PENGARUH KUALITAS AUDIT INTERNAL, KOMPETENSI, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL PEMERINTAH DI DINAS PENDIDIKAN PROVINSI JAMBI
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas audit internal, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah di dinas pendidikan provinsi jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 responden. Sampel di kumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji statistik membuktikan bahwa pengaruh kualitas audit internal, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah. Hasil uji statistik t membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian pemerintah. Sedangkan kualitas audit internal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah

Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia terhadap iklan, kegunaan, dan kepercayaan layanan Shopee Paylater memengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk menggunakan layanan tersebut. Landasan penelitian ini adalah semakin populernya layanan BNPL seperti Shopee Paylater, yang memudahkan transaksi daring tetapi juga menimbulkan kemungkinan bahaya finansial dan pengeluaran impulsif. Metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Menggunakan metode Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, 94 responden dipilih dari populasi mahasiswa hukum di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia. Survei daring yang dibuat menggunakan Google Forms digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Di antara teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji asumsi klasik (seperti normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t (parsial), uji-F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (R). Selain menyarankan cara untuk mempromosikan Shopee Paylater dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pengguna terhadap layanan keuangan digital, studi ini dapat memberikan gambaran tentang elemen yang dipertimbangkan siswa saat membuat pilihan pembelian
PENGARUH PERCEIVED RISK TERHADAP ONLINE PURCHASE BEHAVIOR PADA APLIKASI SHOPEE DI SURABAYA
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kaitan antara unsur dari purchase intention dan purchase behavior dalam memahami pengaruh elemen-elemen dari perceived risk (financial risk, product risk, security risk, time risk, social risk, psychological risk) terhadap online purchase behavior melalui online purchase intention di Shopee Indoneisa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah melalui pengukuran outter model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Financial Risk, Social Risk, Psychologic Risk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Online Purchase Intention. Kemudian diketahui bahwa Produk Risk, Security Risk, dan Time Risk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Online Purchase Intention. Eksistensi Dan Potensi Klenteng Sam Poo Kong Sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Religi
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the existence and potential of Sam Poo Kong Temple as a religious tourism attraction in Semarang City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. The results show that Sam Poo Kong Temple possesses historical value, unique architecture, and preserved religious traditions, making it an important attraction for both domestic and international tourists. The conclusion of this study is that Sam Poo Kong Temple not only functions as a place of worship but also holds great potential to be further developed as a religious tourism destination that can support local tourism growth and economic development.

Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa Dan Sarana Prasarana BK Terhadap Minat Layanan Bimbingan Konseling
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the influence of student perceptions and BK infrastructure on interest in guidance and counseling services at SMA Negeri 9 Lubuklinggau. The method used is quantitative with a population of 256 students and a sample of 38 students through simple random sampling techniques, analyzed using multiple linear regression, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the simultaneous test show that student perceptions and BK infrastructure have a significant effect on interest in BK services (sig. F = 0.001 < 0.05) with R² = 97.9%. Thus, both independent variables together provide a strong contribution to interest in guidance and counseling services. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between student perceptions and BK infrastructure on interest in guidance and counseling services at SMA Negeri 9 Lubuklinggau.

Isolasi Bakteri Asam Laktat dari Makanan Tradisional Pakasam Ikan Kapiek (Barbonymus schwanenfeldii) yang Berpotensi Sebagai Kandidat Agen Probiotik, Antibakteri dan Biopreservatif
Get PDFThis study aims to isolate Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) from traditional fermented food of kapiek fish (Barbonymus schwanenfeldii) from Pangkalan Serai Village, Kampar Kiri Hulu, Riau which has antibacterial activity and is a candidate for biopreservative agent. The methods used in this study were isolation, partial characterization, antibacterial activity test, and biopreservative test. The results showed that the initial isolation and characterization of pakasam obtained 2 isolates (isolate P1 and isolate P2) known as the genus Enterococcus spp. and 3 isolates (isolate P3, isolate P4 and isolate P5) from the genus Lactobacillus spp. Isolate P5 has the potential as a candidate for probiotic agent because it can grow at pH 3, extreme salt content, and has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. Isolate P5 has the potential as a candidate activity against Escherichia coli ATCC 35128 of 8.5 ± 0.8 mm and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213 of 6.6 ± 0.1 mm after the cell-free supernatant was heated for 15 minutes at 100ºC.

Ukuran dan Hubungan Panjang Berat Dua Spesies Ikan Senangin Hasil Tangkapan Nelayan Jaring Insang sebagai Bahan Ajar Ekologi Hewan
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the growth aspects of the fourfinger threadfin (Eleutheronema tetradactylum) caught in the waters of the Barumun River, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra. The research was conducted using a survey method, with fish samples collected from traditional fishermen in Telaga Suka Village using gill nets. The total length of the fish was measured using a ruler with an accuracy of 0.01 mm, and the weight was measured using a digital scale with an accuracy of 0.05 mg. Data analysis included size distribution based on Sturges’ rule and the length-weight relationship using a logarithmic approach. The results showed that the river-caught E. tetradactylum had a relatively even size class distribution ranging from 195–315 cm, while the bubble threadfin exhibited more varied sizes ranging from 138–168 cm. The length-weight relationship for both species indicated a negative allometric growth pattern, with b values of -3.9984 (river threadfin) and -5.5749 (bubble threadfin), indicating that length growth occurs faster than weight gain. In conclusion, E. tetradactylum in the Barumun River shows growth influenced by environmental factors, fishing gear, and anthropogenic activities. The species holds significant economic value for local communities, and thus its management should be directed toward sustainability.

Aspek Biologi Ikan Ilisha Megaloptera di Sungai Bilah Sebagai Bahan Kuliah Mata Kuliah Zeologi Vertebrata (Bertulang Sejati)
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the biological aspects of the kemprit fish (Ilisha megaloptera) found in the Bilah River. The method used was exploratory, with fish sampling points determined based on fishing areas used by local fishermen (purposive sampling). The fishing gear used to catch the fish was a trap net. The total length and weight of the captured fish were measured. The results showed that fish sizes were classified into size classes, namely: small (43–51 cm) with a frequency of 6 individuals; (52–64 cm) with a frequency of 24 individuals; (65–73 cm) with a frequency of 8 individuals; medium (74–82 cm) with a frequency of 4 individuals; (83–91 cm) with a frequency of 7 individuals; and large (92–100 cm) with a frequency of 1 individual. In conclusion, the biological aspects of Ilisha megaloptera in the Bilah River are still considered very good.

Integrasi SSI dan Metode Debat dalam Pembelajaran Biologi untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Reflektif Peserta Didik pada Topik Pencemaran Lingkungan
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effectiveness of integrating the Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) approach and debate method in biology learning to improve students\u27 reflective thinking skills on the topic of environmental pollution. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The research results were analyzed using N-Gain scores and an Independent Sample T-Test. The results showed a significant increase in students\u27 reflective thinking skills after implementing the integration of SSI and debate (t = –5.857; sig. = 0.000). In conclusion, the integration of the SSI approach and debate method has a positive impact on the development of students\u27 reflective thinking skills, especially on the topic of environmental pollution.

Minimasi Waste (Pemborosan) Pada Proses Produksi Pupuk Majemuk PT XYZ Menggunakan Pendekatan Lean Manufacturing
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara meminimasi waste (pemborosan) pada proses produksi pupuk majemuk yang terjadi di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode lean manufacturing. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metodologi dalam framework DMAIC yaitu tahap define dan measure. Pengolahan data menggunakan metodologi dalam framework DMAIC yaitu tahap analyze dengan tools RCA, FMEA, dan RPN. Kemudian, untuk tahap perbaikan menggunakan framework DMAIC yaitu tahap improve dengan alternatif perbaikan terbaik menggunakan konsep analytical hierarchy process (AHP).Hasil penelitian ini adalah akar penyebab dari permasalahan yang terbagi menjadi 3 jenis defect yaitu karung pupuk rusak (bocor), penggunaan bahan tidak sesuai perhitungan resep, dan pupuk menggumpal (caking). Penyebab kegagalan produk tersebut dikarenakan faktor man, machine, methode, maupun material. Perhitungan nilai RPN pada masing-masing defect dimana nilai RPN sebesar 224 menjadi nilai yang paling besar diantara nilai lain. Perbaikan dari permasalahan pada PT XYZ, menggunakan metode AHP dengan kriteria kendala dalam mesin memiliki nilai prioritas 0,53710 berdampak paling besar terhadap pemborosan yang terjadi pada PT XYZ
