    Information Needs Analysis For Inventory Management System Development Based On Existing Conditions In MSMEs

    The purpose of this research is to strengthen its competitive advantage in the digital business industry in Indonesia by utilizing digital solutions to fulfill consumer needs, considering increasing market rivalry and the progress of digital products. The interview was conducted with micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) located in West Java from January to June 2024 to identify the issues and needs of MSMEs.  The identified problems need to be further processed using the System Development Life Cycle method. The results are expected to be utilized in the development of an Inventory Management Information System that can support the effectiveness of inventory management by MSMEs

    Improvement Proposal Of Welded Wire Mesh Production Process In PT HBU Using FMEA And Six Sigma With DMAIC Framework

    This research aims to identify and provide alternative solutions as an effort to reduce defects in the welded wire mesh production process at PT HBU using the Six Sigma approach integrated with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). This research was carried out by applying the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework to improve product quality and process efficiency. In the Define stage, key problems are identified, and improvement objectives are set. The Measure stage includes data collection and initial analysis to measure the existing defect rate using the Defect per Million Opportunities (DPMO) and Sigma Level metrics. Furthermore, in the Analyze stage, root causes are identified and analyzed using Cause-and-Effect Diagram. In the Improve stage, FMEA is used to analyze the potential causes of defects by determining their priority and proposing improvement solutions based on the previous analysis to be implemented as an effort to reduce the possibility of defective products in the production process. Finally, in the Control stage, a schedule is designed for the implementation of the proposed improvements provided. The implementation of this integrated approach is expected to reduce the defect rate in products, improve product quality, and improve overall operational efficiency

    Quick Response Indonesian Standard QRIS is the unification of various QRs from various Payment System Service Providers (PJSP) using the QR Code. Many are highly interested in QRIS payments because not only are they quick and efficient, but they also help minimize risk. Menu variety refers to the range of products and items sellers offer customers. Customers are keen on having a wide range of options on food menus because they desire a variety of choices in the food items provided. The research aims to find out the Influence of Digital Payment Usage Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) and Menu Variety on Repurchase Interest in Hore Steak Magetan. The population of this study is consumers of Hore Steak Magetan who are at least 17 years old and have a smartphone. The research employed a purposive sampling method using 110 samples. Data is analyzed using Smart PLS with outer and inner model methods. The findings indicated that the QRIS payment method had a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest, menu variety had a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest, and the QRIS payment method and menu Variety together had a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest

    This study aims to determine the Conflict of Role and Work Authority on Job Satisfaction of employees at PT. Erajaya Group Bengkulu City, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Role Conflict and Work Authority. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Erajaya Group Bengkulu City, totaling 37 people. In this study the authors used data collection methods by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the Role Conflict (X1) and Job Authority (X2) variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Erajaya Group Bengkulu City. From the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 1.420 + 0.536 (X1) + 0.626 (X2)

    Digital Marketing Strategy As A Catalyst For SME Growth In The Modern Era

    This study aims to explore the influence of digital marketing strategies on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bali. Through a quantitative approach, this study tests the hypothesis that various digital marketing strategies-including search engine optimisation, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing-significantly predict SME performance. The findings show that the implementation of these strategies contributes to increased sales, market share, and better customer relationships. Although the hypothesis regarding dynamic environment moderation did not show significant effects, the study identified challenges that SMEs face, such as resource limitations and digital literacy deficits. The results recommend that SMEs should utilise digital channels more effectively and conduct data-driven analysis to optimise marketing strategies. This research confirms the importance of digital marketing as a vital tool for the growth and success of SMEs in Bali

    Abstract   This study aims to analyze the portrayal of liberal feminism in Greta Gerwig's film "Little Women" This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. This method aims to elucidate the formation of the Representation of Liberal Feminism by analyzing each scene and speech in the movie "Little Women". This research focuses on the film "Little Women" directed by Greta Gerwig in 2019. The research use an observation checklist as the primary tool. This study observation checklist is derived from Stuart Hall's theory (1997), which categorizes Representation into three distinct components: Intentional, Construction, and Reflective. The writer also found moral values based on the theory of Kinnier (2000) which combines moral values into six categories. The results showed that there were seven results of the types of representation shown in the movie " Little Women". Each of these categories, the one that reflects liberal feminism the most is intentional representation.     Improper EARLY provision of MP-ASI not only disrupts the nutritional intake that the baby should get, but also disrupts the baby's digestion because the digestive system is not yet able to digest or break down the food. Coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for babies 0-6 months in the Sari Findings Polindes Working Area, Musi Rawas Regency is still low. The aim of this research is to determine the factors of giving early MP ASI to babies 0-6 months in the Polindes Teman Sari Work Area, Musi Rawas Regency. The design of this research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sample for this research was all mothers who had babies aged (0-6) months who were in the working area of ​​Polindes Teman Sari, Musi Rawas Regency, totaling 63 people. This research uses univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the univariate analysis of this research show that of the 63 respondents, almost half (49.2%) have a supportive attitude, more than half (54.0%) work, almost half (44.4%) have supportive husbands and more than half ( 61.9%) who provide Early MP ASI. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that attitudes had a value of p = 0.001 ≤ α = 0.05, mother's work had a value of p = 0.005 ≤ α = 0.05 and husband's support had a value of p = 0.007 ≤ α = 0.05. The results of this research show that the attitudinal variable is most associated with giving early MP ASI to babies aged 0-6 months at Polindes Teman Sari, Musi Rawas Regency
