Proposed Pivot Strategy For Point Of Sale System Using Business Model Canvas: A Case Study Of UR POS (PT. RTL)
Get PDFThis research addresses the challenges faced by UR POS, a unit under PT. Rahmat Tuhan Lestari, as it struggles to keep pace with rapid market changes. Despite the critical role of POS systems in enhancing customer service and operational efficiency, UR POS's traditional business model no longer aligns with current market demands. Using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis via the SPACE Matrix, the study identifies 23 strengths, 16 weaknesses, 36 opportunities, and 21 threats. The findings suggest that UR POS should pivot its strategy by focusing on changing customer needs and acquiring new customers. These pivots are then integrated into a new BMC alternative, providing a strategic foundation for adapting and thriving in the evolving market
The Sustainable Tourism Index: Policy And Regulatory Environment
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyse the contribution of policy and regulatory environment in measuring the Sustainable Tourism Index of Tourism Villages in Indonesia. The research focuses on four tourist villages, namely Penglipuran (Bali), Nglanggeran (Yogyakarta), Setanggor (West Nusa Tenggara), and Belitar Seberang (Bengkulu). This research uses a mixed method approach. The Sustainable Tourism Index from The Economist Intelligence Unit was developed in measuring the Sustainable Tourism Index of Tourism Villages in Indonesia. The results showed that the contribution of the policy and regulatory environment category in the formation of the Sustainable Tourism Index in Indonesia was 35.77 or with an average indicator performance of 89.54%. All tourist villages in Indonesia have conducted cooperation between public and private stakeholders and have conducted an inventory of tourism assets. Most of the tourist villages have village regulations on local tourism, milestones and action plans, monitoring and evaluation metrics as well as leasing and licensing for tourism activities and have a stable political environment. However, not all tourist villages have implemented global standards. In order to increase international tourist arrivals, global standards are needed in the management of tourism villages in Indonesia
Fraud Triangle Analysis And Gone Theory In The Management Strategy Of Self-Managed Special Allocation Fund In Education Sector
Get PDFThis study aims to analyse the application of the Fraud Triangle, which includes pressure, opportunity, and rationalisation, as well as the GONE Theory, which involves greed, opportunity, need, and exposure, in the self-management Special Allocation Fund (DAK) management strategy in the education sector. The results show that pressure on fund managers often comes from demands to meet unrealistic physical or non-physical development targets, while opportunities arise from weak supervisory systems, lack of transparency and inadequate internal control mechanisms. Rationalisation is found in the form of justifying fraudulent actions with certain reasons, such as urgent needs or for the smooth running of the program. In the GONE Theory perspective, greed is the main driver of misuse of funds, while necessity and weak risk exposure increase the probability of violations. There are several things that can be done by educational institutions and students themselves to minimise student fraud behaviour, first from the aspect of pressure which is the main aspect that encourages someone to commit fraud. The pressure aspect comes from a person's psychology, so the way to overcome it is to provide positive directions, and provide spiritual and emotional strengthening to students. Transparent, accountable DAK management supported by strong supervision is essential to ensure that the main objectives of using funds are achieved, namely improving the quality of education and equitable development

The overhead serve, which involves striking the ball from above the head, is a technique used to initiate play in volleyball. Proper execution of the serve requires consistent practice in terms of timing, intensity, and frequency. With these factors in place, players are expected to understand how to execute accurate serves that can challenge opponents. Effective training methods tailored to the serve’s motion, combined with balanced and appropriate practice, can significantly improve a player’s performance, especially in underhand serves. This study employs a descriptive method with correlational analysis to explore the relationship between variables. The results indicate a significant correlation between arm muscle strength and underhand serve skills in volleyball among 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Seluma Regency. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the level of long jump skills in squat style students at SMP Negeri 7 South Bengkulu. This research is quantitative research using survey analysis techniques. The population in this research is 32 students of SMP Negeri 7 South Bengkulu. To obtain samples in this research, total sampling techniques were carried out. The research results showed that the majority of students at SMP Negeri 7 South Bengkulu showed a sufficient level of competence in the sport of long jump. This can be seen from the average score obtained on the long jump skills test, where the majority of students were able to demonstrate good basic technique and sufficient distance to be considered competent in this sport. concluded that in the Quite Competent category with a class average of 8.78 in the results of the long jump skills test of 32 students at SMP Negeri 7 South Bengkul

Get PDFThis training aims to enhance students' knowledge of computer networks, providing various benefits in the era of technological advancement. By learning about computer networks, students acquire skills relevant to industry needs, improve digital literacy, and open promising career opportunities. Additionally, this training prepares students for further education. The training was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Empat Lawang with 46 student participants. The materials covered included fundamental concepts of computer networks, such as protocols, topologies, and network hardware and software. The training was designed using an approach that included delivering materials, simulating the construction of simple computer networks, and evaluation sessions through Q&A to deepen students' understanding. The results of this training showed an increase in students' knowledge, particularly in understanding the basics of computer networks and their ability to assemble and configure simple networks. Moreover, the training successfully fostered students' curiosity and interest in information technology, preparing them to face challenges in the digital era and become individuals ready to compete in the workforce and pursue higher education

Get PDFThe community service programme (KKN) in Lubuk Resam Village aims to implement management theory in the organisation of the 17 Agustusan event, an important annual celebration for the local community. In this activity, students had to apply various management functions, such as planning and organising. As well as having to communicate and report the results of company activities, information, personnel tasks both orally and in writing, and directing and controlling to ensure the event runs smoothly. The planning process includes setting activity objectives, developing a schedule, and allocating a budget. Organising is done by forming a committee that divides specific tasks to manage various aspects of the event. Directing involves coordination between committee members and the community to ensure that each component of the activity goes according to plan. Controlling is done through periodic evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of the activities. This article reviews how KKN students play an active role in supporting activities and assisting village communities through the application of theoretical and practical approaches. The results of the activities showed that the application of management theory effectively improved the smooth running of the events and motivated active participation from the villagers. With a systematic managerial approach, the 17 Agustusan activities in Lubuk Resam Village were able to run in a more structured manner, facilitating social interaction and strengthening community spirit. These findings suggest that the application of management theory not only improves the efficiency of activities but also provides significant benefits for the development of village communities

The purpose of this research is to facilitate students in obtaining counseling guidance information, conducting counseling guidance, and also reporting a finding of events that occur at school. Chat Bot Application of Students’ Counseling Guidance at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City can be accessed online, where there are 2 interfaces, namely web-based which is accessed through the link https://bkchatbotsmkn1bkl.site/ and chat bot-based which can be accessed via telegram with @chatbotkonseling bot account. Chat Bot Application for students’ counseling guidance at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City can facilitate and assist students in conducting students’ counseling through chat bot application, so that the problems experienced are known. In addition, this application can facilitate students in obtaining counseling guidance information, conducting counseling guidance, and also reporting a finding of events that occur in school environment at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City. Based on counseling conducted through telegram chatbots on students, the results show that the system can reply to messages automatically according to the message command format sent by students via telegram, and the system can help provide information on the results of counseling according to the knowledge based on symptoms felt by students through the command format that has been set in the system and successfully display the results of counseling guidance. Based on the results of the alpha testing, it can be concluded that this telegram chat bot application is quite helpful in students’ counseling guidance and will be used by SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City
