HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN GIZI DAN SIKAP DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BALITA
Get PDFPendahuluan: Diare merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama yang menyebabkan morbiditas dan mortalitas tinggi pada balita di Indonesia, termasuk di wilayah Kota Bandung. Faktor pengetahuan gizi dan sikap orang tua atau pengasuh berperan penting dalam kejadian diare pada balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan gizi dan sikap orang tua atau pengasuh dengan kejadian diare pada balita. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan sampel 78 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur pengetahuan gizi, sikap terhadap kesehatan balita, dan kejadian diare pada balita. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji chi-square pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Sebanyak 55,1% responden memiliki pengetahuan gizi yang baik dan 52,6% menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap kesehatan balita. Prevalensi diare pada balita sebesar 35,9%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan kejadian diare (p = 0,0001; OR = 7,714; 95% CI: 2,686–22,153) serta sikap dengan kejadian diare (p = 0,014; OR = 3,753; 95% CI: 1,407–10,010). Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan gizi yang baik dan sikap positif orang tua atau pengasuh berhubungan signifikan dengan penurunan kejadian diare pada balita. Peningkatan edukasi gizi dan pembentukan sikap positif perlu menjadi fokus program kesehatan masyarakat
Exploring Green Tax Through A Systematic Literature Review: Analyzing Developments In Promoting Sustainability
Get PDFThis study aims to explore various aspects related to green tax by employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing 24 previous research articles. The literature sources were collected from several reputable scientific databases such as Scopus, Emerald, and DOAJ, covering publications from 2015 to 2025. Green tax is identified as a policy instrument designed to encourage environmentally friendly behavior and to internalize the external costs arising from environmentally damaging activities. Although green tax holds significant potential in supporting sustainability efforts, its implementation often faces various challenges, including the public’s limited understanding of the importance of environmental sustainability. The analysis results show an increase in the number of publications on green tax during the period, reflecting growing attention from researchers and academics toward this issue. Moreover, energy efficiency was identified as a key factor mediating the relationship between the application of green tax and the achievement of sustainability performance. The findings affirm that environmental taxation has considerable potential to serve as an effective tool in promoting sustainable development both in Indonesia and other countries. This study uses an associative and quantitative approach. This study was conducted at the Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade Office of Medan City. The population in this study were all employees of the Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade Office of Medan City, totaling 81 employees. This study used saturated sampling, namely 81 employees as samples. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study are: In this study, Job Satisfaction partially influences the performance of Employees at the Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade Service of Medan City, this can be seen from the calculated t value> t table (5.784> 1.990) and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. In this study, Job Stress partially influences and is significant to the performance of Employees at the Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade Service of Medan City, this can be seen from the calculated t value <t table (2.879> 1.990) and the significance level of 0.005 <0.05. In this study, the Work Environment partially influences the performance of Employees at the Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade Service of Medan City. This can be seen from the calculated t value> t table (6.736> 1.990) and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The independent variables consisting of Job Satisfaction (X_1), Job Stress (X_2), and Work Environment (X_3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Employees at the Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade Service of Medan City
Analysis Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) On Customer Loyalty At PT Tower Agung West Sumatera
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on customer loyalty at PT Menara Agung in West Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using direct telephone interviews with 100 customers who have interacted with the dealer CRM system to obtain direct information and assessments from customers. In an effort to measure the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on customer loyalty, data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression method. The results of the study showed that CRM has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, with a correlation coefficient of 0.654, this means that the correlation relationship between CRM and customer loyalty is in the strong category. In the determination correlation, the figure was 0.428 which means 42.8%, which means that customer loyalty is influenced by the effectiveness of CRM implementation. This study emphasizes the importance of an effective CRM strategy in increasing customer loyalty in the automotive industry, especially at PT Menara Agung, West Sumatra. The recommendation from this study is for PT Menara Agung to continue to strengthen and optimize its CRM strategy to maintain and increase customer loyalty
The Relationship Between Nurses’s Knowledge And Attitudes With The Implementation Of Patient Discharce Planning At Rsud Empat Lawang
Get PDFDischarge planning is an important part of a client's nursing program that begins soon after the client's admission to the hospital and represents a collaborative effort between the healthcare team, family, client, and significant others. Nurses provide information through health education to clients with self-care needs to ensure continuity of care from hospital to home or community. Knowledge, and a good nurse's attitude determine the success of implementing discharge planning for patients appropriately and optimally. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge and attitudes with the implementation of patient discharge planning at RSUD Empat Lawang. The method used is correlative analytic research with a cross-sectional approach, correlative analytic research design is research that connects one variable with another. The sample in this study amounted to 45 people. The results of the univariate test analysis that more than half of the respondents 25 people (55.6%) have less knowledge, more than half of the respondents 28 people (62.2%) have less attitude, more than half of the respondents 28 people (62.2%) the implementation of discharge planning is less, there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of nurses with the implementation of patient discharge planning at RSUD Empat Lawang and there is a relationship between the attitude of nurses with the implementation of patient discharge planning at RSUD Empat Lawang. Researchers suggest to the Empat Lawang Hospital this research as useful information and input for the Puskemas in providing knowledge about the implementation of patient discharge planning at RSUD Empat

The disease begins with a fever accompanied by one or more symptoms: sore throat or painful swallowing, runny nose, dry cough or phlegm. If the immune defense in the respiratory tract is weakened, this can increase the risk of more serious bacterial infections, such as sinusitis or otitis media. Medical care that can be provided in case of ARI is symptomatic. In addition to medical care, additional therapeutic care can also be given to patients with ARI. One of the complementary therapies that can be given to patients with ARI is simple inhalation of eucalyptus oil. The design of the scientific articles uses a case study model. The subjects used were two children with ARI. Data analysis was done using descriptive analysis. The results of the application showed that after the application of a simple inhalation of eucalyptus oil, the clearance of the subject's airways was again effective, which was marked by a decrease in RR frequency, lack of accumulation of secretions, and a decrease in crackle noise. Impact Of Accountability, Public Transparency, And Internal Oversight Functions On The Performance Of The Regional Government Of Bengkulu District Central
Get PDFThe study aims to investigate the influence of accountability, public transparency, and internal supervision responsibilities on the performance of the Bengkulu District Regional Government in relation to the Central District Development Unit. This investigation conducts quantitative research by administering questionnaires to each SKPD and employing survey methodologies to gather data. The method of purposive sampling is employed to select samples according to predetermined criteria. In the district of Bengkulu Central, the sample was composed of 40 respondents who were selected from 40 Working Units of Regional Devices (SKPD). The methodology utilized is double linear regression analysis. This study's results suggest that the regional government's operations are significantly influenced by both internal supervision and accountability responsibilities. However, regional administration's efficacy is minimally affected by the degree of public transparency. It is evident from the test results that the Regional Government's performance is not guaranteed to be improved by the presence of Public Transparency. Nevertheless, the potential enhancement of the regional government's efficacy could be positively influenced by the implementation of transparent and internal monitoring systems within the local administration, which are accountable to the public
Analysis Of Key Factors Influencing Behavioral Intention To Adopt Cryptocurrency In Indonesia: A Demographic Perspective
Get PDFThis study examines the key factors influencing the behavioral intention to adopt cryptocurrency in Indonesia from a demographic perspective. Utilizing descriptive statistics and non-parametric tests such as the Mann-Whitney U Test and Kruskal-Wallis Test, the research analyzes how gender, age, educational level, and occupation impact individuals' perceptions and intentions regarding cryptocurrency adoption. The findings reveal significant differences across these demographic groups, particularly in areas such as financial literacy, perceived risk, social influence, and awareness. Males, younger individuals, and those with higher education levels or finance-related occupations exhibit a stronger intention to adopt cryptocurrency, driven by lower perceived risks and higher financial literacy. Conversely, females, older adults, and those with lower education levels show more hesitation, primarily due to higher perceived risks and lower awareness. The study underscores the need for targeted educational initiatives and policy interventions to address these demographic disparities and promote a more inclusive adoption of cryptocurrency in Indonesia. These insights are crucial for developing effective strategies to support the growth of cryptocurrency as part of the digital economy

This research was carried out using a descriptive approach with qualitative methods with a type of normative juridical research based on secondary data sources taken from case studies of court decisions and statutory regulations with analysis using related legal materials. The results of this research obtained results in the form of knowledge regarding forms of legal protection against criminal acts of trafficking in persons carried out through video-based social media platforms which do not contain elements of criminal acts of trafficking in persons as contained in article 40 paragraph 2. and paragraph 2(a) which reads : "The government protects the interests of the public from all types of interference due to the coding of Electronic Information and Electronic Transactions which interfere with public transmissions, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations." and the Government is obliged to prevent in the form of blocking websites and prevent the distribution and use of Electronic Information and/or Electronic Documents containing prohibited content in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
