Analisis Pesan Moral Pada Film The Covenant Karya Guy Ritchie’s
A good film should not only function as a medium of entertainment, but also educate its audience and contain various important information about the plot of the film. The film "The Covenant" is an American action drama film directed by Guy Ritchie's. This study aims to describe the meaning of the moral message contained in the film. "The Covenant. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis approach. Data collection in this study used observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the moral messages contained in the film "The Covenant" are: 1) Doing work that is considered a traitor for the sake of the family is the importance of sacrifice and priority to always pay attention to those closest to us. 2) Failure, failure can occur due to unexpected factors, and it reminds us to remain humble, failure can also be a valuable teacher. 3) Repaying the kindness of those who have saved our lives Repaying kindness is not only about physical actions, but also about showing gratitude and appreciating the sacrifices of others. 4) Teaches about fortitude, patience, and acceptance of the reality of life that does not always go according to expectations. The meaning of denotation, connotation and myth conveyed by the director and writer make the film "The Covenant" worth watching because it is thick with moral messages that are full of struggle and gratitude.
Factors Associated With The Incidence Of Bronchitis In Rsud Rupit North Musi Rawas District
Bronchitis is an airway disease that is often found in the community and is a health problem because of its chronic, persistent, and progressive nature (Soegito, 2020). Bronchitis cases in 2022 increased very rapidly from no previous cases to 136 cases. (Rupit Hospital, 2022). The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of bronchitis at the Rupit Regional General Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency. This study is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The research sample was 69 respondents. Data analysis was performed with the chi-square test with a significance level of 95% using SPSS 16 software. The results of univariate analysis showed, 20 (29.0%) respondents smoked ≥20 btg/per day, 16 (23.2%) respondents had risky jobs and had respondents who had a family history of 21 people (30.4%). The results of bivariate analysis showed there was a significant relationship between smoking habits Value p = 0.000. Occupation Value p = 0.038 and Family History Value p = 0.033 with the incidence of Bronchitis < α - 0.05 at the Rupit Regional General Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency in 2023. It is hoped that the Rupit Regional General Hospital of Musi Rawas Regency will always improve services in order to achieve patient satisfaction. Analisis Kriminologis Korupsi Perspektif Pendekatan Sobural Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Korupsi Di Indonesia
Corruption is a complex crime phenomenon, not only related to legal issues, but also socio-political and cultural issues, so that the approach to solving it can also use social, cultural andstructural approaches. Complications in eradicating corruption always occur, this can be seenrom the increase in criminal acts of corruption, both in terms of quantity and the amount of statelosses caused by criminal acts of corruption. The sobural method is not a principle used to solvea problem or case, but this method plays a role in understanding an evil act accurately throughthe three value lenses that influence it, namely social values, cultural values, and structuralelements. The aim of this research is to determine the criminologicaanalysis of corruption from asocial theory perspective. The research method used is: This research uses a normative legalresearch method, namely research that focuses on examining the application of rules or norms in the social life of society. With approaches, including the first, the Historical Approach is carriedout to understand historical values which are the background for the social value approach,cultural values and structural factors (Sobural) which become the knife of criminological analysiswhich dissects the causes of Corruption crimes. Second, Conceptual Approach. The findings are based on research results, namely that the first approach to social values, cultural values andstructural factors (Sobural) becomes a criminological analysis knife that dissects the causes ofcrime as a whole, both the perpetrator and society. The advantages of the social values, culturalvalues and structural factors (Sobural) approach provide a way for law enforcers, especially judges, to understand acts of corruption in deciding cases. Both social approaches can be instruments for corruption prevention activities, because preventing corruption is basically part ofthe spirit of eradicating corruption. Inovasi Keperawatan Tehnik Refleksi Pada Kasus Gastritis Dengan Pendekatan Teori Keperawatan Virginia Henderson Di Puskesmas Bermani Ulu
Gastritis or commonly known as ulcers is a disease that often occurs in society, but this disease is often underestimated and underestimated by sufferers. Gastritis can cause a variety of symptoms, but the main symptom that ulcer patients often complain about is pain or discomfort that is blocked in the upper stomach. Foot Reflexology Technique Therapy or often called reflexology is massage therapy by applying pressure to nerve points on the feet or hands to provide bioelectric stimulation to certain body organs which can provide a feeling of relaxation and freshness because the blood flow in the body becomes smooth. The general aim of this case study is to apply Virginia Henderson's theory of treating ulcer patients by performing and teaching Reflexology Techniques to reduce pain intensity. This research was also conducted to find out whether Virginia Henderson's theory can be applied to ulcer patients by providing Reflexology Technique therapy.This case study method is a qualitative method with a case study research research strategy. The type of case study when carrying out caregiving is a research case study by applying Reflection Techniques through Virginia Henderson's surgical theory model to patients suffering from ulcer disease.Results of Bandage Care for Gastritis patients by applying Foot Massage Reflexology Technique Therapy using Virginia Henderson's Freezing theory is carried out using the Freezing process starting from assessing 14 providing basic human needs, Observing and Determining Problems, Freezing Actions, Freezing Implementation and Freezing Evaluation. The scheduled intervention is directed at helping to reduce pain intensity with Reflexology Technique therapy through the Virginia Henderson approach.Virginia Henderson's theory of the murder model can be applied and applied well in murders focused on ulcer cases. The suggestion for health workers is that reflexology technique therapy for patients suffering from rheumatism reduces the intensity of pain so that it can reduce activity disruption due to uncontrolled pain
Penerapan Terapi Diafragmatik Breathing Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Pada Gastritis Melalui Aplikasi Teori Keperawatan Roy Adaptasi Model Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Durian
Gastritis is one of the ten most common diseases in hospital inpatients in Indonesia (Gustin, 2012). gastritis can cause a variety of symptoms, but the main symptom that is often complained of by gastritis patients is pain or discomfort centred on the upper abdomen. Diaphragm breathing exercise can be recommended as a nursing intervention and used as input (stimulus) in the adaptation process to reduce pain in gastritis. The general purpose of this case study is to apply the Roy Adaptation Model nursing theory to gastritis patients by performing and teaching Diaphragm breathing exercise to reduce pain intensity, this study was also conducted to determine whether the Roy Adaptation Model theory can be applied to gastritis patients by providing Diaphragm breathing exercise therapy. This case study method is a qualitative method with a Case study research strategy. by applying Adaptation nursing theory to patients suffering from gastritis. The results of nursing care in gastritis patients using Roy Adaptation Model nursing theory include: assessment of the adaptation system, analysis, diagnosis, nursing action, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. Nursing problems found in patients are chronic pain (related to the inflammatory process). While the hypothesis and nursing interventions that are compiled are directed at helping to reduce pain intensity with Diaphragm breathing exercise therapy through the Model Adaptation System approach. This Roy Adaptation Model nursing model theory can be applied and applied well in nursing focusing on gastritis cases. Suggestions for health workers are for Diaphragm breathing exercise therapy in patients with gastritis to reduce pain intensity so as to improve mobilisation ability and reduce activity disorders due to uncontrolled pain
The Influence Of Esg Risk Rating On Company Value In Companies Listed On Stock Exchanges Collaborating In ASEAN-ISE
This study aims to examine the effect of ESG risk rating on company value in companies listed on the ASEAN-ISE member stock exchanges. The research sample is companies listed on the Stock Exchange that are members of ASEAN-ISE, namely Bursa Malaysia Berhad (Bursa Malaysia), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) in 2023 as many as 101 observations. This study uses a new approach in measuring ESG, namely using the company's ESG Risk Rating which has combined three ESG concepts (environmental, social, and governance). In addition, the sampling is expanded to cross-country will expand the generalization of the research results and is also a novelty in this study. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that ESG risk rating has a negative effect on company value, but not significant. This study can add to the literature on ESG and company value, and can provide important information that there is an ESG risk rating that has not been optimally utilized in the decision-making process
The Role Of Intellectual Capital On Company Value With Profitability As A Mediating Variable: Empirical Study Of LQ-45 Companies On The IDX For The 2020-2022 Period
This research aims to analyze the influence of Transfer Pricing and Capital Intensity on Tax Avoidance in manufacturing sector multinational companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2023 period. The research uses quantitative methods with secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial reports. The research population includes 172 companies, and the sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 15 companies with a total of 75 observations. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression using the Fixed Effect model via Eviews software. The research results show that Transfer Pricing does not have a significant effect on Tax Avoidance because most transactions are domestic. On the other hand, Capital Intensity has a significant effect on Tax Avoidance, indicating that companies with high fixed assets utilize depreciation to reduce tax liabilities. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence on Tax Avoidance

This research aims to discuss legal issues regarding the validity of environmental loss as an element of state loss in criminal acts of corruption. The main aim of this research is to answer the legal issue of whether environmental damage can be categorized as an element of state loss in criminal acts of corruption. The type of research used in this research is normative legal research, namely by examining statutory regulations, legal doctrine, and legal principles related to the problem being studied. The research results show that environmental damage cannot be evidence of a criminal act because Article 2 paragraph (1) and Article 3 of the Corruption Law must be proven by real state financial losses (actual loss) is not a potential or estimated state financial loss (potential loss). Customary Forests Social Forestry Scheme: One Of The Strengthening Of Indigenous Peoples In Managing Natural Resources
Although the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that the state recognizes and respects customary law communities, its recognition is conditional on customary law communities in managing their natural resources, especially in the status of certain forest areas. This paper examines how the role of customary forests in social forestry schemes provides space and access to customary law communities in natural resource management. The results of the study show that the ratification of the Decree (SK) of Customary Forests in the social forestry scheme is able to provide legitimacy to indigenous peoples in managing natural resources in accordance with their local wisdom and also have an impact on strengthening customary practices in the management of their natural resource

In response to the legal uncertainty arising from Constitutional Court Decision No. 60/PUU-XXII/2024 regarding the candidacy threshold for regional head elections (Pilkada), several strategic recommendations can be implemented to ensure a more transparent and fair electoral process. These include: (a) establishing clear procedural policies, (b) strengthening the role of the legislature (DPR) in lawmaking, (c) limiting the authority of the Constitutional Court, (d) promoting legal education and public awareness, (e) monitoring and evaluating the election process, and (f) conducting academic studies and research. In the context of the regional head candidacy threshold, regulations regarding this threshold should no longer be subject to change within 200 days before the opening of candidate registration by the General Election Commission (KPU). If this measure is not enforced, referring to Constitutional Court Decision No. 60/PUU-XXII/2024, which was issued seven days before the KPU accepted candidate registrations, the Constitutional Court could potentially amend the candidacy threshold regulations just one day before the KPU begins accepting candidate registrations in the 2029 Pilkada
