Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Ulasan Customer Online terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang pada Produk Viva Cosmetic di Aplikasi Shopee (Studi Pada Konsumen Viva Cosmetic di Kota Malang)
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and online customer reviews on repurchase intention of Viva cosmetic products in Malang City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were consumers who live in Malang City, have a Shopee account, and have purchased and used Viva cosmetic products at least twice. The research sample consisted of 73 people determined using Calculator.net. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results showed that all variable indicators had a loading factor value > 0.5, so they could be declared valid. The validity test using Average Variance Extracted (AVE) showed a value of more than 0.50 for all variables, with the highest value in the online customer review variable (0.717). Reliability tests with Composite Reliability and Cronbach\u27s Alpha showed that all variables had values above 0.7, indicating high reliability. The R Square analysis showed that the brand image and online customer reviews variables influenced repurchase intention by 69%. The path coefficient results show that brand image has a significant effect on repurchase intention with a T-statistic value of 7.206 (>1.96) and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Online customer reviews also have a significant effect on repurchase intention with a T-statistic value of 2.096 (>1.96) and a p-value of 0.037 (<0.05). In conclusion, brand image and online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention of Viva cosmetic products. The better the brand image in the eyes of consumers and the more positive the reviews received, the higher the likelihood of consumers to make repeat purchases.

Slow Learners’ Difficulties in Learning Basic English Literacy and Numeracy at SMP L Sidoharjo
Full text linkThis research was obtained to investigate slow learners’ difficulties in learning Basic English literacy and numeracy at SMP N L Sidoharjo Musi Rawas Distric. Mix method was be applied in conducting this research in order to answer two research questions about the slow learners’ difficulties and the factors of difficulties in learning Basic English literacy and numeracy. In collecting data, the researchers used diagnostic test and interview. Twenty seventh grader slow learners’ took part as the subject of the research. And data from test were analyzed quantitatively, while data from interview were analyzed qualitatively by using model analysis of Miles and Huberman: data collection, condensation, data display and drawing and verifying conclusion. After analyzing data, it was found that slow learners at SMP L Sidoharjo face difficulties in Basic English Literacy and Numeracy. In literacy, they have problem in reading, especially in getting specific information from the text. Then, they also faced difficulties in arranging words into simple sentences and arranging simple sentences into a good paragraph. While in numeracy, they were difficult in comprehending data in the form of table, graph or chart. Calculating how much they have paid (price) and writing number into words became other difficulties for them. These difficulties were caused by several factors that come from internal and external factors. Their cognitive intelligence and their attitude in learning English were factors from themselves. In addition, their parents’ careless relating to their study, limitation of learning facilities and their parents’ educational background were affected to their success in learning. Furthermore, the quantity of using learning media and unvaried teaching techniques used by the English teacher affected to their interest and enthusiastic in learning English. These all became the factors of their difficulties in learning Basic English Literacy and Numeracy.

Strengthening Students’ English Reading Skills and Motivation Through Flipped Classroom Strategy Using Whatsapp (WA) as a Learning Media
Full text linkThis study employs a quasi-experimental design to explore the effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom strategy in enhancing students\u27 reading skills and motivation using the WhatsApp platform. The quasi-experimental technique measures the measurement results before and after treatment. In addition, this study also seeks a correlation between reading skills and reading motivation. The research participants were seventh graders of a Junior High School in Tana Tidung who were randomly selected into experimental and control classes. The instruments used in this study were a pre-post reading skills test and a pre-post reading motivation questionnaire on two dimensions, namely intrinsic and extrinsic. Both instruments have been tested for validity and reliability before being used in the study. The results showed that the significant value (2 tailed) or (P) of the post-class reading comprehension test obtained by the experimental and control classes was 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05. It is confirmed that there is a significant difference and the quality of the experimental class\u27 results in reading comprehension, which is higher than the control class. Thus, the Flipped Classroom strategy has an impact on improving reading skills. All significant values (2 tailed) or (P) of the post-reading motivation questionnaire in both dimensions obtained by the experimental and control classes also showed significant difference as they reached 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05. In addition, the quality of the experimental class\u27 reading motivation results were higher than the control class. Thus, the Flipped Classroom strategy has a good impact on increasing reading motivation. Meanwhile, the significance values of the Pearson correlation of the post-reading skill test and the post-reading motivation questionnaire in both dimensions obtained by the experimental class are 0.882, 0.629, and 0.522. The control class obtained 0.286, 0.151, and 0.069. These values are more than 0.05. Thus, this shows that students\u27 reading skills are not correlated with reading motivation in the control class. So, it can be concluded that the Flipped Classroom strategy is very appropriate for improving reading skills and reading motivation using WhatsApp platform, but there is no relationship between reading skills and reading motivation.

Manfaat Technology Mobile Health terhadap Peningkatan Penggunaan Kondom pada ODHA
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of m-Health technology intervention on increasing condom use in ODHA. The research method uses a systematic review approach through several databases, namely Pumed, Proquest, Science Direct, Sage Journals and Taylor and Francis. The process of analyzing articles uses the PRISMA method. The results of the study show that the benefits of using m-Health technology can increase the use of condoms where the use of technology such as smartphone applications, telemedicine, text messages, as interactive and counseling tools so that patients can receive the reminders, education, and support needed to improve their quality of life. In conclusion, the use of m-Health technology provides real benefits and implications for ODHA to increase the use of condoms as one of the efforts to reduce the rate of HIV/AIDS spread.

This study uses a literature review method by searching for journal articles published between 2020 and 2024 through electronic databases such as "Google Scholar," "PubMed," and "Springer," with the keywords "workload AND work stress AND patient safety." The results of a literature review of 10 journals found that workload and work stress significantly affect patient safety. In conclusion, proper workload management is critical to create an environment that supports patient safety.

Kombinasi Intradialytic Exercise dan Terapi Musik Instrumental terhadap Penurunan Insomnia pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of a combination of intradialytic exercise and instrumental music therapy on reducing insomnia in patients with chronic renal failure. The method used was a pre-post quasi-experiment with an intervention group and a control group. The results showed that in the intervention group there was a difference in the pre and post insomnia index with a t value = 10.676 and a p value = 0.001. In the control group, there was no difference in the pre and post insomnia index with a t value = 0.900 and p = 0.381. There was a significant effect in the intervention group compared to the control group with a t value = 10.676 and a p value of 0.001 <0.05. In conclusion, there is an effect of a combination of intradialytic exercise and instrumental music therapy on reducing insomnia in patients with chronic renal failure.

Supervisi Klinis Keperawatan Model Proctor terhadap Implementasi Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the effect of proctor model nursing clinical supervision on implementing nursing care documentation at Cibinong Regional General Hospital. The method used was a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that 76.7% of nurses recorded complete documentation before the intervention. After the intervention, 88.3% of nurses recorded complete documentation. Before the intervention, 23.3% of nurses recorded incomplete documentation. After the intervention, 11.7% of nurses recorded incomplete documentation. The percentage of incomplete documentation decreased from 23.3% to 11.7%. The Wilcoxon test results stated a significant effect between proctor model clinical supervision and the implementation of nursing care documentation (p-value = 0.0001). In conclusion, the proctor model of clinical supervision can improve nurse compliance in documenting nursing care more optimally.

The focus of the research being studied is the Benteng Noodle Factory in the city of Sukabumi. Tuuan from this research is to find out how Supply Chain Management is in the Benteng Noodle factory. Research method used is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interview observation as well as documentation and data analysis techniques starting from data processing to interpretation or conclusions. The results of this research say that the implementation of the Supply Chain Management system or supply chain used at the Mie Benteng factory is optimal enough to produce satisfaction. Consumer.

Value Inovasi Pelayanan Dukcapil melalui Aplikasi Slawe
Full text linkThis study aims to describe the public value of the Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil) innovation through the Slawe application in Bengkulu City. Slawe is an innovation in population services, such as ID cards (KTP), family cards (KK), birth certificates, etc. This innovation represents an effort to improve public services undertaken by the Bengkulu City Government to expedite emergency response in Bengkulu City. This study utilizes Mark Moore\u27s theory of public value. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Informants were selected through purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results indicate that the population service, in the form of the Slawe application, aligns with the strategic triangle of public value: legitimacy and support, operational capability, and substantive value. In conclusion, the application\u27s implementation has been supported by strong legitimacy in the form of regulations regarding application use, specifically mayoral rules, and positive public trust. Adequate human resources, technology, and financial resources support operational capability. This service\u27s substantial value is helpful in emergency management and has economic, socio-cultural, political, educational, and ecological value.

Coherence and Cohesion: An Analysis of Descriptive Paragraph Written by the Eleventh-Grade Students of SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja Academic Year 2024/2025
Full text linkThis study aims to examine the aspects of cohesion and coherence in paragraphs written by 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja. These two elements are important for presenting information clearly and in an organized way. This research uses a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The sample was chosen using cluster random sampling with a lottery system, and elevent-grade B was selected. Students\u27 writing was analyzed using both approaches to assess their ability to organize ideas effectively. The results show that students can write coherent descriptive paragraphs and use cohesive devices correctly to connect ideas smoothly. However, some students still struggle to maintain consistency and logical flow in their writing. These findings highlight the need for teachers to emphasize the importance of cohesion and coherence in writing. By understanding and applying these concepts correctly, students can produce well-structured and effective texts. Therefore, writing instruction that focuses on these aspects is expected to improve the overall quality of students’ work.
