Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Koperative Learning Tipe Group Investigasi dalam Pemebelajaran Senam Lantai pada Mahamahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani
Get PDFThis study aims to apply the Group Investigation (GI) type cooperative learning model in floor gymnastics learning for Physical Education students at Veteran Bangun Nusantara University. This study uses the Study Program Action Research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive. This analysis technique is carried out because the data collected is descriptive descriptions of the development of forward-roll learning outcomes. The study results showed that students who completed were initially only 25% or six students in cycle 1 in the forward roll learning material, becoming 58.33% or 14 students who completed it. And at the end of cycle II, students who completed it became 91.66% or 22 students. The conclusion is that learning through the Group Investigation (GI) cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of forward rolls in Physical Education Study Program students at Veteran Bangun Nusantara University, Sukoharjo, in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi dan Self Efficacy terhadap Karir Guru Penggerak Kabupaten Toba dengan Budaya Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan Cabdis Pendidikan Wilayah VIII Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Toba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Penggerak angkatan 4 di Kabupaten Toba yang berjumlah 49 Guru Penggerak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 49 Guru Penggerak. Hasil penelitian dengan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Karir Guru Penggerak, Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Karir Guru Penggerak, serta Budaya Organisasi sebagai variabel intervening memperkuat hubungan antara Kompetensi dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Karir Guru Penggerak
EFFECTIVENESS OF CROSS-SECTORAL CERTIFICATE REGISTRATION SERVICES AT THE NATIONAL LAND AGENCY (BPN) OF TASIKMALAYA REGENCY
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the influence of public policy and organizational communication on employee work effectiveness in the implementation of the Cross-Sector Land Certificate Registration Program in Tasikmalaya Regency. The approach used is a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees of the ATR/BPN, the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries (DPKPP), and village officials involved in the program. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that public policy and organizational communication have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on employee work effectiveness. Clear and structured policies and effective internal communication can accelerate the service process, strengthen coordination, and minimize miscommunication between implementing agencies. These findings confirm that the synergy between adaptively designed policies and a targeted organizational communication system is a key factor in improving the quality of public services in the land sector. This study also provides managerial implications that public sector management needs to strengthen cross-sector coordination and communication strategies to achieve efficient, accountable, and sustainable services
RESTRAINING TURNOVER RATE: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT IN EMPLOYEE DUAL ROLE CONFLICT(A STUDY OF EMPLOYEES AT PT TERMINAL PETIKEMAS, SURABAYA)
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable among employees of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory type, using survey methods and path analysis. The sample consisted of 80 permanent employees who are married, with the criteria of minimum work experience of one year. The results of the study indicate that Work-Family Conflict has a significant negative effect on Organizational Commitment, and a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Conversely, Organizational Commitment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention. The mediation test using the Sobel Test shows that Organizational Commitment significantly mediates the effect of Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention. Employees who experience role conflict pressure tend to have high turnover intentions, but this can be suppressed by a strong organizational commitment. These findings confirm that strengthening Organizational Commitment is a key strategy in managing the dynamics of role conflict and maintaining workforce stability and retention in the organization
MENGEKSPLORASI INTERAKSI MANAJEMEN RISIKO DAN AUDIT INTERNAL BERBASIS RISIKO
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Risk-Based Internal Audit (RBIA) dalam mendukung implementasi manajemen risiko. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan literature review, penelitian ini menganalisis 20 artikel dari tahun 2014 hingga 2024 untuk memahami bagaimana RBIA meningkatkan pengelolaan risiko dalam organisasi. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa RBIA efektif dalam memprioritaskan area berisiko tinggi dan meningkatkan integrasi antara audit internal dan manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dengan menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan auditor dan teknologi untuk keberhasilan implementasi RBIA. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya organisasi berinvestasi dalam kapasitas auditor dan infrastruktur teknologi, serta membuka peluang penelitian lebih lanjut terkait penerapan teknologi canggih dalam RBIA

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang melalui citra pada konsumen teh dalam kemasan siap minum merek Teh Pucuk Harum di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penurunan indeks Top Brand Index pada merek Teh Pucuk Harum selama tiga tahun terakhir, yang mengindikasikan potensi penurunan minat beli ulang konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 120 responden yang berdomisili di Kota Bandung dengan kriteria konsumen yang telah mengonsumsi Teh Pucuk Harum lebih dari satu kali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi regresi berganda dan uji Sobel untuk menguji pengaruh mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, serta citra merek terbukti memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas produk sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat citra merek dan mendorong minat beli ulang konsumen

Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan snowball sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner secara online dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa (1) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement, (2) kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement, (3) customer engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (4) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh customer engagement, dan (5) kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh customer engagement

THE ROLE OF ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, GOVERNANCE AND FIRM SIZE IN ENHANCING FIRM VALUE
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions, as well as firm size, on firm value as measured by Tobin’s Q ratio. ESG has become an increasingly central focus in modern business practices in response to sustainability demands and stakeholder expectations, although previous empirical findings have shown inconsistent effects of ESG and firm size on firm value. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from 69 companies in the mining, food, and beverage sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2023–2024. ESG scores were obtained from the Katadata ESG Index, while financial data were sourced from companies’ annual reports. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that the Governance variable has a positive effect on firm value at a 10% significance level, and Firm Size has a significant positive effect at a 5% significance level, whereas the Environmental and Social variables do not show significant effects. These findings indicate that good corporate governance and larger firm scale are important factors influencing market perceptions of firm value
IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMMUNITY WASTE MANAGEMENT EDUCATION PROGRAMME TO IMPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS IN KEBAKKRAMAT DISTRICT

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a community-based waste management education program implemented in Kebakkramat District. The primary objective is to enhance environmental awareness among residents, thereby fostering responsible waste management practices. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to assess community engagement and knowledge retention. Data collected from 200 households indicated a 40% increase in awareness about waste segregation and recycling practices post-implementation. Additionally, qualitative feedback highlighted a shift in community attitudes towards waste management as a shared responsibility. The findings suggest that community involvement is crucial for the success of environmental initiatives. This research contributes to the growing body of evidence supporting education as a vital tool for enhancing environmental awareness and promoting sustainable practices at the community level
