One of the partners in this community service activity is a business actor in the food processing and sales sector, namely the Dosqi Manna Shop, which is managed by Mrs. Lioty, located in A. Yani, Manna City. In 2013, Mrs. Lioty started running a business in the field of typical Palembang food, namely Pempek. The aim of this service is to increase the marketing of Toko Dosqi Manna's pempek products through facilitating the provision of equipment and training in managing business bookkeeping. The methods in this activity are divided into preparation stages (observation, interviews and documentation), implementation (statement of partners' willingness, facilitation of training, and facilitation of equipment provision), and evaluation of activities (partners are monitored after being facilitated with training and equipment). The results achieved in this activity are increased marketing of frozen pempek products and understanding of financial recordopen-accesss

The methodological design is crucial for this quantitative research, which focuses on a population of manufacturing companies in Batam, Tanggerang, Tangjung Pinang, and other districts. The factual strategies chosen to analyze the theories proposed in this study involve using the Smart PLS and SPSS applications. The findings suggest that: 1) Market Orientation does not affect on New Product Performance. 2) Market Orientation positively influences Absorptive capacity. 3) Technological Knowledge competence positively impacts New Product Performance. 4) Absorptive Capacity has a positive and significant effect on New Product Performance. 5) Technological Knowledge positively affects Absorptive Capability as an intervening variable. Having a positive organizational mindset increases the correlation between Advertising Introduction and New Product performance. When companies have limited ability to benefit from unpredictable market factors and wish to benefit from Market Introduction in New Product Performance activities, they must recognize the unpredictable nature of the current market

Adapting To Change: A PEST Analysis Of Private Universities In Palembang In The Era Of Digital Transformation
The rapid progress of digital technologies has significantly altered higher education, forcing institutions to adjust to emerging political, economic, social, and technological (PEST) realities. Private universities in Palembang, Indonesia, encounter distinct challenges and opportunities during this digital transformation, yet there is a lack of comprehensive research that systematically explores the external factors affecting their adaptation strategies. This research utilizes a PEST analysis framework to examine the influence of political regulations, economic limitations, societal changes, and technological progress on private universities in Palembang as they strive to manage digital transformation. Using a qualitative methodology, this study integrates secondary data from government initiatives, institutional reports, and scholarly literature, along with firsthand insights from university stakeholders. This study aims to provide insights into how these institutions can adapt to changes in their external environment. The results indicate that political variables, such as national education strategies and accreditation requirements, play a crucial role in influencing the adoption of digital technologies, while financial obstacles like funding constraints and student affordability impede technological investments. Societal factors, including evolving student expectations and gaps in digital literacy, also affect institutional approaches, whereas differences in technological infrastructure create both challenges and avenues for innovation. Through a comprehensive PEST analysis, this study adds to the conversation on the resilience of higher education and provides practical recommendations for policymakers, university administrators, and educators within Indonesia's changing digital environment
