    Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Perilaku Individu Tentang Makanan Beraneka Ragam sebagai Salah Satu Indikator Keluarga Sadar Gizi (KADARZI)

    AbstractCurrently, Indonesia has multiple nutritional problems. Malnutrition still high, but on the other hand, obesity occurs and the prevalence of degenerative diseases increased. One of the government’s efforts to overcome the nutritional problem is with the declaration of nutrition conscious family program (Kadarzi). The purpose of this research was to gain an overview of family knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of Dietary Diversity as Nutrition-Aware Family as one of Conscious Family Program (Kadarzi). Methods: The study anlyzed Kadarzi data from 2009 to 2011. The sample size was 4289 households and 9231 individuals spread across 6 provinces in Indonesia. Data collection includes knowledge, attitudes and behavior of various aspects Kadarzi indicators. Data processing was performed by descriptive analysis. The results showed knowledge about the benefits of staple foods in the adult group, teen, school children and the elderly ranged between 41-53.1%. More than 75% of respondents agree to consume animal source foods, vegetables and fruit. However, the behavior of a variety of food consumed each day is generally still low at under 20% based on age category or based on the province level. In the province of Jabar, Kaltim and Sulsel, namely the province with diverse food consumption behavior than average all 6 provinces there are nutritional problems, increasing prevalence of non-communicable diseases and the prevalence of stunting based on data Riskesdas 2007, 2010 and 2013.Keywords : knowledge, attitudes, behaviorsAbstrakSaat ini, Indonesia mengalami masalah triple burden. Di satu sisi masih mengalami masalah kekurangan gizi yaitu wasting, underweight, dan stunting namun di sisi lain terjadi overweight dan peningkatan prevalensi penyakit tidak menular. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mengatasi masalah gizi tersebut adalah dengan dicanangkannya program keluarga sadar gizi (KADARZI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku (PSP) keluarga tentang konsumsi makanan beraneka ragam yang merupakan salah satu indikator KADARZI. Metode: menganalisis data studi KADARZI tahun 2009 – 2011. Sampel adalah 4289 rumah tangga dan 9231 individu yang tersebar di 6 provinsi di Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku berbagai aspek indikator KADARZI. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengetahuan tentang manfaat makanan pokok pada semua kelompok usia lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pengetahuan tentang kelompok makanan lainnya yaitu berkisar antara 41% – 53,1%. Diatas 75% responden menyatakan sikap setuju untuk mengkonsumsi lauk hewani, nabati, sayuran, buah. Namun demikian perilaku mengkonsumsi makanan beragam setiap hari pada umumnya masih rendah yaitu dibawah 20% berdasarkan kelompok usia maupun berdasarkan provinsi. Di Provinsi Jabar, Kaltim dan Sulsel, yaitu provinsi dengan perilaku konsumsi makanan beragam diatas rata–rata ke-6 provinsi masih terdapat masalah gizi, yaitu meningkatnya prevalensi penyakit tidak menular dan prevalensi stunting berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2007, 2010 dan 2013.Kata kunci : pengetahuan, sikap, perilak

    KEPADATAN POPULASI DAN PREFERENSI HABITAT Anopheles ludlowae DI BERBAGAI EKOSISTEM DI SULAWESI TENGAH

    Anopheles ludlowae is specifically known as malaria vector found in Sulawesi. The aim of study was to investigate population and breeding place of An. ludlowae in several ecosystems of Central Sulawesi. The study was conducted in Malino, Tanah Mpulu, and Lalombi villages, South Banawa sub district, Donggal district, Central Sulawesi province. There were six observed ecosystems i.e. settlements where were close and distant from a jungle area, settlements where were close and distant from non-jungle area, and settlements where were close and distant from a coastal area. Mosquitoes were caught using a man landing, animal bite trap, sweep net and light trap methods. All traps were set up at 6 p.m. and collected at 6 a.m. Trapped mosquitoes were identified based on key of morphological characteristic identification. Surveillance of mosquitoes larvae was carried out at some potential places of breeding sites i.e. holes around a river, wetland lagoon and other sites. The result demonstrated that An. ludlowae tended to suck blood of livestock and human. The highest population was MHD 4.42 head/person/hour found at settlements where were far from non-jungles. The holes around a river were the breeding place preference of An. ludlowae.

    Risiko Menderita Pneumonia bilaTinggal di Sekitar Kilang Minyak di Dumai, Riau

    AbstractIn Indonesia the incidence number of death among children caused by pneumonia is six million, in 2006. There are three risk factors involing pneumonia incidence, i,e: individual characteristics, behaviour and in-house environment. The aim of the study was to determine the impact of Oil Refinery environment towards the incidence of pneumonia among the community. The design of the study mainly on yhe Oil Refinery environment in 2012 was cross sectional, as recomemended by US-ATSDR. The analytical statistics was bivariate with chi-square test. as much as 2,400 respondents out of 600 households were selected by simple random sampling, those were people lived in the community at leat 5 year, and betwen 5-55 year of age. results of the study showed the response rate was 63.5%, the predominat propotion of the individual characteristics was not pregnant (96.3 %), the predominant behaviour was non alcoholic (98.4%), and the environmental characteristics was populatio density of >8 m2/ individue. The risk of individue suffering from pneumonia based on the characteristics parameters, such as sex, marital status and main ocupatioan were almost similar. The other parameters such as age, pregnancy condition and length of stay showed different number of patients, i,e at the age of 0-5 yoa, 28.29% and over 5 yoa (71,2%) while length af stay more than 5 year (81,3%). Living rooms of the Dumai community adequate enough and not causing pneumonia among the households, individual characteristics and behaviour needs attention, through socialisation the importance of healthy living.Keywords: risk factors, environmental media, pneumoniaAbstrakBadan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) melaporkan pada tahun 2006 di Indonesia terjadi sebanyak 6 juta kasus pneumonia. Ada 3 faktor risiko terjadinya pneumonia, seperti: karakteristik individu, perilaku dan lingkungan dirumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan dampak dari kilang minyak terhadap kejadian pneumonia di masyarakat. Desain studi terutama pada lingkungan kilang minyak di 2012 adalah cross sectional, seperti yang direkomendasikan oleh US-ATSDR. Statistik analitis adalah bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Sebanyak 2.400 responden dari 600 rumah tangga di pilih dengan simple random sampling, mereka adlah orang-orang tinggal di komunitas minimal 5 tahun, dan antara 5-55 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat respon rate sebesar 63,5%. proporsi tertinggi karakteristik individu adalah tidak hamil (96,3%), perilaku karakteristik status alkohol tertinggi adalah non-premium (98,4%), dan karakteristik lingkungan rumah tertinggi adalah kepadatan perumahan >8 m2/ orang. persentase risiko responden yang menderita pneumonia berdasarkan karakteristik individu seperti usia anggota rumah tangga, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, pekerjaan utama dari anggota rumah tangga, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, pekerjaan utama dari anggota keluarga > 15 tahun, seorang wanita hamil (WUS) dan lama tinggal adalah: usia 0-5 tahun sebesar 28,29% dan lebih dari 5 tahun 71,2%; wanita hamil sebesar 3,7%; sedangkan lama tinggal lebih dari 5 tahun sebesar 81,3%. Kebersihan ruang keluarga masyarakat Dumai memenuhi syarat tidak berisiko menderita pneumonia.     AbstractSchistosomiasis is still a health problem in endemic areas of Napu, Poso, Central Sulawesi. Snail Oncomelania hupensis lindoensis, the intermediate host of schistosomiasis is widespread in the region of Napu. The snail control is done by mechanical, chemical, and biological agents. using molluscicide and also by biological agent. One of biological agent that used for snail control is duck. The effectiveness of ducks release as a biological control for schistosomiasis has not been proven. This research aimed to determine the effectivity of duck for snail control. This research was conducted from March to December 2015 in three villages. Mekarsari Village, Maholo Village and Watumaeta village. The result based on statistic analysis showed that duck was effective only in Mekarsari village, not in Watumaeta and Maholo Villages. There was no significant difference between snail population in intervention area and non intervention area. From the result can be concluded that using duck release to control snails was only effective in spesific type of focci that was not full of grass and has no stone substrate, such as in Mekarsari village.Keywords : Schistosomiasis, duck, Oncomelania hupensis lindoensis snails, NapuAbstrakSchistosomiasis saat ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di daerah endemis Napu, Kabupaten Poso, Sulawesi Tengah. Program pengendalian keong perantara schistosomiasis yang dilakukan adalah secara mekanik, kimiawi dengan moluskisida, dan secara biologi. Pengendalian keong secara biologi yang dilakukan adalah pelepasan itik di daerah fokus keong O.h.lindoensis, akan tetapi hal tersebut dibuktikan efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efektivitas pelepasan itik dalam pengendalian keong perantara schistosomiasis, Oncomelania hupensis lindoensis di Napu, Kabupaten Poso, Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Desember 2015 di daerah fokus keong Desa Mekarsari, Desa Maholo, dan Desa Watumaeta, Kabupaten Poso, Sulawesi Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan populasi keong yang signifikan secara statistik setelah pelepasan itik di Desa Mekarsari, tetapi tidak di Watumaeta dan Desa Maholo. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara populasi keong di daerah yang dilepas itik dengan daerah non intervensi. Pelepasan itik untuk pengendalian keong O.h.lindoensis menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan secara statistik pada daerah fokus tertentu, yaitu daerah fokus berupa saluran air yang tidak ditumbuhi rumput tebal, atau dengan substrat bebatuan seperti di Desa Mekarsari.Kata kunci : Schistosomiasis, itik, keong Oncomelania hupensis lindoensis, Nap

    Faktor Risiko yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Malaria di Indonesia (Analisis Lanjut Riskesdas 2013)

    Malaria is still endemic in most areas of Indonesia. Indonesia incluted the eastern part of the high malaria stratification, while Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Sumatra are being incluted in the medium stratification. Java and Bali are low endemic even though there are some villages of high endemic. Health status in an area is affected by four factors that are related and influenceach other, namely environmental, behavioral, health services and the off spring factors. Individual risk factors that contribute to the occurrence of malaria infection are age, gender, pregnancy, genetic, nutritional status, activities out of the house at night and contextual risk faktors (environment, seasons, social economy). The purpose of this research was to analyze the risk factors associated with the occurrence of malaria in Indonesia based on the data of basic health research (Riskesdas) by 2013. There were 19 individual factors showed significantly with malaria risk. History of insecticide spraying (and use of household insecticides) was not significantly associated with malaria risk. The greatest risk factor for malaria infection was the use of mosquito nets of nineteen individual factors there is one factors that was not a risk factor for the occurrence of malaria infection which is the factor home insect repellent/insecticide spraying. The greatest risk factor was the use of mosquito nets (OR = 2.30; 95% CI: 1.28-4.12) while the smallest was the travel time to the midwive services (OR = 0.32; 95% CI: 0.55-0,19.Keywords : Risk Faktors, Malaria, IndonesiaAbstrakMalaria masih endemis di sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia. Indonesia bagian timur masuk dalam stratifikasi malaria tinggi, sementara Kalimantan, Sulawesi dan Sumatera masuk dalam stratifikasi sedang. Daerah Jawa dan Bali masuk dalam stratifikasi rendah, namun masih terdapat desa dengan angka kasus malaria yang tinggi. Status kesehatan disuatu daerah dipengaruhi oleh empat faktor yang berhubungan dan saling mempengaruhi yaitu faktor lingkungan, perilaku, pelayanan kesehatan dan keturunan. Faktor risiko individual yang berperan terjadinya infeksi malaria adalah usia, jenis kelamin, genetik, kehamilan, status gizi, aktivitas keluar rumah pada malam hari dan faktor risiko kontekstual (lingkungan perumahan, keadaan musim, sosial ekonomi). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian malaria di Indonesia berdasarkan data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2013. Dari total sembilan belas faktor individual ada satu faktor yang bukan merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya infeksi malaria yaitu faktor rumah yang disemprot obat nyamuk/insektisida. Faktor yang paling besar risikonya adalah pemakaian kelambu berinsektisida (OR = 2,30 ; CI 95 % : 1,28-4,12) dan yang paling kecil adalah waktu tempuh ke pelayanan bidan (OR = 0,32 ; CI 95% : 0,19-0,55)Kata kunci : Faktor Risiko, Malaria, Indonesi

    Intervensi Terpadu Pengurangan Dampak Buruk Asap Rokok pada Ruangan Berpengatur Udara di Lingkungan Universitas Sriwijaya

    Abstract Sriwijaya University is a workplace and learning places which requires to be smoking-free areas. Most of the rooms were designed as closed-air conditioned so it can be harmful if there were smoking activity there. This study aimed to test the effectiveness of the integrated intervention of smoke harm reduction in closed space/air-conditioned rooms in the Sriwijaya University environment. Eighty one University employees were selected as respondents based on a cluster random sampling method. The intervention included interactive counselling, candy cigarette substitutes, and short messages text (SMS) of health promotion. Data analysis used was paired t test. The results indicated that the integrated interventions provided significant changes to knowledge and attitudes towards smoking in the closed spaces/air-conditioned rooms after the intervention (p-value = 0.002 and 0.016). Statistically, however, the behaviour has no difference in average scores of 12.89 and 12.78 respectively before and after intervention. To sum up, there is a need of a comprehensive and longterm interventions related to smoking behaviour changes in Sriwijaya University. In addition, a regulation related to smoke-free area in Sriwijaya University is urgently needed to protect passive smokers from the negative impacts of smoking activities. Sebagian besar ruangan didesain tertutup dan berpengatur udara Air Conditioning (AC) sehingga dapat menyebabkan dampak buruk jika ada aktivitas merokok di dalamnya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi terintegrasi pengurangan dampak buruk asap rokok pada ruangan tertutup /ber-AC di lingkungan Universitas Sriwijaya. Sebanyak delapan puluh satu pegawai Universitas Sriwijaya diambil sebagai responden menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Intervensi yang diberikan meliputi konseling interaktif, permen pengganti rokok dan pesan singkat promosi kesehatan. Analisis data menggunkan uji t berpasangan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Intervensi terintegrasi ini memberikan perubahan yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap aktivitas merokok di ruang tertutup/ber- AC setelah intervensi (p-value = 0.002 dan 0.016. Secara statistik, perilaku sebelum dan setelah intervensi tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dengan rata-rata skor (masing-masing 12.89 dan 12.78). Oleh Karena itu, diperlukan intervensi yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan dalam mengubah perilaku merokok di Universitas Sriwijaya.     AbstractMalaria control is remain a challenge although various attempts have been conducted. One of the issues in controlling the vectors is the presence of species complex. The species complex is an example of genetic diversity. Anopheles balabacensis, Baisas reported as complex species in various countries, but has not been widely reported in Indonesia. In order to enhance malaria control, it is important to understand the vectors and its bioecology. The aim of the study were a). to identify An. balabacensis, Baisas suspected as species complex based on ribosomal DNA the second internal transcribed spacer (ITS2) gene sequences, b). to understand the genetic diversity of An. balabacensis, Baisas collected from endemic and non endemic regions distincted by geographical distance, c). to understand the genetic relationships (taxonomi distance) among An. balabacensis, Baisas from difference regions in Indonesia through reconstructing the phylogenetic trees. The results showed that An. balabacensis, Baisas in Indonesia is identified as sympatric and allopatrik complex species. There were differences which was far enough in the genetic relationships among An. balabacensis populations collected from Pusuk Lestari in the area of Meninting Health Center, West Lombok, NTB. This differences were identified as sympatric complex. In addition, base on the relationship among An. leucosphyrus group, An balabacensis, Baisas collected from Berjoko Nunukan Regency showed that the species quite far compare to An. balabacensis, Baisas originally from Central Java and Lombok NTB.Keywords : An. balabacensis, genetic variation, the second Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS2).AbstrakPenanggulangan malaria masih banyak menemui kendala walaupun berbagai upaya telah dilakukan. Salah satu kendala yang menyulitkan dalam pengendalian vektor adalah adanya spesies kompleks pada populasi nyamuk vektor. Spesies kompleks merupakan contoh diversitas genetik. Anopheles balabacensis dilaporkan sebagai spesies kompleks di berbagai negara, akan tetapi belum banyak dilaporkan di Indonesia. Penanggulangan malaria agar lebih efektif perlu adanya perbaikan dan pendekatan strategi dalam pengendalian vektor, termasuk sangat diperlukan adanya pemahaman terhadap spesies dan bioekologinya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk : a). Mengidentifikasi secara molekuler nyamuk An. balabacensis yang dicurigai sebagai spesies kompleks berdasarkan sekuen ITS2 DNA ribosom, b). Mengetahui diversitas genetik nyamuk An. balabacensis dari daerah endemis dan non endemis dengan jarak geografis yang berbeda, c). Mengetahui kekerabatan genetik (jarak taksonomi) nyamuk An. balabacensis dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia dengan merekonstruksi pohon filogenetik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa An. balabacensis di Indonesia merupakan spesies kompleks simpatrik dan allopatrik. Ada perbedaan kekerabatan genetikyang cukup jauh diantara populasi An. balabacensis di Pusuk Lestari, wilayah Puskesmas Meninting, Lombok Barat, NTB yang merupakan simpatrik kompleks. Berdasarkan hubungankekerabatan An. leucosphyrus group, An. balabacensis dari Berjoko, Kabupaten Nunukan menunjukkan kecenderungan terpisah cukup jauh dibandingkan dengan An. balabacensiskompleks lainnya yang berasal dari Jawa Tengah dan Lombok, NTB.Kata kunci : An. balabacensis, variasi genetik, ITS2 DNA riboso

    Keragaman Genetik dari Msp 1, Msp 2, dan Glurp pada Plasmodium Falciparum di Kabupaten Sumba Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Timur

    AbstractMalaria is still a public health problem in Central Sumba regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Over the past decade, anti malaria drugs resistance has rapidly become a major public health problem in the East Nusa Tenggara, including Central Sumba regency. The problem of malaria control are not only influenced by the anti malaria drugs resistance on P. faciparum and specific genes but also by many variations of allele of Plasmodium malaria. A study is needed especially on molecular epidemiology of P. falciparum using locus gene Merozoites Surface Protein 1 (MSP 1) , Merozoites Surface Protein (MSP2) and Glutamate Rich Protein (GLURP), which aims to identify the genetic diversity marker of Plasmodium falciparum in Central Sumba Regency. The method applied was a nested Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) to each locus gen separately. The results of the 50 fresh blood of patients infected with P. falciparum, each gene locus of MSP 1, MSP 2 and GLURP can be identified as muchas 38%, 12% and 10%. The third gene locus was found only in 38 % (19/50) positive samples. It can be identified 7 alleles at each locus genes, three classes’MSP1 allele (15.8 %), four classes of MSP alleles (21.1%) and three classes of GLURP alleles (15.8 %). A multigenotype infection of P. falciparum and MSP 2 deleted was diverse marker of P. falciparum gene locus with varied class of alleles. It can be concluded that multigenotype infections have occurred in research location.Keywords : allel, P. falciparum, MSP 1, MSP 2, GLUP, diversity.AbstrakMalaria masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Kabupaten Sumba Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Selama beberapa dekade terakhir resistensi obat telah dengan cepat menjadi masalah utama malaria di wilayah NTT termasuk Kabupaten Sumba Tengah. Masalah pengendalian malaria diduga tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh resistensi obat anti malaria (OAM) dan gen tertentu pada P. faciparum tetapi juga oleh banyaknya variasi alel Plasmodium. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian epidemiologi molekuler pada P. falciparum dengan menggunakan lokus gen Merozoit Surface Protein 1, 2 (MSP1 - MSP2) dan Glutamate Rich Protein (GLURP), yang bertujuan mengidentifikasi keragaman genetik penyandi Plasmodium falciparum di Kabupaten Sumba Tengah. Metode pemeriksaan yangdigunakan adalah nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) terhadap masing-masing lokus gen secara terpisah. Dari 50 darah segar penderita terinfeksi P. falciparum, masing-masing lokus gen MSP 1, MSP 2 dan GLURP yang dapat diidentifikasi sebanyak 38%,12% dan 10%. Ketiga lokus gen hanya ditemukan pada 38 % (19/50) sampel positif. Teridentifikasi 7 alel pada masing-masing lokus gen yaitu pada MSP 1 ditemukan 3 kelas alel (15,8%), MSP 2 ditemukan 4 kelas alel (21,1%) dan GLURP ditemukan 3 kelas alel (15,8%). Infeksi multigenotip yang ditemukan pada penderita infeksi P. falciparum dan MSP 2 adalah lokus gen penyandi P. falciparum yang beragam kelas alel.     AbstractFrozen shoulder is a condition where there is inflammation, pain, adhesions, atrophy and shortening the joint capsule of the shoulder joint, causing limitations. Attacks are usually unilateral, occurring more among women than men and it is more common in the age of 45-60 years. Frozen shoulder can affect the shoulder joint stiffness and functional inhibition of shoulder motion. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Hold relax technique to increase the distance of abducted motion of the frozen shoulder. This study was a quasy experiment with pretest-post test design. As many as 10 research subjects who experience frozen shoulder with limitation of motion of joint shoulder abduction who came for treatment to Physiotherapy Clinic of Ratulangi Medical Center from February to may 2014. The results showed a significant difference before and after administration of the hold relax technique with an average obtained by the difference value ROM of 10.80 + 3.150 with test results Wilcoxon p = 0.005. Conclusions: There was an addition of the shoulder joint abduction range of motion before and after the application of Hold-relax technique on frozen shoulder, so it is expected this technique can be used to overcome frozen shoulder.Keywords : Hold Relax, Range of motion, Frozen shoulderAbstrakFrozen shoulder adalah keadaan dimana terjadi peradangan, nyeri, perlengketan, atropi dan pemendekan kapsul sendi sehingga terjadi keterbatasan gerak sendi bahu. Serangan umumnya bersifat unilateral, lebih banyak pada wanita dibandingkan laki–laki dan lebih sering terjadi pada usia 45 – 60 tahun. Frozen shoulder dapat berdampak pada kekakuan dan terhambatnya fungsi gerak sendi bahu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh teknik hold relax terhadap penambahan jarak gerak abduksi sendi bahu frozen shoulder. Penelitian ini adalah quasi experimen dengan disain pretes–post tes. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 10 orang yang mengalami frozen shoulder berdasarkan diagnosis dokter dengan keterbatasan gerak abduksi sendi bahu yang datang berobat ke klinik fisioterapi Ratulangi Medical Centre sejak Februari s/d Mei 2014. Sampel diperoleh secara accidental sampling selama periode penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian teknik hold relax dengan selisih rata–rata nilai range of motion sebesar 10,80 + 3,150 dengan hasil uji Wilcoxon p= 0,005. Kesimpulan, terjadi penambahan jarak gerak abduksi sendi bahu sebelum dan sesudah diberikan teknik hold relax pada frozen shoulder, sehingga diharapkan teknik ini dapat digunakan sebagai suatu metode mengatasi frozen shoulder.Kata kunci : Hold Relax, Jarak Gerak Sendi, Frozen shoulde
