KLIENTŲ PASITENKINIMAS LIETUVOJE VEIKIANČIŲ KOMERCINIŲ BANKŲ PASLAUGOMIS
Get PDFStraipsnyje analizuojama komercinių bankų veikla, aptariamos jų bankų rūšys, apžvelgiamos operacijos ir funkcijos. Pateikiama Lietuvos komercinių bankų klientų nuomonės tyrimo metodika, formuluojama tyrimo problema, tikslai, aprašomas tyrimo metodas, pagrindžiamas jo pasirinkimas, atliekamas tyrimas, leidžiantis įvertinti Lietuvos komercinių bankų klientų poreikių patenkinimą bei nustatyti veiksnius, kurie daro didžiausią įtaką komercinio banko pasirinkimui. Vertinama, kaip per dešimtmetį pasikeitė Lietuvos komercinių bankų klientų poreikių tenkinimas, veiksniai, darantys didžiausią įtaką banko pasirinkimui. Kintant ekonominei aplinkai, kinta ir vartotojų teikiamos pirmenybės bei poreikiai. Remiantis šiais pokyčiais vertėjo ištirti Lietuvos komercinių bankų klientų elgseną renkantis vieną ar kitą komercinį banką jų poreikiams tenkinti. Atliktas tyrimas gali būti naudingas Lietuvos komerciniams bankams sprendžiant problemą, kokius esminius kriterijus jie turi išryškinti bei ką turi tobulinti siekiant klientų patenkinimo ir lojalumo.PAGRINDINIAI ŽODŽIAI: komercinis bankas, klientas, poreikiai, pasirinkimas

Atkreiptas dėmesys (gal kas nepastebėjo?), jog 2016 m. iš studijų krypčių sąrašo buvo pašalinta Etnologijos kryptis, nors etnologijos disciplinos ir toliau dėstomos vienuolikoje Lietuvos aukštųjų mokyklų, o etnologijos doktorantūros studijas sutartinai įgyvendina keli universitetai

Get PDFThe author of the article deals with the nature of Ukrainian marriage ceremony and content of its main components. Regional differences of historical Uman wedding was investigated and revealed its educational potential. It was noted that Uman wedding with its songs accompaniment included a layering of many ages, the echoes of old ideas and beliefs, heathen symbols. The author proved that wedding had in its meaning high moral and ethical ideals of the people that included experience of many generations. NACIONALINĖS STUDENTŲ KONFERENCIJOS GRĮŽTAMOJO RYŠIO ANALIZĖ IR TĘSTINUMO BEI REGIONINIO AKADEMINIO BENDRADARBIAVIMO ĮŽVALGOS
Get PDFVykstanti aukštojo mokslo reforma skatina įsiklausyti į studentų, švietimo vartotojų bei būsimų šalies gerovės kūrėjų nuomonę, derinant ją su šiuolaikinės visuomenės prioritetais. Tyrimo tikslas – ištirti kasmetinės respublikinės mokslinės-praktinės studentų konferencijos „Verslas, technologija, biomedicina: inovacijų įžvalgos 2017“ grįžtamąjį ryšį ir pateikti tęstinumo bei regioninio tarpinstitucinio bendradarbiavimo įžvalgų. Literatūros analizė atlikta vadybos, dalykinės komunikacijos, tinklaveikos, filosofiniais bei psichologiniais lygmenimis. Apžvelgtas konferencijos organizavimo darbo laukas. Konferencijoje atlikta anketinė apklausa, kurioje 80 studentų (imties paklaida – 5 proc., patikimumo lygmuo – 95 proc.) iš septynių nacionalinių aukštųjų mokyklų atsakė į atvirojo tipo anketos klausimus. PATTERN OR RANDOM? CONTEXTUALISING ESTONIAN BRONZE AGE BRONZE STRAY FINDS ON THE LANDSCAPE
Get PDFThe vast majority of Estonian Bronze Age (1800–500 cal BC) large metal items (axes, spearheads, sickles) are single stray finds. In contrast, bronzes from settlements are mostly associated with on-site metal casting (casting waste and broken objects), and burial sites have yielded objects of a personal nature, e.g. tweezers, razors, and clothing-related items such as buttons. Some of the stray finds have been linked to possible settlement sites. Deposition in bodies of water has been suggested as an explanation for a couple of items. Although deemed to have been precious prestige items, the reasons for their seemingly contextless find situation have until now not been systematically explored. This study addresses the character of the find locations. To infer the original deposition environment, archive material and topographical and geological data were combined. The results indicate site-specific patterns in the distribution of artefacts, with a preference for wet contexts (especially rivers). This is particularly well illustrated by two regions with bronze items from both the Early and the Late Bronze Age: Kumna in northwest Estonia, and Reiu in southwest Estonia. The patterns noted suggest intentional human activities, possibly related to the phenomenon of depositing bronzes on the landscape, as is identified in other parts of Europe.Key words: stray bronze finds, Bronze Age, landscape, depositional customs, single depositions, multiple depositions, Estonia.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.15181/ab.v24i0.156

DIFFICULTIES CONCERNING PUBLIC SECTOR EFFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
Get PDFThe ability to measure public sector performance is a necessity for policymakers as well as academics and citizens of a country. This article aims to identify ways of measuring public sector performance using the measurement applicable to all countries and outlining opportunities for comparability among them. Thus, the authors highlight opportunities for performance measurement and public sector efficiency using various methods of non-parametric and parametric analysis. The starting point of the analysis considers the concept of performance, encompasses the proposed terms of productivity, efficiency and effectiveness; therefore, the measurement of public sector performance requires an exhaustive analysis in multidimensional terms, covering all core areas of a country. Moreover, understanding and developing robust international comparison possibilities will give in practice a structural framework for measuring the performance of particular relevance. Study findings indicate that performance measurement and implicitly public sector efficiency is a complex and difficult task that goes beyond simply measuring of productivity and efficiency, and requires aggregation of several key areas related to the results of a state. In summary, the analysis framework of the performance and efficiency of public sector is outlined both in terms of relevance of indicators and the methodology used. It demonstrates that methods of non-parametric analysis work at their best when all aspects of the production process can be captured in a limited number of input and output dimensions.KEYWORDS: performance, efficiency, public sector, non-parametric methods, parametric methods
Development of liquefied natural gas facilities in the Baltic Sea ports: a Geographical Perspective
Get PDFThis paper presents an overview of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities development in the Baltic Sea. The value of the paper lies in its seek to demonstrate how the process of interaction between the shipping and energy networks unfolds through infrastructural developments of ports. The analysis is based on mapping, cartographic and spatial contextual methods. The mapping of gas supply networks, LNG facilities and traffic patterns establish the originality of this research. It shows that factors motivating the development of LNG terminals in the Baltic ports come from areas of energy and maritime policy. ANALYSIS OF THE HUNGARIAN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT CONSULTING MARKET
Get PDFMany Hungarian small and medium enterprises are facing problems using management methodologies. Strategic management consulting is a common type of business consulting and is one of the most important in the field. The article analyses two previous Hungarian surveys with the aim of better understanding the market. Two surveys are compared with each other and the size of the Hungarian strategic consulting market is calculated based on secondary data. Trends and problems in the industry are also described briefly.
