Get PDFJerawat merupakan suatu keadaan inflamasi yang secara umum terjadi pada bagian kulit. Jerawat dapat disebabkan oleh bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, Propionibacterium acnes, dan Staphylococcus epidermidis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan aktivitas antibakteri dari ekstrak dan fraksi daun tempuh wiyang (Emilia sonchifolia L.) dan daun situduh langit (Erigeron sumatrensis Retz.) terhadap bakteri Propionibacterium acnes. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%. Pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode difusi agar menggunakan cara sumuran. Hasil uji aktivitas antibakteri dianalisa dengan metode one way ANOVA yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa baik ekstrak dan fraksi daun tempuh wiyang dan situduh langit memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri penyebab jerawat P.acnes. Studi In Silico Senyawa Kuersetin Sebagai Antidiabetes
Get PDFDiabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit yang ditandai dengan glukosa yang tinggi, yang disebabkan karena adanya gangguan metabolisme kronis.Tujuan peneliatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi dari senyawa kuersetin terhadap reseptor 5NN5 secara insilico. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penambatan molekul, dan virtual screening. No full textImproving the health status of the elderly has become a priority in national health development, in line with the increasing elderly population in Indonesia. The Primary Service Integration Program (ILP) is designed to strengthen primary healthcare services through a holistic, community-based approach, focusing on health promotion and early disease detection. A community service activity titled "Efforts to Improve Elderly Health Status through the Socialization of the ILP Program" was held at the Gedung Dakwah Islam in Banjar City on November 15, 2024, involving 152 elderly participants.This activity emphasized education, discussion, and evaluation to enhance participants\u27 understanding of holistic health and access to primary healthcare services. Education was delivered through interactive materials on healthy lifestyles, routine health check-ups, and the utilization of integrated healthcare services. Discussions actively engaged participants in sharing experiences and solutions to health-related issues. The evaluation showed a significant improvement in understanding, with 85% of participants able to answer evaluation questions correctly, up from 60% before the activity, reflecting a 25% increase in understanding. The results highlighted high participant enthusiasm, improved understanding of healthy lifestyle practices, and the importance of routine health check-ups. Cross-sector collaboration was identified as a key factor in the success of this program. With adaptation to local needs, ILP has proven to be relevant and holds potential as a strategic model for sustainable elderly health management in Indonesia. EDUKASI PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) : MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN SISWA UNTUK HIDUP SEHAT
No full textThe implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in schools is crucial and should be addressed immediately, particularly given the high incidence of infectious diseases among children and adolescents. The low application of PHBS in schools is attributed to the lack of student knowledge regarding the importance of cleanliness and health. Research shows that only 30% of students regularly wash their hands before and after meals, with only 25% of vocational school students having a good understanding of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). Inadequate infrastructure, such as limited access to clean water and sanitation, also poses a barrier to the implementation of PHBS. The community service program held at SMKN 1 Balongan aims to broaden students\u27 knowledge about PHBS through interactive educational methods. This activity is designed to enhance students\u27 understanding of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) at SMKN 1 Balongan through counseling and education. The activity took place on June 20, 2023, involving 36 tenth-grade students. Counseling was conducted in an interactive classroom environment, using video media and PowerPoint presentations to deliver essential information about PHBS, including handwashing practices, maintaining environmental cleanliness, and adopting a healthy diet. Data were collected using pre-tests and post-tests to assess the extent of knowledge improvement. Descriptive analysis was conducted to present the frequency distribution of the results from the pre-test and post-test, which showed that students categorized as "Good" increased from 42% to 53% after the education. This activity demonstrated that PHBS education was effectively carried out and successfully improved students\u27 understanding of PHBS

No full textThe health of the immune system plays a crucial role in protecting the body from infections and diseases, with proper nutrition being a key factor in supporting immune function. Education regarding nutrition to enhance immune cellfunction is necessary, particularly among the general public, who may not have adequate understanding. This community service program aims to increase knowledge about the relationship between nutrition and the immune system, targeting participants from various regions of Indonesia through an online platform. The activity was carried out using interactive presentations, discussions, and evaluations through pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure participants\u27 understanding. The material covered includes the classification of the immune system, the role of micronutrients and macronutrients, and dietary patterns that support immune function. The results showed a significant increase in participants\u27 understanding, particularly regarding the roles of vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and immune cell sources such as bone marrow and leukocytes. In conclusion, online education about nutrition for immune cells is effective in improving the public\u27s understanding. Such programs are expected to continue to support the achievement of a healthier, more responsive society that understands the importance of a nutritious diet

The forum was founded by Andrew Darwis, Ronald Stephanus, and Budi Dharmawan as an “idle” project for the community of Indonesian students who were studying abroad, especially in the United States. Over time, Kaskus grew to become the largest online forum in Indonesia for discussion of various topics, buying and selling, and other communities. In 2004, Internet Marketing activities in Indonesia had begun to become lively, even promoting. This was marked by the growth and development of Internet Marketing community platforms followed by the emergence of several e-commerce platforms including tokobagus.com in 2005, berniaga.com in 2012, blanja.com and elevenia in 2014. With the increasingly fierce digital business competition, these business platforms began to correct and sink in the midst of technological disruption and the increasingly high level of consumer dynamism. Nowadays, it is evident that the development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the world of marketing. This research discusses online marketing optimization techniques that can be applied by aspiring digipreneurs to improve the effectiveness of their digital strategies. By using data as the basis for decision-making, optimization techniques such as website optimization, social media, Google, and marketplace can increase the competitiveness of online businesses. This article also highlights the importance of using Facebook Pixel in retargeting and effective list building strategies. This training is designed to provide socialization as well as knowledge insights for prospective digipreneurs, especially for students of the Digital Business S1 Study Program at Bakti Tunas Husada University related to understanding and practical skills in optimizing online marketing techniques. The participants invited in this activity were 72 participants, mostly followed by student participants who wanted to be literate in the field of online marketing optimization and several students of the digital business study program at Bakti Tunas Husada University who were prepared as digipreneurs. The hope of holding this training is that students of the digital business study program at Bakti Tunas Husada University are able to implement digital strategies effectively, understand the dynamics of digital business, and take advantage of modern marketing technology to increase the competitiveness of their business as prospective digipreneurs

MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN UMKM: TINGKAT PEMAHAMAN DAN IMPLIKASI PELATIHAN
Get PDFMicro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia\u27s economy, contributing over 60% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and providing more than 97% of the national workforce. However, many MSME owners face challenges in financial management that may hinder the sustainability and growth of their businesses. This study aims to measure the understanding and knowledge of MSME owners and the general public regarding financial management. The study uses a quantitative approach with an online survey technique through Google Forms (GForm), involving a mixed group of MSME owners and the general public. A total of 200 respondents participated in the survey. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics, focusing on the frequency and percentage of responses regarding capital management, financial recording, and business planning. The results indicate that understanding of key aspects of MSME financial management, such as capital management, financial recording, and business planning, is still low, with differences in understanding between MSME owners and the general public. The study concludes that structured training and educational programs on MSME financial management are essential to improve understanding and skills in managing business finance

Get PDFCardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the leading cause of death globally, including in Indonesia, with unhealthy lifestyles as the primary risk factor often beginning during adolescence. This community service program aims to raise awareness among adolescents about CVD prevention through the My Heart approach (Manage Your Nutrition, Healthy Habits, Exercise Regularly, Avoid Risk Factors, Relax Mindfully, Think Positively). The program was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Tasikmalaya, involving 162 twelfth-grade students. The methods included interactive education using visual media, direct counseling, and knowledge assessment through pretest and posttest. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 84.2 to 94.1 after the education session. Most participants exhibited low physical activity levels, frequent junk food consumption, insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables, with some engaging in smoking habits and often experiencing stress. The My Heart education approach effectively improved students\u27 knowledge and awareness of healthy lifestyles. This approach is expected to be widely implemented to foster a healthier young generation and reduce the prevalence of CVDs in the future

No full textGerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) lahir dari penetapan Permendikbud Nomor 23 Tahun 2015. GLS bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan minat baca serta kebiasaan membaca sepanjang hayat. Kesadaran pentingnya mmebaca sedari dini perlu ditanamkan dan ditumbuhkan pada siswa. Untuk mensukseskan GLS, sekolah berkolaborasi dengan Kampus Mengajar 7 dalam Program Angkringan Baca. Program Angkringan Baca dilakukan dengan merevitalisasi perpustakaan menjadi lebih nyaman dan menarik bagi siswa untuk berkunjung dan membaca buku. Program angkringan baca ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang termuat pada Rencana Aksi Kolaborasi (RAK) Kampus Mengajar 7. Sasaran kegiatan angkringan baca adalah semua siswa kelas I sampai VI SDN Bujel 3 Kota Kediri. Angkringan baca dilaksanakan mulai bulan Februari hingga Juni 2024, dengan tahapan mulai dari observasi lingkungan sekolah dan perpustakaan, perencanaan, revitalisasi perpustakaan, dan pelaksanaan angkringan baca. Pada pelaksanaan angkringan baca, diperoleh hasil bahwa jumlah kunjungan siswa ke perpustakaan terjadi peningkatan setiap bulannya. Peningkatan kunjungan siswa ke perpustakaan dapat meningkatkan minat siswa untuk membaca. Peningkatan minat baca siswa dapat berdampak positif terhadap kemampuan literasinya. Kemampuan literasi yang baik akan meningkatkan kemampuan dan daya berpikir kritis siswa serta mensukseskan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS)
