Implementasi Sistem Pakar Diagnosis Penyakit Hemoroid (WASIR) dengan Metode Dempster-Shafer
Get PDFHemorrhoids are a condition characterized by the inflammation and dilation of the venous blood vessels around the anus, originating from the hemorrhoidal plexus. This condition is usually experienced by elderly individuals aged 35-45 years. However, due to changing lifestyle patterns, many younger individuals are also affected. Several factors contribute to the development of hemorrhoids, such as prolonged motorcycle or bicycle riding, unhealthy eating habits, insufficient water intake, and lack of exercise. Diagnosing hemorrhoids is often challenging due to the social stigma that makes patients reluctant to consult a doctor. Therefore, an artificial intelligence system is needed to assist in diagnosing hemorrhoid disease, drawing from the expertise of medical and health professionals to facilitate the diagnosis process. One area of artificial intelligence is expert systems, which combine the reasoning abilities of an expert and adopt expert knowledge into a computer system designed to represent the problem-solving capabilities of a human expert. By implementing the Dempster-Shafer method in this expert system, the goal is to diagnose hemorrhoid disease based on the symptoms experienced by patients through a web-based platform. The implementation of this expert system is expected to reduce the workload of medical personnel and improve the quality of life for patients by providing quick and accurate diagnoses
Studi Kasus Meg Cross Exchanger Terhadap Suhu Lean Meg yang Melebihi Desain di PT Titis Sampurna
Get PDFMEG Cross Exchanger adalah suatu alat sebagai tempat terjadinya pertukaran panas antara dua fluida yang berbeda temperaturnya, dimana satu fluida memberikan panas dan satu fluida lainya menerima panas. Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) merupakan salah satu bahan chemical yang biasa digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya hidrat dalam proses produksi Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG). Alat yang digunakan untuk menginjeksikan MEG ke aliran gas tersebut berupa pompa, yang mana pompa tersebut mempunyai daya tahan terhadap panas fluida yang dialirkan, apabila panas fluida yang dialirkan melebihi kemampuan pompa, biasanya akan menyebabkan pompa rusak (terjadinya kebocoran pompa). Studi kasus ini dilakukan di PT Titis Sampurna yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja heat Exchanger tersebut, dan mendapatkan suhu optimum lean MEG yang menuju ke suction pompa MEG dengan cara dilakukan optimasi suhu masuk rich MEG dan pembersihan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja MEG cross exchanger adalah metode perhitungan buku Kern dan Carl Yaws dengan cara menghitung fouling factor. Nilai fouling factor (Rd) yang didapatkan sebelum dilakukan optimasi dan pembersihan yaitu 0,8324 ft2.hr.F/Btu dengan suhu lean MEG 173,8oF. Kemudian setelah dilakukan optimasi suhu masuk rich MEG dapat menurunkan suhu lean MEG ke 167oF dengan nilai fouling factor 0,7746 ft2.hr.F/Btu . Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa MEG cross exchanger dalam keadaan kotor karena nilai Rd sebelum dilakukan pembersihan jauh lebih besar dibandingkan dari nilai desain yaitu 0,0043 ft2.hr.F/Btu. Kemudian setelah dilakukan dua kali pembersihan di bagian tube dan shell didapatkan nilai Rd sebesar di 0,0032 ft2.hr.F/Btu dengan suhu lean MEG 142oF. Hal ini menandakan bahwa dengan dilakukanya pembersihan dapat menjadikan kinerja MEG Cross Exchanger Lebih baik, sehingga perpindahan panas lebih maksimal dan membuat suhu lean MEG yang menuju ke suction pompa sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi pompa MEG

Along with business development, the need for adequate service is very important. Customer satisfaction is one of the key factors that can determine the long-term success of this store. However, the problem that is often faced is the difficulty of evaluating the extent to which employee services affect the level of customer satisfaction, as well as how to improve the quality of services provided.The solution offered is the implementation of the SAW method to measure customer satisfaction with My Lova store employee services. The SAW method will be used to analyze various criteria that affect customer satisfaction, such as employee friendliness, service speed, product quality, store cleanliness, and others.The results of the analysis of 10 consumers who have been surveyed regarding their satisfaction with employee services at Toko My Lova Bengkulu City, using the SAW method, then 90% of consumers stated that they were very satisfied with the services provided by My Lova Store employees. and 10% of consumers stated that they were satisfied, with the service at the my lova shop

Currently, Adeeva Hotel has 4 meeting rooms, two of which are smoking rooms. Currently, there is no system in the room that can detect smoke conditions in the room.In this study using library methods, observation, interviews and laboratories, designing a system that can detect smoke levels in a room, where the sensor will read or detect smoke levels in the room, the sensor used in detecting smoke is the MQ2 sensor. While for data processing using ESP8266 with a program on the tool made using Arduino ide and for the Internet of Things (IoT) using Blynk.The system can detect smoke levels in the room, which is carried out by the MQ2 sensor, the detection results will be processed by ESP8266 where if the smoke levels in the room are large (>) from 10 PPM, ESP8266 will send a command to the relay to turn on the exhaust, so that the smoke in the room will be released out. Besides being based on exhaust sensor detection, it can be turned on and off manually via the application by entering manual mode

The research objective is to identify the role of the Tuban Secretariat's Economic, Natural Resources, and Development Administration Section in fostering Regionally-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) to improve BUMD performance, support Regional Original Revenue (PAD), and local economic development. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach with data obtained through observation, interview, and document analysis. descriptive qualitative with observation, interview, and document analysis methods. The results showed that coaching includes organisation, management, finance, stewardship, asset management, business development, monitoring, evaluation, and administration. Strategies such as routine evaluation, training of managers, preparation of performance contracts, and strengthening governance contribute significantly to the optimisation of BUMD functions. With targeted coaching, BUMDs are expected to be the driving force of the regional economy and improve the quality of public services. This research recommends a sustainable coaching strategy by strengthening collaboration and innovation to achieve more professional management and maximum contribution to regional development

Communication Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang.The background of this research is TikTok as a popular social media platform in Indonesia, utilized by various brands, including Erigo, for marketing. One of its strategies is collaborating with JKT48 through the Erigo X JKT48 campaign, which attracts fans' attention. This study aims to analyze the influence of Erigo X JKT48 content exposure on the TikTok account @Erigo.store on purchasing decisions for clothing products.This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal method based on the philosophy of positivism, using the Uses and Effect theory by Sven Windahl. The research population consists of members of the TEAM48 Karawang community, with a sample size determined using the Isaac and Michael formula, resulting in 81 respondents. The findings indicate that exposure to Erigo X JKT48 content on the TikTok account @Erigo.store has a positive influence of 78.8% on fashion purchasing decisions, while 21.2% is influenced by other factors
Komunikasi Organisasi Pada Karang Taruna Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Pemuda Kreatif Di Desa Selingsingan
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the organizational communication strategies implemented by the Karang Taruna (youth organization) of Selingsingan Village in fostering motivation among creative youth. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving six informants, including the chairman, administrators, and active members of the organization. The research adopts Hersey and Blanchard's situational leadership theory as a framework, focusing on four communication styles: telling, selling, participating, and delegating. The findings reveal that the chairman's adaptive communication approach significantly enhances member engagement and motivation. Clear, open, and participatory communication practices are key to building a sense of belonging and active involvement among youth. This study recommends the continuous development of persuasive two-way communication within Karang Taruna to further strengthen youth participation in social and entrepreneurial activities

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze campaign message strategies and the effectiveness of political rhetoric employed by incumbent legislative candidates from the Golkar Party in Mukomuko Regency during the 2014 Legislative Election. A qualitative approach with a case study design was applied, utilizing in-depth interviews, field observation, and campaign material documentation. The findings reveal that candidates structured their campaign messages contextually, emphasizing personal credibility (ethos), emotional closeness (pathos), and programmatic argumentation (logos). Message delivery was conducted interpersonally through social gatherings and informal meetings, reflecting the local community’s communication culture. Candidates consciously avoided negative campaigning and prioritized narratives of achievement and performance records. These findings suggest that effective political communication in local contexts requires a combination of message substance and sensitivity to prevailing social norms

Get PDFThis study analyzes default in government procurement of goods and services through a study of the Jember District Court decision Number 52/Pdt.G.S/2022/PN Jmr. The main focus of the study is the identification of the ratio decidendi, which underlies the decision, as well as an assessment of the principles of contract law in the context of government procurement. Using a descriptive-normative legal analysis approach, this study examines the obligations of the parties in the procurement contract and relevant administrative standards. The results of the analysis reveal that the decision emphasizes the importance of fulfilling obligations appropriately and accountably, while prioritizing the principle of contractual justice. The implications of this decision provide an important precedent in strengthening the supervision and law enforcement mechanisms in government procurement of goods and services, and contribute to the development of contract law literature in the public sector
PERAN KEPERCAYAAN DALAM KEPUTUSAN TERAPI HEMODIALISA PASIEN MELALUI FAKTOR PSIKOLOGIS DAN SOSIAL
Get PDFPendahuluan: Penelitian ini dilandaskan hasil observasi awal yang menginformasikan bahwa 30% pasien hemodialisa enggan melanjutkan terapi hemodialisa. Alasan pasien tidak berminat melanjutkan terapi hemodialisa bahwa kepercayaan diri, pengalaman negatif, stigma sosial, dukungan yang minim, beban ekonomi, dan kurangnya informasi mempengaruhi keputusan pasien untuk tidak melanjutkan terapi hemodialisa. Rasa ragu akan efektivitas terapi dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas hidup juga menjadi alasan utama pasien menghentikan terapi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap secara empiris pengaruh faktor psikologis dan faktor sosial terhadap keputusan pasien untuk melakukan terapi hemodialisa dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening. Metode: Jenis penelitian termasuk dalam kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap. Teknik sampling menggunakan non-probability, dengan perhitungan yang mengalikan jumlah indikator dengan 5 kali observasi, sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan metode analisa menggunakan analisa three box method serta Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) melalui software LISREL. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil analisa membuktikan bahwa faktor psikologis dan faktor sosial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pasien dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening. Faktor psikologis dan faktor sosial berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan. Kesimpulan: Faktor psikologis, faktor sosial dan kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pasien, dan faktor sosial merupakan variabel dominan yang mampu meningkatkan keputusan pasien untuk melakukan terapi hemodialisa
