    Analysis of the Influence of Human Resources Management Practices and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance with Employee Development as a Mediating Variable at PT XYZ In Jakarta

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resources Management Practices and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance with Employee Development as a mediating variable at PT XYZ in Jakarta. The method used is quantitative research with Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. Data were collected from 50 respondents who are permanent employees of the company. The results of the study indicate that Human Resources Management Practices do not have a significant effect on Employee Development, while Knowledge Management has a positive and significant effect on Employee Development. Furthermore, Human Resources Management Practices and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while Employee Development does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Mediation analysis shows that Employee Development is not able to be a significant mediating variable in the relationship between Human Resources Management Practices and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance. This finding indicates that human resource management practices and knowledge management have an important role in improving employee performance, but employee development does not always have a direct impact on improving performance. Therefore, companies need to optimize employee development strategies to be more effective in improving individual performance.   Keywords: Human Resources Management Practices, Knowledge Managemen

    Optimizing State-Owned Asset Management at the Sekupang Domestic Passenger Terminal Under Batam Port Authority in Riau Islands

    This study aims to analyze the management of BMN assets in 2022 and formulate a strategy for optimizing assets based on commercialization. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through semi-structured interviews. Data collection involved 11 (eleven) internal and external sources through purposive sampling, including the Director of Evaluation of BP Batam, Terminal General Manager, Head of UAKPB, and tenants. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, as well as integrating SWOT-TOWS analysis strengthened by triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the management of BMN assets in BUP Batam is still hampered by cultural factors, training, innovation incentives, as well as centralized bureaucracy and authority. The best strategy for optimizing the Sekupang Terminal is the S-O Strategy which relies on strategic location, modern infrastructure, and pro-business policies to encourage the commercialization of public assets. BP Batam is advised to implement a market demand-based strategy, such as tenant cooperation, retail zone development, and premium services. In addition, the government needs to establish a more flexible asset management policy to increase efficiency, attract private investment, and balance regulations with optimization of income and social benefits.     The Workload Indicator Staff Need (WISN) method is a resource management tool used to calculate workforce needs based on the workload for certain types of workers, especially in the health sector. This study aims to analyze health human resources in the Emergency Installation and Hemodialysis Room of dr. Darsono Hospital, Pacitan Regency in 2024. The research design used was to conduct direct observation of health workers and document review to obtain the amount of time spent on each activity pattern of implementing staff in the Emergency Installation and Hemodialysis Room of dr. Darsono Hospital. Observations used work sampling techniques. The population and sample in this study were 30 health workers who worked in the Emergency Installation and Hemodialysis Room. Data analysis in this study used WISN analysis. The results of the study show that in the Emergency Installation there is still a shortage of health workers of 12 people, while in the Hemodialysis Room there is a shortage of health workers of 34 people. This study can be concluded that there is an influence between available working time, health worker activities, workload standards, slack factors, and calculations of health workers in the Emergency Installation and Hemodialysis Room, so that the hospital that oversees both services is advised to make improvements in terms of the division of health worker tasks.   Keywords: WISN, Health Human Resources, Hospita

    Personal Cost and Fraud Seriousness Level to Whistleblowing Intention: the Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment

    The revelation of various fraudulent behaviors in the form of corruption cases is based on complaints from the public. There is a very significant difference in public complaint data between the channels at the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) and the channels at the Balikpapan City Government which can indicate that the level of public trust in the Balikpapan City Government can be said to be still low with regard to their whistleblowing follow-up. This study investigates whether personal cost, the level of seriousness of fraud and organizational commitment play a role in influencing the intention of whistleblowing in the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) related to supervision and internal control at the Regional Apparatus in Balikpapan with organizational commitment as mediation. Before the instrument is deployed, it is first proven that the measurement construct has good discriminant validity and reliability. Furthermore, the hypothesis was tested on 155 respondents representing 164 ASN related to internal supervision and control with a quantitative approach through observation, interviews, and surveys. The main findings of this study include: (1) personal cost does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment; (2) fraud seriousness level affects the organization\u27s commitment; (3) organizational commitment to encourage whistleblowing intentions; (4) personal cost does not have a significant effect on whisteblowing intention; (5) fraud seriousness level does not have a significant effect on the whistleblowing intention; (6) organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of personal cost on whistleblowing intentions; and (7) fraud seriousness level encourages whistleblowing intentions through mediation of organizational commitments. The empirical insights from this study highlight the need for managers to strengthen the organizational commitment of the HR they manage, which is critical to strengthening whistleblowing intent in order to guard organizations from fraudulent behavior. The use of moderation models, testing the power of the mediation effect, generalizations to other regions, inter-cultural comparative studies, the use of technology variables, longitudinal studies, organizational interventions, and in-depth qualitative studies, are recommended for future research on whistleblowing intentions.   Keywords : Personal Cost, Fraud Seriousness Level, Whistleblowing Intention, Quantitative Researc

    Garap Gendang Opok Kijing Ki Sarta Khas Karawang

    The purpose of this study is to reveal the function and position of the Sundanese opok kijing drum variety, which is claimed as one of the Sundanese drum varieties typical of Karawang Regency. This research method uses the Miles Huberman qualitative method and incorporates the theory of work from Rahayu Supanggah. The results of this study indicate that the opok kijing drum is indeed a Sundanese drum typical of Karawang Regency which is often used in Sundanese wayang golek art, or banjet masks as a complementary spice to the songs presented. The results of the creation of the opok kijing drum by Karawang artist Ki Sarta, are able to provide stimulus for Sundanese artists in West Java in terms of creativity, and can be applied to various types of traditional Sundanese musical accompaniment. The conclusion of the tepak gendang opok kijing/emprak kijing drum can be applied in various forms of contemporary art in today\u27s era, such as Sundanese wayang golek, banjet masks, and Sundanese dangdut pop music that combines the pencug jaipong pattern. This tepak has an important function in the rhythmic structure because it is able to present a distinctive nuance that adds enthusiasm to the nayaga, juru kawih, and the audience.     Saat ini pendidikan tidak hanya terfokus pada penguasaan materi teori saja, tetapi cenderung mengajarkan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja saat ini. Maka muncullah program pemerintah baru yang mendukung hal tersebut yaitu P5. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur keterlaksanaan program P5 di sekolah menengah dan mengetahui bagaimana karakter kewarganegaraan global siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara guru dan angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa. Data primer diperoleh dari guru MIPA beberapa sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh sekolah telah melaksanakan program P5 yang tidak hanya terlaksana tetapi juga terorganisasi dengan baik.     Strategi Pengkaderan Muhammadiyah dalam Mengembangkan Sumber Daya Manusia untuk Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Smart School

    This study aims to analyze the cadre system of Muhammadiyah in Karanganyar Regency, specifically in fulfilling the human resource (HR) needs for the management of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Smart School Jaten. The research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), participatory observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the cadre system in Karanganyar has produced cadres who align with Muhammadiyah\u27s ideology; however, there are challenges related to the low participation of cadres and misalignment of understanding between the administrators and other related parties. The evaluation of the cadre system reveals the need for reforms in communication and more in-depth training regarding the responsibilities of the cadres. The cadre training program focuses on developing technical and managerial competencies relevant to the needs of primary education at MIM Smart School Jaten.     Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar dan Tanggung Jawab Siswa SD N Transad

    This study aims to develop a Problem Based Learning (PBL)-based Civic Education learning module that can improve students’ learning motivation and responsibility at SD Negeri Transad. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The research subjects were fifth-grade students of SD Negeri Transad, with data collection instruments including expert validation questionnaires, learning motivation questionnaires, and student responsibility observations. The results showed that the PBL-based module developed was categorized as “highly feasible” based on assessments from material experts and media experts. Field trials also indicated that the use of the module could significantly enhance students’ learning motivation and foster a sense of responsibility in the learning process.     Membentuk Generasi Tangguh: Sinergi P5 dan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dalam Membangun Disiplin Siswa Sekolah Dasar

    This study aims to analyze the relationship between character education programs—namely the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) and the Strengthening of Character Education (PPK)—and the disciplinary behavior of elementary school students in the Cikole District. The method used was a correlational quantitative approach with a population consisting of sixth-grade students and classroom teachers in the Cikole District. The sample included 266 students and 117 teachers selected using random sampling techniques. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that: 1) there is a relationship between P5 and students\u27 disciplinary behavior with a significance value of 0.016 and a correlation strength of 0.223 (indicating a weak relationship); 2) there is a relationship between Strengthening of Character Education and students\u27 disciplinary behavior with a significance value of 0.013 and a correlation strength of 0.229 (indicating a weak relationship); and 3) there is a relationship between P5 and Strengthening of Character Education combined with students\u27 disciplinary behavior, with a significance value of 0.029 and a correlation strength of 0.246 (indicating a weak relationship). In conclusion, there is a significant yet weak relationship between P5 and Strengthening of Character Education and the disciplinary behavior of elementary school students.   Keywords: Character education, Disciplinary behavior, P

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PJBL) terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa

    The research conducted aims to determine the influence of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model on critical thinking skills in trigonometry material for class X SMAN 12 Sports Talent Bengkulu. The type of research carried out is quasi-experimental research with data collection techniques using pre-test and post-test on critical thinking skills in mathematics learning. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAN12 Sports Talent Bengkulu for the 2024/2025 Academic Year, totaling 50 people. The results obtained were tested statistically using the Wilcoxon and Mann Witney tests, it was found that there was a significant difference between the mathematics learning outcomes in the pretest and posttest results of the development of relevant critical thinking skills between before and after being influenced by the application of the model. Conclusion, there is an influence of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model on students\u27 critical thinking skills in trigonometry material for class X SMAN 12 Sports Talent Bengkulu.   Keywords: Project Based Learning (Pjbl) Learning Model, Students\u27 Critica
