Balanced Scorecard Analysis On Private University Performance (Study At Economic Faculty Of Muhammadiyah Sorong University)
Performance measurement is one way to assess the level of success or failure of public sector organizations in carrying out programs or policies that have been set in realizing the vision and mission. The obstacles faced by the Faculty of Economics in dealing with public trust and improving the accreditation of study programs require a method used to carry out performance measurement regularly and periodically. The Balanced Scorecard in the education sector can be adapted to meet various objectives in the education sector, such as determining the effect of BSC implementation on university research and innovation performance. The method used in this research is mix methods so that it can produce quantitative results on customer / student satisfaction and qualitative results on the operational activities of the Faculty of Economics. The results of this study indicate that faculty performance from a financial perspective is measured by the budget plan for the annual economic faculty work program and the realization of work programs carried out at the Faculty. Non-financial performance, the perspective of internal business is described by the achievement of the Faculty's vision and mission, the growth and learning perspective is described through the utilization of the Faculty's human resources and the customer perspective is measured through student satisfaction. Balanced Scorecard is able to measure university performance, especially in the faculty of economics
Business Strategy Initiative For Sport-Based Entrepreneurship In Yogyakarta Using SWOT-IFE-EFE And TOWS Analysis Case Study: Jogjarenang International Swimming School
Swimming at an early age boosts children's physical and motor skills, builds confidence, and ensures safety around water. High parental awareness and enthusiasm, along with a lack of structured swimming programs in elementary schools, have led to a rise in swimming schools, presenting a significant business opportunity. Jogjarenang International Swimming School, established in 2020 in Yogyakarta City, offers specialized swimming programs for children using the Swim School International (SSI) curriculum. With increasing competition from new schools, Jogjarenang needs a strategic plan to stay competitive. This research uses a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative observations and interviews with quantitative surveys. The SWOT analysis highlights Jogjarenang’s strengths, such as experienced instructors and a strong reputation, but also reveals weaknesses like limited physical resources and instructor shortages. Opportunities include growing swimming awareness and supportive regulations, while threats come from rising competition. The TOWS analysis led to 15 strategic alternatives, with four prioritized strategies in the W-O matrix being recommended

The purpose of this study is to determine how operational management of logistics services improves employee performance at CV. Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera Gunungsitoli. So the research approach used in this study is to use a qualitative approach. In conducting this research, the researcher has selected and determined the research location as an object that is a source of data and information according to the circumstances and conditions experienced. The location of the research was carried out at CV. Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera Gunungsitoli, which is located at Jln. Gomo, Pasar Gunungsitoli Village, Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City. So the key information in this study is 10 employees. The researcher uses primary data and data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. And the data analysis techniques used by researchers are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the Company's efforts to Improve the Efficiency of Company Performance in operating the company's performance in an effort to improve the efficiency of the company's performance, the company strives to improve deficiencies and always strives to prioritize good service and an easy ordering process for customers, starting from the service of the products owned, easy ordering process, prices offered, strategic location of the company, timely delivery and easy marketing system
The Effect Of Good Corporate Governance And Company Size On Financial Performance With Audit Quality As A Moderating Variable In LQ45 Companies
The study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and company size on financial performance with audit quality as a moderating variable in companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021-2023. Using a quantitative approach, the study also applied multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the relationship between variables. The research conducted shows that GCG, as measured by independent commissioners and managerial ownership, has a positive influence on financial performance. Audit quality is proven to moderate the relationship between GCG and financial performance, strengthening the positive influence of GCG on firm performance. These findings make a significant contribution to the development of agency and stakeholder theory, and provide practical recommendations for companies to improve governance and audit quality to improve financial performance. This study also observes research gaps related to the implementation of GCG in Indonesia which is lagging when compared to other ASEAN countries, as well as the need for stricter supervision in the management of companies listed on the IDX
Analysis Of Psychological Conflict Of The Main Character In The “The Rocking Horse Winner” Short Story
This research discusses psychological conflict using Anna Freud's Defense Mechanism theory in the short story “The Rocking Horse Winner”. This research has two objectives, namely to find out the defense mechanism and to find out the factors that cause the defense mechanism in the main character in the short story “The Rocking Horse Winner”. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This relates to the description of the data in the form of the utterances of the main character Paul in the short story. The analysis in this study using Spradley's analysis. The results of this study show that of the ten defense mechanisms, six were found, namely rationalization, displacement, repression, projection, denial, and identification. Neurotic anxiety and moral anxiety were found as two of the three factors causing defense mechanisms. Analysis of Gender Discrimination in Precious Movie
This research discusses gender discrimination in the “Precious” movie. This research has two objectives. (1) To find the forms of gender discrimination in Precious movie. (2) To investigate the factors cause gender discrimination in the Precious movie. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This is related to data descriptions in the form of conversations and descriptions of actions in the his. The analysis in this research uses analysis from spreadlay and theory from Zulhayatin and Relawati. The research's findings demonstrate that 3 of the 5 forms of gender discrimination namely violence, stereotypes, and marginalization were discovered. Additionally, the rationality factor and the patriarchy factor are the two causes of the gender discrimination that Precious experienced in the “Precious” movie. Based on the research that has been completed, there are 7 data sentences or actions that contain gender discrimination experienced by the character Precious in the “Precious” movie. In accordance with the data, researcher found that 5 data were caused by patriarchy factors, and 2 data were caused by rationality factors.
 
Pengolahan Mie dan Stik Sehat Berbahan Dasar Tomat di Kelompok Tani Sabar Subur dan Bina Karya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara
Sawang Lebar Village is one of the villages located in Tanjung Agung Palik District, North Bengkulu, Bengkulu Province. Based on data from the Bengkulu Tengah Regency Agriculture Service in 2023, farmers in Sawang Lebar Village generally grow tomatoes as their daily source of income. The nature of tomatoes is that they rot quickly so that unsold fruit is simply thrown away. The purpose of this community service activity is to form a tomato noodle and healthy stick processing business unit and to increase the skills and knowledge of members of the Sabar Subur and Bina Karya Farmers Group regarding food processing. This tomato noodle and healthy stick processing activity has been carried out for 1 month from preparation to implementation of the activity for the implementation of the activity at the Village Hall in Sawang Lebar Village, Tanjung Agung Palik District, North Bengkulu, Bengkulu Province which was attended by mothers from the Sabar Subur and Bina Karya Farmers Group consisting of 20 (twenty) people. During the activity, there were no obstacles faced because each participant, the day before the activity was carried out, had received material on processing tomato sticks and tomato noodles
Hubungan Suntik Kb 3 Bulan Terhadap Kelancaran Menyusui Di Bpm Perawati Desa Karya Teladan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Sumatera Selatan
The use of birth control according to the type of contraceptive device or method in Indonesia is dominated by the use of injectable contraceptives. The problem of non-fluency in breastfeeding is a side effect that often occurs when using 3-month injectable birth control. The results of a survey of 3-month injection contraceptive acceptors who visited BPM Nursing, most of them (80%) experienced breast milk irregularities. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between 3-month birth control injections and smooth breastfeeding in Bpm Nursei Karya Teladan Village, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra. Cross sectional approach analytical survey research design. The population in this study was 132 3-month injection acceptors. The sample in this study was 57 3-month injection acceptors taken using purposive sampling by selecting the sample size and population according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that more than half (60%) used 3-month injectable contraceptives for >1 year and more than half (68%) experienced difficulties in breastfeeding. The results of the chi-square test analysis p value = 0.010 < α= 0.05 The conclusion is that there is a relationship between 3-month birth control injections and smooth breastfeeding in BPM Nursei Karya Teladan Village, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra
Analysis OF The Incidence Of Stunting In Toddlers In The Seginim Health Centre Working Area, South Bengkulu Regency
The data from WHO, the prevalence of stunting in 2022 is 33.6%. The prevalence of stunting in Asia in 2022 is 33.0%. SSGI data on the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia in 2022 is 21.6%, this figure is still above the standard of 20%. SSGI data of Bengkulu Province in 2022, the prevalence of stunting is 19.8%, this figure is not in accordance with the target that has been set at 18.84%. South Bengkulu Regency is one of the regency that has experienced an increase in the stunting prevalence rate from 20.8% to 23.2%. Stunting data at Seginim Health Center increases in every year. The aim of the research is to analyze the incidence of stunting among toddlers in the working area of Seginim Health Center, South Bengkulu Regency. This research is a quantitative research using a cross sectional study design. The number of samples in the study was 78 respondents. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test. The research results showed that a small portion of respondents experienced stunting at 29.5%, the majority of respondents had sufficient knowledge at 51.3%, a small portion of respondents had income < minimum wage at 23.1%, almost half of the respondents did not breastfeed exclusively at 42.3%. There is a significant correlation between knowledge (p=0.000), income (p=0.002), infectious diseases (p=0.007) and the incidence of stunting at Seginim Health Center, South Bengkulu. It is hoped that further research can be carried out to look at other risk factors using more in-depth research design and analysis
A Correlation between the Activeness of the Elderly in Participating in Posyandu Activities with the Quality of Life in the Area of Batu Bandung Health Center in 2024
Aging is a natural process that everyone cannot avoid. An old person will experience physical and behavioral changes that occur when someone reaches a certain chronological stage of development. Elderly health is currently an important issue in the health sector. The aging process brings changes in various aspects, including social, psychological, and physical, which are influenced by degenerative processes. Therefore, the existence of elderly health posts is very important to improve the quality of life of the elderly. The goal is for the elderly to remain healthy, independent, and productive socially and economically. This research is a quantitative study, using an observational analytical research type with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted in the working area of Batu Bandung Public Health Center which was carried out in July 2024. The number of samples in this study was 32 old people age 65-70 years. From the results of the statistical test, a p-value of 0.006 was obtained, which means that there is a relationship between the activeness of the elderly in attending integrated health posts and the quality of life of the elderly with an OR value of 11.3. It is hoped that health center officers will provide counseling and socialization on the importance of the elderly integrated health post among the community so that elderly visits to the integrated health post are maximized in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly in living their old age
