The Importance Of E-Commerce, Financial Technology, And Financial Performance For MSMEs Business Sustainability
Get PDFThis research investigates how e-commerce, financial technology, and financial performance impact the sustainability of MSMEs businesses in Banyuwangi District East Jawa, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes primary data collected through a questionnaire. The target population comprises 297,706 MSMEs in Banyuwangi District East Jawa, Indonesia. A purposive sampling method was used to select 140 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software version 4.0. The findings reveal that e-commerce significantly influences the sustainability of businesses. Financial technology affects business sustainability. Financial performance affects business sustainability. The implication is that there is a need to hold programs that encourage MSMEs to use e-commerce and financial technology to support sustainable economic growth while strengthening the business sustainability of MSMEs
The Influence Of Ethical Ideology And Professional Commitment On Ethical Judgement
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the impact of ethical ideology, auditor experience, and professional commitment on ethical judgment. The target population consists of all auditors from the BPKP in North Maluku Province. A census technique was employed to select the sample for this study. The research utilized quantitative data, primarily obtained from responses to questionnaires filled out by participants. Data collection was conducted through a survey method involving the distribution of these questionnaires. The analysis was carried out using multiple regression techniques. The findings indicate that ethical ideology (specifically idealism) positively influences ethical judgment, while ethical ideology (relativism) negatively affects ethical judgment. Additionally, professional commitment positively impacts the ethical judgment of BPKP auditors in North Maluku Province

Get PDFThis study examines the protection of indigenous peoples in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) in the context of sustainable development in Indonesia, focusing on the roles, rights, and challenges faced. Using normative research methods with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, this study analyzes the legal framework that governs indigenous peoples, such as Article 18B paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution, Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights and the Law on Villages. This research uses the theory of legal protection and implementation theory. The findings suggest that indigenous peoples face significant challenges, including loss of access to traditional lands, marginalization in decision-making processes, and threats to cultural identity. This study emphasizes the importance of a participatory approach that integrates local wisdom to protect the rights of indigenous peoples while supporting fair and sustainable development. In the digital era, contracts are not only prepared conventionally but also in electronic forms using digital signatures, online platforms, and blockchain technology. This article discusses the legal aspects relevant to the drafting of digital business contracts, including the validity of electronic contracts, data protection, and dispute resolution. The study refers to the applicable legal frameworks, such as Indonesia’s Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and regulations related to digital contracts. The research shows that although adequate legal foundations exist, challenges persist, particularly regarding the validity of electronic evidence and data security. Reviewing The Efficiency Of Restorative Justice Implementation In The Dispute Between PT Indonesia Huabou Industrial Park And The Murowali
Get PDFLand plays a very important role in human life, especially in Indonesia, where it is considered a natural resource controlled by the state for the welfare of the people. However, agrarian conflicts often arise, such as the one between PT Indonesia Huabao Industrial Park (PT IHIP) and the Morowali community. This study aims to analyze the mediation mechanism based on the principle of restorative justice in resolving agrarian disputes. Data shows that in 2023, Indonesia experienced 241 agrarian conflicts that harmed many parties, including 608 land rights defenders. This conflict not only has social impacts, but also economic and environmental impacts, such as gas emissions and deforestation due to nickel factory operations. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a normative legal approach, examining various regulations and legal doctrines. The results of the study show that mediation can be an initial solution in the settlement, but is often ineffective due to the absence of the parties involved and the great influence of one of the parties. Therefore, the application of the principle of restorative justice in mediation is expected to improve relations between the disputing parties and reduce the potential for future conflict. This approach emphasizes inclusive dialogue and reparation for the aggrieved parties, in line with the goal of progressive law to create social welfare

Get PDFDesa Mekar Sari is an area where the majority of the population works as vegetable and coffee farmers. The village community shows low awareness in managing post-harvest waste, especially organic waste. In order to address this issue, a community service program was implemented to process organic waste into liquid fertilizer. This processing involves the utilization of waste such as banana stems, vegetables, and eggshells mixed with EM4 microorganisms and fermented for 1 to 3 weeks. This program is designed based on survey results and socialization with the community, and aims to improve soil fertility and reduce fertilizer costs for local farmers. The results of this organic liquid fertilizer not only have a positive impact on soil fertility and crop yields but also help reduce the use of chemical fertilizers that could potentially harm the environment. Organic liquid fertilizer has proven to provide economic and environmental benefits for the community of Mekar Sari Village, making this program a sustainable solution in addressing waste issues and improving farmers' welfare
Msmes Performance Of Indonesian Textile Reviewed From Social Capital, Psychological Capital And Entrepreneurial Orientation
Get PDFThis study aims to investigate the influence of social capital and psychological capital on the business performance of wastra nusantara’s MSMEs with the mediation of entrepreneurial orientation. The object of this research is Wastra Nusantara MSMEs from 6 cities/district in East Java with a total of 55 business owner. This type of research is quantitative while the data collection method uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability first. To prove the hypothesis, the statistical test tool Smart - Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.2.9 is used. The results of the study recommend that entrepreneurial orientation is able to partially mediate the effect of social capital on the performance of the wastra nusantara’s MSMEs, as well as entrepreneurial orientation is able to partially mediate the effect of psychological capital on the performance of the wastra nusantara’s MSMEs. The managerial implications of this research are aimed at MSME coaches, namely Bank Indonesia and the wastra nusantara’s to better understand and help them survive and thrive in the midst of an increasingly challenging business environment

The type of data in this study is quantitative data. Purposive sampling was used to create the sample, and 46 businesses that satisfied the pre-established sample requirements were included. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is used as an analysis method.The results of the analysis state that Leverage can contribute to increasing Stock Returns, Managerial Ownership can contribute to increasing Stock Returns, Dividend Policy is not able to contribute to moderating the effect of Leverage on Stock Returns, Dividend Policy can contribute to moderating the effect of Managerial Ownership on Stock Returns in consumer goods companies on the IDX
The Influence Of Product Quality, Price Perception, And Location On The Purchasing Decisions Of Mie Gacoan Among Students In Solo Raya
Get PDFThis study examines the impact of product quality, price perception, and location on the purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan among students in Solo Raya. Primary data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 students who had purchased Mie Gacoan. The analysis utilised multiple linear regression to assess the relationships between the independent variables (product quality, price perception, and location) and the dependent variable (purchasing decision). The results indicated that product quality and price perception significantly positively influenced purchasing decisions, while location did not have a significant effect. The F-test demonstrated that the independent variables collectively had a significant impact on purchasing decisions, with an F-value of 71.490 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) revealed that the three independent variables could explain 68.1% of the variance in purchasing decisions. This study underscores the importance of product quality and price perception in influencing consumer behaviour, providing valuable insights for businesses seeking to enhance their marketing strategies
