FORMULASI NANOTEKNOLOGI DARI TUMBUHAN SEBAGAI HAIR TONIC : REVIEW ARTIKEL
ABSTRACTHair is a special derivative structure of the skin and is one of the characteristics that defines the characteristics of humans who can experience several problems including hair loss, dry hair and dandruff, therefore it needs care to overcome it. The use of preparations from various plants which are efficacious for hair growth can result in the development of technology such as nanoemulsion preparations which aim to increase penetration and activity so that they can reach the hair roots. This review aims to examine and compare nanoemulsion formulas from several plants which have hair growth properties with in vivo testing on test animals. Data searches were carried out using electronic based tools, including Google Scholar and PubMed. The results obtained were 7 pieces of literature, in which there were several nanoemulsion formulas from several plants, namely argan oil, candlenut oil, a combination of candlenut oil and celery powder, tea leaf extract and kokan, cedrol isolate which showed better effectiveness in increasing hair growth. Penggunaan sediaan dari berbagai tanaman yang berkhasiat sebagai penumbuh rambut dapat dilakukan pengembangan teknologi seperti sediaan nanoemulsi yang memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan penetrasi dan aktivitasnya sehingga mampu menjangkau sampai akar rambut. Review ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan membandingkan formula nanoemulsi dari beberapa tanaman yang memiliki khasiat sebagai penumbuh rambut dengan pengujian in vivo terhadap hewan uji. Pencarian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan elektronik based antara lain Google Scholar dan PubMed. Hasil didapatkan 6 literatur, didalamnya terdapat beberapa formula nanoemulsi dari beberapa tanaman yaitu minyak argan, minyak kemiri, kombinasi minyak kemiri dan serbuk seledri, ekstrak daun teh dan mangkokan, isolat cedrol yang menunjukkan efektivitas lebih baik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rambut
PEMERIKSAAN TEKANAN DARAH DAN KADAR KOLESTEROL PADA MASYARAKAT DI KAMPUNG GUNUNG BANGO KELURAHAN CIPAWITRA KECAMATAN MANGKUBUMI KOTA TASIKMALAYA
Indonesia saat ini menghadapi beban ganda penyakit, yaitu penyakit menular dan penyakit tidak menular. Perubahan pola penyakit ini dipengaruhi oleh perubahan lingkungan, perilaku masyarakat, transisi demografi, teknologi, ekonomi, dan sosial budaya. Peningkatan beban akibat PTM sejalan dengan meningkatnya faktor risiko yang meliputi meningkatnya tekanan darah, gula darah, indeks massa tubuh atau obesitas, pola makan tidak sehat, kurang aktivitas fisik, dan merokok serta alkohol. Kegiatan ini bertujuan melihat gambaran kadar kolesterol dan tekanan darah pada masyarakat di kampung Gunung Bango Kelurahan Cipawitra Kecamatan Mangkubumi Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah acidental sampling yaitu sebanyak 35 responden dengan instrumen pemeriksaan manometer digital dan glucocheck. Diketahui bahwa mayoritas partisipan terkategori hiperkolesterol (83%) dan hipertensi stadium 2 (46%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka disarankan pembentukan Posbindu PTM agar masyarakat dilokasi kegiatan dapat secara teratur memeriksakan status kesehatannya seperti: tekanan darah dan kadar kolesterol ke tempat pelayanan kesehatan terdeka
IMPLEMENTASI PENYELENGGARAAN PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF BAGI ANAK iBERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS (ABK) DI SDN 6 DAUH PURI
Pendidikan inklusi adalah sistem layanan pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada semua anak untuk belajar bersama-sama di sekolah umum dengan memperhatikan keanekaragaman dan kebutuhan individual. Tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan inklusi bagi ABK di SDN 6 Dauh Puri dan hambatan dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusi tersebut. Laporan ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam memperoleh data, penulis melakukan observasi langsung ke lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yang terkait dan melakukan studi dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data sekunder. Selain itu, penulis menggunakan teknik wawancara langsung dan tidak langsung yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Pendidikan Inklusi di SDN 6 Dauh Puri secara keseluruhan belum efektif dan belum sesuai dengan standar pendidikan inklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Hambatan yang harus diatasi adalah ketersediaan tenaga pendidik khusus, kurikulum yang sesuai dengan pendidikan inklusi untuk ABK
Chorela Vulgaris : Isolasi, Karakterisasi dan Uji Anti Radikal Bebas Protein Bioaktif
Malnutrition is a nutritional imbalance that has a major impact on global health, especially in childrenunder five. Around 45% of under-five deaths worldwide are related to malnutrition, which can includestunting, wasting, underweight and micronutrient deficiencies. In 2018, approximately 148 millionchildren under five were stunted (21.9%) and 49 million were wasted (7.3%). To address these issues,dietary supplements containing vitamins, minerals, amino acids and proteins are often used. However,inappropriate consumption of supplements may pose health risks. Therefore, natural ingredients suchas microalgae are a safer alternative. Objective: This study aims to isolate bioactive proteins fromChlorella vulgaris and develop an effervescent powder preparation, with the hope that it can be a saferand more effective solution in overcoming malnutrition. Methods: The method used to check the proteinusing FTIR and UV-Vis spectrometer. Results: The results showed that the protein content containedin Chlorella vulgaris was 4.646 ppm, and Chlorella vulgaris could be used as an effervescent powderpreparation with the best formula in formula C
Formulasi Sediaan Granul Instan Ekstrak Etanol Akar Pepaya Gantung (Carica papaya L.) dan Aktivitasnya sebagai Diuretik pada Tikus Putih Jantan (Rattus Norvegicus)
Diuretics are substances or drugs that work directly on the urine excretion process to increase theexcretion of water and sodium chloride. One compound that has a diuretic effect is alkaloids.Introduction: The diuretic effect of Akar pepaya gantung has been proven in theoretical and practicalresearch. Objective: to determine whether Akar pepaya gantung can be made into granule powderpreparation, then testing the instant granule powder formula on rats. Method: the study was conductedwith 5 treatments. Three groups received different doses of the same suspension: 2.6 mg/200 g of ratbody weight for dose 1, 5.2 mg/200 g for dose 2, and 10.4 mg/200 g for dose 3. Oral administration ofthe instant granule powder formulation was performed on rats. Furosemide served as positive controland Na-CMC as negative control. The treatment was carried out for 6 hours calculated after theadministration of the preparation. Then the results of the total volume collected during the treatmentwere seen. The results of each treatment were recorded and can be analyzed using SPSS with OneWay Anova variants. Results : Akar pepaya gantung contain alkaloids that act as diuretics. The volumeof urine produced gets different results in each dose. In one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with avalue of p = 0.00 as well as linear regression test (LSD) showed that instant granule powder of hangingpapaya root extract has a diuretic effect. Interaksi Obat pada Pasien Geriatri di UPTD Puskesmas Mangkubumi Tasikmalaya
The geriatric population, comprising individuals aged 60 years and older, is rapidly increasing inIndonesia. This demographic shift presents challenges in prescribing medications, as elderly patientsoften require long-term treatment with multiple drugs, increasing the risk of drug interactions. This studyaimed to identify potential drug interactions in geriatric patients at UPTD Puskesmas Mangkubumi,Tasikmalaya, in 2022. A total of 120 geriatric patients were selected through purposive sampling. Druginteraction identification was conducted using the Drug Interaction Checker from Drugs.com, and theinteractions were categorized based on their severity: major, moderate, or minor. The results showedthat 78.18% of interactions were classified as mild, 20.00% as minor, and 1.82% as major. A significantfinding was the interaction between amlodipine and simvastatin, which increased the risk of myopathy.The study highlights the importance of monitoring drug interactions in geriatric patients to ensure safeand effective treatment
Pembuatan Film Kitosan - PVA Untuk Meningkatkan Penghantaran Zat Aktif Kurkumin
Curcumin is a bioactive compound with various pharmacological activities, but its use is limited due to its low solubility and stability. Objective: This study aims to design and characterize films containing chitosan and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) as a delivery system for curcumin. Methods: In this study, curcumin was added to the chitosan-PVA film matrix at concentrations of 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.3%. The resulting films were tested using FTIR, thickness measurement, in vitro curcumin release, and mechanical properties. Results: Analysis using FTIR indicated interactions among the film components. Thickness testing showed no significant differences among the formulations. In vitro tests indicated that formulation F1 had the best performance, with a curcumin release of 78.08% at pH 6.8 and 25.81% at pH 1.2. Formulation F1 also exhibited an elastic modulus of 0.88 MPa and a mechanical strength of 1.31 MPa
EDUKATIF PEMANFAATAN DAN PEMBUATAN TEH HERBAL BUNGA TELANG UNTUK IMUNITAS DI DESA GUNUNG SARI KECAMATAN CIKATOMAS KABUPATEN TASIKMALAYA
Herbal tea has become a popular beverage among the community due to its health benefits, primarily its antioxidant properties. Butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea L.) is known to enhance the immune system through its content of anthocyanins, flavonoids, and phenolic compounds, which act as antioxidants. This socialization program aims to provide education on how to make herbal tea from butterfly pea flower, ginger, lemongrass, and lemon, including proper methods for sourcing and processing the ingredients. The methods used include socialization sessions, hands- on practice, and evaluations through pretest and posttest questionnaires. The results, based on a T-test statistical analysis, showed a significant p-value of 0.000, indicating a substantial improvement in the average understanding of participants before and after the program. This demonstrates that education about the benefits of butterfly pea flower herbal tea as a health drink effectively enhances community knowledge in maintaining their immune system
PEMERIKSAAN MATA SEBAGAI UPAYA SKRINING KELAINAN REFRAKSI PADA SISWA SMKN 1 CIJULANG
Eye examinations as a refractive error screening effort are an essential preventive measure to detect vision problems early, which can significantly impact students\u27 learning activities. Refractive errors, such as myopia, hypermetropia, and astigmatism, are among the most common eye health issues affecting school-age children. If left undetected and untreated, these conditions can negatively affect their academic performance and quality of life. This activity aimed to identify refractive errors among students for timely intervention. The screening was conducted at SMKN 1 Cijulang, Pangandaran, on May 25, 2022, involving 118 students (236 eyes). The results revealed 142 emmetropic eyes (55.56%), 62 eyes with myopia (20.07%), 31 with astigmatism (16.14%), and 1 eye with hypermetropia (0.42%). Additionally, anisometropia was found in 6 students (5.08%), antimetropia in 1 student (0.85%), and amblyopia in 18 students (15.25%). These findings indicate that nearly half of the students examined had refractive errors, with myopia and astigmatism being the most common conditions. This highlights the importance of regular eye examinations in schools to raise students\u27 awareness of eye health and support optimal learning. Follow-up recommendations include providing corrective glasses for students in need and educating them on the importance of maintaining eye health. This program is expected to be implemented systematically in other schools
STRATEGI DIGITAL MARKETING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN ENGAGEMENT DAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN
Digital technology advancement has transformed how companies interact with customers, making digital marketing strategy a key element in building strong and sustainable relationships. This research analyses the relationship between digital marketing strategy and customer engagement and loyalty levels. Using a qualitative approach and survey methods, this study explores various effective elements in increasing customer engagement through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The results show that high engagement on social media contributes significantly to customer loyalty, with 70% of consumers more likely to recommend products from brands that actively interact online. These findings provide insights for marketing practitioners to formulate attractive and impactful long-term strategies and emphasize the importance of customer experience in improving retention
