The Great Resignation appears as a phenomenon that threatens the company's current existence. This condition was caused by the Covid-19 pandemic which changed work methods to WFH and the shift in the economy towards automation and artificial intelligence. These things motivate employees to resign and increase employee person-job mismatch and job insecurity. Currently, one of the things that drives employees to work is the suitability of employees with company values and culture, also known as PersonOrganization Fit. Previous research has examined the relationship between these three variables, but the conditions in the last five years are far different from before, so this research is intended to examine the effect of PersonOrganization Fit and Person-Job Fit on turnover intention in the last five years. The Economic Inequality And Language Gap
Economic inequality and language inequality in Indonesia are two issues that are interrelated and have a significant impact on the social and economic development of this country. Although rapid economic growth has produced various benefits, economic inequality has become increasingly striking. Data shows that the Gini ratio—an indicator used to measure income inequality—has increased significantly, especially in large cities such as Yogyakarta. These disparities are not only visible in income distribution, but also in access to education, health services and fair employment opportunities. On the other hand, the language gap is an important factor that contributes to exacerbating social and economic inequality. The diversity of regional languages in Indonesia often creates challenges in communication and access to information, especially for community groups who speak minority languages. Children who cannot access education in their mother tongue often experience difficulties in the learning process, leading to increased educational inequality. These two issues influence each other; Economic inequality can exacerbate language gaps, while language gaps can hinder efforts to address the problem of economic inequality. Therefore, it is very important for governments and stakeholders to formulate policies that not only focus on economic equality, but also take into account cultural and linguistic dimensions. With this comprehensive approach, we have the opportunity to build a more inclusive and just society.

Deblurring Photos with Lucy-Richardson and Wiener Filter Algorithm in RGBA Color
Photographers and social media influencers encounter challenges with hand tremors during photo capture, leading to unintended blurriness in their posts, reducing visual impact and audience engagement. To mitigate this problem, the authors aim to effectively reduce the blurring caused by instability in handling, producing sharper and noise-free photos. The methodology involves implementing the Lucy-Richardson and Wiener Filter algorithms into a Python-based web application optimized for RGBA photo processing. Data requirements include sample photos affected by hand tremors to validate the efficacy of the solution. The outcome successfully eliminates blur in captured photos affected by hand tremors in RGBA color format
