive interview as shown in this study, 11 utterances were found during the interview, including 4 utterances that flouting maxim quantity, 4 utterances that flouting maxim quality, 2 utterances that flouting maxim relevance and 1 utterance that flouting maxim manner. From the data of flouting maxim, that also found several reasons why Chris do the flouting maxim, these reasons areconfusing in giving answer, friendliness, respectful, confidentiality/hiding the truth and Showing empathy. And the most common reason for flouting maxim was found when Chris flouted maxim quantity and quality. As this was a formal interview, the flouting Grice’s Cooperative principle was done by politeness strategies. Despite the flouting Grice’s Cooperative principle, the conversation still runs well until the end.

Pendampingan Pembuatan Video Promosi Wisata Alam Curug Terambon Kepahiang Provinsi Bengkulu Berbasis Digital
Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province has many beautiful and easily accessible tourist destinations, one of which is in Pagar Gunung Village, Kepahiang District. This village has a stunning natural tourist attraction, namely Curug Terambon with the charm of a waterfall that flows freely between piles of beautiful rocks. Developing tourism potential and increasing tourism promotion is an important priority program to be carried out in order to improve the economy of village communities. And to make all this happen, it is necessary to get support from all village communities, especially youth, by utilizing various digital platforms, namely increasing tourism promotion on social media. Therefore, Lecturers and Students of the Communication Science Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Dehasen Bengkulu University carried out community service activities to help the youth of Pagar Gunung Village in their efforts to introduce the village's potential to the wider community through assistance in making digital-based tourism promotional videos. Through making this video, the charm of Curug Tarambon as a potential tourist attraction for Pagar Gunung Village can be explored. This activity went well and is expected to provide benefits, namely increasing the capacity of the youth of Pagar Gunung Village, especially the skills of making videos by utilizing the cellphone media they have, where the results of video production can be used as promotional media so that they can help introduce the village's potential to the wider community
Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Sebagai Sarana Promosi Terhadap UMKM Di RT 24 Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur Kota Bengkulu
The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the business world. Social media as a digital technology product has become a very effective tool in supporting promotional activities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). With the number of users continuing to increase, social media offers ample opportunities to introduce products and services to a wider market at relatively low costs. The community in RT 24 Pematang District, Governor of Bengkulu City, mostly consists of small business actors engaged in the trade and service sectors. However, they face various problems, such as limited knowledge about the use of digital marketing and lack of access to training in using social media. This causes the potential of social media to be less than optimal as a promotional tool, resulting in stagnant business development. This activity aims to provide solutions to the problems faced by MSMEs, carried out by the Thematic KKN team at RT 24 through a more comprehensive approach. The focus is on implementing social media-based digital marketing that is tailored to local needs, as well as introducing appropriate technology that can support business sustainability. It is hoped that the results of this activity will not only provide practical benefits for business actors, but also become a reference for developing similar programs in other regions
Pelatihan Penggunaan Teknologi, Inovasi Dan Evaluasi Pengembangan Kualitas Pendidikan
In the era of globalisation, technology has become an important element in various sectors, including education. SMPN 21 Bengkulu City recognises the need to improve the quality of education through the application of technology, innovation and systematic evaluation. For this reason, a training themed ‘Use of Technology, Innovation, and Evaluation to Develop the Quality of Education’ was held to improve the competence of teachers and education personnel in utilising technology optimally. The training was designed to address the challenges of 21st century education, where educators are not only required to master traditional learning methods but also be able to utilise technology to create interactive and relevant learning. Educational innovation through the use of digital platforms, technology-based learning media, and learning evaluation applications are the main focus of this activity. This activity lasted for three days, involving educational technology experts, lecturers, and competent practitioners. The materials presented included the utilisation of Learning Management System (LMS), technology integration strategies into learning, and data-based evaluation techniques to assess learning success. The results of this training showed a significant increase in participants' ability to design, implement, and evaluate technology-based learning. In addition, participants are encouraged to continue to innovate in creating learning methods that are adaptive to student needs. Through this training, SMPN 21 Bengkulu City is committed to being a pioneer in improving the quality of technology-based education, in line with the school's vision to produce a generation that is ready to face the challenges of the digital era. This training is expected to be the first step in creating a progressive, innovative and future-oriented education ecosystem
The Influence Of Organisational Culture And Work Environment On Employee Performance Of The Housing, Settlement And Transportation Office In Seluma Regency
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of employees of the Housing, Settlement and Transportation Department in Seluma Regency. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 62 respondents. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 22,385 + 0.134 X1 + 0.444 X2 + 3,290. Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the organizational culture variable (X1) and the work environment, on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement and Transportation Service Office in Seluma Regency. The results show that the organizational culture test (XI) shows tcount 3.035 > ttable 1.669 and significance 0.004 < 0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Housing, Settlement and Transportation Service Office in Seluma Regency. This means the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the work environment test (X2) show tcount 7.123 > ttable 1.669 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the Service Office Housing, Settlement Areas and Transportation in Seluma Regency. The result of the Fcount value with Ftable is that the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 29,056 > 2.75, so it can be concluded that Accepting the Hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between organizational culture (XI) and the work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the Office Department of Housing, Settlement Areas and Transportation in Seluma Regency
Analysis Of Financial Report Presentation Based On Emkm Sak (Case Study Of Akas Travel In Sukamerindu, Bengkulu City)
SAK EMKM is prepared to meet the financial reporting needs of micro, small, and medium entities. Law No. 20 of 2008 regarding Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises can be used as a reference in defining and providing a quantitative range for EMKM. Accurate and transparentfinancial statement presentation is key to business success, especially for micro, small, and medium entities (UMKM). In this context, the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) are crucial. Financial reports provide information that describes the financial condition of a company, and this information can further illustrate the company's performance. Based on this description, running a business requires financial recording to see how far the business has developed. SAK EMKM is a simplified standard because it regulates general transactions conducted by EMKM, and its measurement basis purely uses historical costs, allowing EMKM to record their assets an liabilities at their acquisition costs. Travel Akas still records financial statements simply, only noting cash inflows and outflows. Given the owner's lack of understanding of SAK EMKM, some aspects still do not comply with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). The type of research used is qualitative research. It is conducted in-depth through data collection. The research method is based on positivism, aiming to analyze and measure compliance or implementation of accounting standards based on numerical and statistical data. The research approach used is descriptive. This descriptive method analyzes and classifies: investigates, using documentation techniques, interviews, and observations, conducted at Travel Akas in Sukamerindu, Bengkulu City by analyzing, differentiating, selecting items for use, and regrouping them according to specific criteriaand seeking relationships to interpret their meanings. Financial statement presentation refers to the process of preparing and presenting accounting documents, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. The Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) are accounting guidelines established by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants to assist UMKM in preparing simple, transparent financial statements that comply with applicable accounting principles. The Travel Akas business operates in the tourism sector. The owner of this business is Mr. Ahmad Afsi, located in Sukamerindu, Bengkulu City. The Travel Akas business is classified as a service business as it provides transportation, accommodation, and travel experiences. The research findings indicate that the financial statements prepared by the Travel Akas business in Sukamerindu, Bengkulu City have included cash statements, income statements, and balance sheets. The financial information contains records of the company, both transaction records and cash, and financial statements processed over a specified period. The objective is to provide information regarding the financial position and performance to understand the health of the business's finances
