    AbstrakKondisi kesehatan masyarakat pada saat ini sedang mendapatkan ancaman dari pandemik Covid-19. Masalah kesehatan ini bisa mengenai siapa saja, kapan saja dan dimana saja. Upaya dalam menjaga kesehatan yaitu dengan pola hidup sehat yaitu menjaga pola makan, pola aktivitas/olah raga, dan pola istirahat. Kebugaran jasmani merupakan modal yang baik dalam menghadapi pandemik Covid-19 saat ini. Mayoritas IRT tidak memiliki waktu yang khusus untuk berolahraga, mereka cukup sibuk dengan rutinitas sehari-hari dan kadang beranggapan bahwa pekerjaan sehari-hari sudah cukup membuat berkeringat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan stimulasi dan edukasi sehingga terbentuk perilaku hidup sehat dalam upaya menangkal morbiditas dan mortalitas akibat Covid-19 di masyarakat dengan sasaran IRT dan remaja putri. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemeriksaan kesehatan dan intervensi senam aerobik. Hasil yang didapatkan dari 20 responden adalah 10 % mengalami hipertensi, seluruh responden memiliki rentang kadar gula darah sewaktu normal (<180 md/dL), 30% memiliki BB normal (IMT 18,5-22,9), 30 % memiliki BB gemuk (IMT 23-24,9), 40 % memiliki obesitas (IMT >= 25). Selama 1 bulan waktu intervensi dengan kegiatan sebanyak 5 kali senam aerobik, secara subyektif responden menyatakan kondisi tubuh lebih segar, istirahat lebih baik, keluhan fisik seperti nyeri kepala, nyeri badan/ pegal, badan lemas menurun. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini membawa dampak positif bagi responden dan disarankan agar kegiatan terus berkesinambungan dilakukan secara mandiri.Kata Kunci: imunitas, pendemik  covid-19, senam aerobikAbstractThe public health condition is currently under threat from the Covid-19 pandemic. This health problem can affect anyone, anytime and anywhere. Efforts to maintain health are with a healthy lifestyle, namely maintaining diet, activity/exercise patterns, and rest patterns. Physical fitness is a good asset in dealing with the current Covid-19 pandemic. The majority of IRT do not have a specific time to exercise, they are too busy with their daily routines and sometimes think that their daily work is enough to make them warm. This community service aims to provide stimulation and education so that healthy living behaviors are formed in an effort to prevent morbidity and mortality due to Covid-19 in the community, targeting IRT and young women. The method used is a health check and aerobic exercise intervention. The results obtained from 20 respondents were 10% had hypertension, all respondents had normal blood sugar levels (<200 md/dL), 30% had normal weight (BMI 18.5-22.9), 30% had fat weight (BMI 23-24.9), 40% were obese (BMI >= 25). During the 1 month intervention time with 5 aerobic exercise activities, respondents subjectively stated that their body condition was fresher, rested better, physical complaints such as headaches, body aches/aches, decreased weakness. It can be concluded that this activity has had a positive impact on the respondents and it is recommended that the activities continue to be carried out independently.Keywords: immunity, covid-19 pandemic, aerobic exercis

    Susu sapi segar adalah sumber bahan pangan dengan kandungan gizi tinggi. Di Desa Blimbing terdapat peternak sapi perah, akan tetapi produk susu sapi belum dilakukan pengolahan secara optimal dan hanya disetorkan ke BUMDES dan dijual dengan harga yang relatif rendah. Untuk jangkauan pasar konsumen susu sapi masih skala lokal Desa Blimbing saja. Hal ini dipengaruhi minta beli masyarakat terhadap susu sapi segar masih kurang dikarenakan terdapat aroma dan rasa amis pada susu. Berdasarkan hal di atas, maka dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai jual susu dan jumlah konsumen melalui pengolahan susu sapi segar menjadi susu Jelly Moomilly aneka rasa. Pembuatan susu Jelly Moomilly menggunakan bahan-bahan yang berkualitas dan mudah diperoleh. Pada kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan edukasi tentang manfaat, pengolahan, dan penyimpanan susu segar yang baik serta unjuk kerja membuat susu Jelly MooMilly. Pada akhir kegiatan PkM, produk susu Jelly MooMilly yang telah dibuat dibagikan kepada peserta. Respon peserta terhadap susu Jelly Moomilly adalah sangat menyukai rasa, aroma, dan warnanya yang menarik. Peserta anak-anak pun juga sangat menyukai susu Jelly MooMilly yang telah dibuat. Susu Jelly MooMilly dapat menjadi alternatif minuman untuk mencukupi kebutuhan nutrisi anak dan mencegah stunting. Susu Jelly MooMilly ini juga bisa dijadikan sebagai alternatif usaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dan UMKM Desa

    Jajanan merupakan makanan olahan yang mudah untuk di jumpai, apalagi bagi anak sekolah, jajanan banyak di gemari oleh anak-anak, remaja, dan orang dewasa. Sejak sedini mungkin pada masa-masa peka proses tumbuh kembang anak harus meperhatikan makanan sehat dan jajan sehat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan edukasi jajanan sehat pada anak Panti Asuhan. Metode: metode pelaksanaannya edukasi jajanan sehat dilakukan dengan penanyangan video animasi tentang jajanan sehat.dan komunikasi interaktif. Jumlah anak LKSA Amanah dari 36 orang yang di berikan edukasi, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang jajan sehat, pada anak-anak setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan dengan hasil pre-test rerata nilai 7,5 dan hasil post-test rerata nilai 8,5 dengan presentase kenaikan 10,6 %.     Stunting masih saja menjadi masalah kesehatan nasional. Dilihat dari dampaknya, stunting mengakibatkan permasalahan yang serius pada anak yang akan membuat penderitanya rentan terhadap penyakit, tingkat kecerdasan dibawah rata-rata dan menurunkan produktivitas. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi dan pemahaman kepada remaja SMA dan SMK di Kota Tasikmalaya terkait masalah stunting dan cara pencegahannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan lewat metode ceramah tentang stunting, pencegahan stunting, kekurangan gizi, pencegahan anemia, pola hidup sehat dan melakukan pengukuran pre-test dan post-test tingkat pengetahuan. Pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 60 siswa/siswi. Setelah diberikan penyuluhan terdapat kenaikan pengetahuan (selisih 2) dari hasil rata-rata pre-test 2,9 menjadi rata-rata post-test 4,9.     Tulisan ini merupakan hasil pengabdian kolaborasi dengan berbagai disiplin ilmu dalam memecahkan masalah rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan-kemandirian ekonomi, penganggurang yang tinggi, potensi konflik sosial dan terajadi kerusakan hutan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan perlu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya lokal, menumbuhkan semangat gotong royong dalam memecahkan masalah bersama, dan menekan terjadinya kerusakan hutan akibat kegiatan pertanian dengan sistim berladang pindahpindah. Tulisan ini menguraikan implementasi konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui “Produksi dan Komersialisasi Pakan Ayam Broiler Berbasis Bahan Lokal sebagai Usaha Bersama Atas Asas Kekeluargaan”. Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan-empris, yaitu tulisan yang dikembangkan dari hasil telaah teoritis dan studi empiris. Telaah teoritisnya dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Telaah empirisnya dikembangkan dari hasil observasi tentang studi kelayakan (dukungan, komitmen masyarakat dan potensi sumber daya lokal) ditemukan bahwa konsep pendampingan ini paling sesuai dilakukan di Desa Kenanta Kecamatan Soromandi Kabupaten Bima. Hasil pendampingan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pembuatan pakan ayam broiler berbasis bahan lokal, peningkatan literasi keuangan dan manajemen usaha bersama atas asas kekeluargaan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan dintadai dengan mimiliki pendapatan alternative selain bertani dan neyalay, serta kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat ditandai dengan berkurangnya beban utang konsumsi

    Indonesia is a nation with significant solar exposure, and the majority of its population is employed in outdoor occupations. Ultraviolet light is the component of sunlight that adversely affects the skin. Sunscreen is a cosmetic formulation designed to enhance the skin\u27s protective barrier against UV radiation. The skin of Ambon bananas includes antioxidant chemicals that can inhibit and prevent free radicals on the skin. The objective of the research was to assess the efficacy of the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) in loose powder sunscreen formulations by comparing concentrations of Ambon banana peel extract at 0.5%, 10%, and 15%, and to evaluate the outcomes of the Ambon banana peel extract loose powder sunscreen preparation. In vitro assessment of SPF values via a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The assessment of loose powder sunscreen formulations encompasses organoleptic evaluations, fineness assessments, homogeneity analyses, pH measurements, water content determinations, hedonic evaluations, and Sun Protection Factor (SPF) value assessments. Outcomes: The Sun Protection Factor (SPF) value for the optimal loose powder sunscreen formulation was determined to be 3.30 at an extract concentration of 15%, classified as minimal protection

    Background: Cancer is a deadly disease and the highest cause of death in the world after heart disease. The high number of cancer cases that occur and the many side effects caused by chemotherapy treatment in cancer require development in cancer treatment. Objective: This study aims to determine whether the compound 3-(4-Heptylbenzoyl)-1-[3-({[(4-Heptylphenyl) Formamido] Methanethioyl}Amino)Propyl]Thiourea can be synthesized from 4-Heptilbenzoyl Chloride, KSCN, 1,3- Diaminopropane and to see its interaction with PDK1 receptor. Methods: Compounds synthesized by sonication method were characterized then followed by in silico studies, pharmacokinetic and toxicity prediction. Results: The synthesis results obtained %yield of 87%. Characterization of the synthesized compound is shown by the melting distance of 2o C (79-81o C) and a single stain on the TLC plate, the maximum wavelength of 241 nm, has -NH, C=O, and C=S absorption at wave numbers 3292 cm-1, 1729 cm-1, and 1154 cm-1, and with a molecular weight of 597 g/mol. The results of in silico studies showed that the compound 3-(4-Heptylbenzoyl)-1-[3-({[(4-Heptylphenol)Formamido]Methanethioyl} Amino) Propyl] Thiourea has a good interaction with the PDK1 receptor (PDB: 5LVO) with a binding affinity value of -6.96 kcal/mol which is lower than the comparator drug Capecitabine, and has a better pharmacokinetic and toxicity profile. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the compound 3-(4-Heptylbenzoyl) -1-[3-({[(4-Heptylphenyl) Formamido] Methanethioyl} Amino) Propyl] Thiourea has potential as an anticancer candidate

    Nuggets Tempe is a processed food from tempeh which is a food innovation that is rich in protein, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals that are suitable for consumption by children and adults. The processed tempeh menu in daily meals if only fried can reduce children\u27s appetite so that diversification is needed with the shape and taste of contemporary foods such as nuggets. To improve nutrition, eggs and carrots are added to the tempeh nugget formula. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education about the importance of protein in food intake through the utilization of local food ingredients such as tempeh as a source of vegetable protein and provide skills to participants in making tempeh nuggets as a diversification of processed tempeh to increase children\u27s appetite for tempeh which has a high protein content in their daily diet. Participants in this activity were parents assisted by LKSA Amanah BTH Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this activity is the lecture method and the practice of making Tempe Nugget. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the respondent profile data of this activity can attract participation across gender, age, and education levels, showing the inclusiveness and relevance of activities to various segments of society. The significant increase in respondents\u27 knowledge scores, as indicated by the statistical results of the paired T-test, underscores the effectiveness of extension in promoting individual and community empowerment

    Mangkubumi Health Center in Tasikmalaya City plays an important role in providing primary health services to the community. However, administrative aspects, especially related to the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Administration Section, still require more attention in order to improve the quality of service. This community service program aims to assist officers in the process of revising and preparing SOPs according to health center accreditation standards. Activities are carried out through socialization methods, direct assistance, and implementation evaluation. A total of 41 participants, consisting of administrative and service officers, participated in this program. They were provided with in-depth knowledge about the principles of preparing SOPs through presentations, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The evaluation was carried out with a post-test and analysis of obstacles in implementing SOPs. The results showed that this assistance activity succeeded in increasing understanding with an average score of 72. After the presentation on the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the results of the increase in knowledge obtained an average score of 87 with a percentage increase of 21% of participants regarding SOP standardization which is expected to support the management of health center administration to be more structured and effective. This activity also has a positive impact on the health center accreditation process, as well as being an initial step in realizing quality and sustainable services

    Continuity of Care (CoC) midwifery care is carried out to help reduce maternal mortality (MMR) and infant mortality (IMR) with CoC midwifery services being sustainable and comprehensive starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum of newborns to family planning services, not just monitoring physical, psychological and spiritual health aspects in efforts to detect complications early, but it is important how the social aspects of women and families develop within them, therefore it is important to integrate women and family empowerment in CoC, so that women and families can be empowered in improving maternal welfare. starting from decision making, self-care and caring for newborns. The aim of this activity is to find out the extent of integration of women\u27s and family empowerment in CoC midwifery care so that it can improve maternal health and welfare using a midwifery management approach. This care was carried out in the Pagerageung Community Health Center work area from October to November 2024 for 4 respondents. The care carried out started from reviewing basic data, formulating diagnoses, planning, implementing and evaluating as well as integrating the empowerment of women and families. The results of this activity were 4 respondents with physiological analysis starting from pregnancy to postpartum, mothers were empowered in making family planning decisions, empowered in caring for babies and families were able to provide full support and help to mothers for every action they took. In conclusion, the integration of women\u27s and family empowerment in Continuity of Care (CoC) midwifery care makes a good contribution to improving maternal health and welfare
