This study aims to analyze significant differences in the financial ratios of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018 (pre-pandemic), 2021 (during the peak of the pandemic), and 2024 (post-pandemic). The analyzed ratios include liquidity (Quick Ratio/QR), solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER), profitability (Return on Equity/ROE), and activity (Asset Turnover/ATO). The sample was purposively selected from companies with complete financial reports for all three periods. Using a quantitative approach and statistical tests (One Way ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis, and Mann-Whitney), the results show a significant difference only in the liquidity ratio (QR), while DER, ROE, and ATO do not exhibit significant differences. These findings provide insight into the resilience of the energy sector during crises and offer valuable considerations for investors and policymakers

The enforcement of decisions by the Administrative Court (PTUN) is essential for upholding the rule of law and protecting citizens from harmful administrative acts. However, its effectiveness is hindered by low compliance, lack of clear execution mechanisms, weak sanctions, and limited oversight. This study uses a normative legal approach and qualitative methods to analyze these challenges and identify solutions. Findings highlight the absence of technical regulations and a weak legal culture among officials as key issues. To improve enforcement, this study recommends clearer execution rules, expanded PTUN authority, stronger institutional oversight, and active presidential involvement through performance evaluations. Strengthening these aspects will enhance legal certainty and public trust in administrative justice

Stunting is a condition of a body that is short for age to exceed a deficit of -2 SD (Standard Deviation) below the median standard length or height for age. Short toddlers (stunting) describe the presence of long-term nutritional problems or chronic nutrition that can be influenced by the condition of the mother or prospective mother, the fetal period and the infant or toddler period, including diseases suffered during toddlerhood. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for stunting in toddlers aged 6 months - 23 months at the Pekkae Health Center, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. This study is a quantitative study using an observational analytical method with a cross-sectional design. Sampling was obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was 98 toddlers with mothers of toddlers as respondents. The data was processed and analyzed using the Chi-Square test p <0.05 in the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the history of providing complementary feeding (p-value 0.031; 1.36), history of infectious diseases (p-value 0.005; 1.41), maternal knowledge about toddler nutrition (p-value 0.031; 1.36) and economic factors (p-value 0.000; 2.71) with the incidence of stunting. There is no significant relationship between the history of providing exclusive breastfeeding, toddler immunization, maternal height and the mother's last level of education with the incidence of stunting with a p-value> 0.005. The most dominant factor in the results of this study is the family's economic factor

This study uses a quantitative approach to examine the relationship between the variables of education, training, and work experience on work productivity in the Nias Resort Police. The research sample consisted of 35 police personnel who were randomly selected from a total population of 349 personnel. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques using SPSS Version 29 Software. The results of the analysis showed that there was a strong relationship between educational variables and work productivity, which was supported by a statistically significant regression coefficient value. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.504 shows that about 50.4% of the variability in work productivity can be explained by the independent variables in this model. The F-statistical test showed that the regression model was significant overall at a 95% confidence level, with the rejection of the null hypothesis stating that there was no influence of independent variables on dependent variables. In addition, individual t-tests showed that only the educational variables significantly affected work productivity, while the training and work experience variables did not make a significant contribution. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the factors that affect work productivity in the police environment, with implications for the development of more effective managerial policies and practices in improving personnel performance
