RESIKO TERJADINYA KEGEMUKAN PADA ANAK USIA 3-5 TAHUN DENGAN STATUS GIZI PENDEK DI INDONESIA
Based on Basic Health Research 2007-2013, stunting and overweight in children have a tendency to increase. Some previous analysis found that there was a relationship between stunting and overweight. This analysis aimed to analyze the relationship between stunting and overweight in children aged 3-5 years in Indonesia. Data were taken from the national survey conducted in 2013. A total of 25.107 children aged 3-5 years from all provinces in Indonesia were become sample in this analysis. The relationship between stunting and the occurrence of overweight in children was analyzed using logistic regression. Analysis showed that the stunted status had become a risk of overweight in children with OR of 2,54 (CI 2,24 to 2,89) after correction by socioeconomic factors, sex of the child, father's education, and nutritional status of the father. The risk of stunted child of becoming overweight make the importance of dietary habit and proper diet for children who are stunted, so they will not become obese in later life
DIARE BALITA DI PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA DITINJAU DARI ASPEK AIR MINUM, SANITASI DAN PHBS (ANALISIS DATA RISKESDAS 2013)
Diarrhea is still a health problem in the community, due to it’s high level of morbidity and mortality, especially among under five children. Based on Baseline Health Research (Riskesdas) 2013, DKI Jakarta Province had good coverage of improved water access, sanitation, and personal hygiene behavior (PHBS), however, the prevalence of diarrhea was still high, and ranked in the top five for children under five in Indonesia. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of drinking water access to diarrhea among children under five adjusted by source of drinking water, sanitation, and mother’s handwashing behavior in DKI Jakarta. This study was a cross-sectional study with children under five of age in Riskesdas 2013 as unit of analysis. Data were analyzed by logistic regression to test the relationship between drinking water source as the main independent variable and diarrhea of children as dependent variable adjusted by other variables as confounders. The results showed that unimproved drinking water source affected diarrhea among children under five (p = 0.003) with OR(95%CI)=1.9(1.26–2.89) adjusted by sanitation and mother’s handwashing behavior. There were 47.1% households of children under five who suffered from diarrhea used drinking water refill. Therefore, we suggested that the households should process the drinking water refill before consume and the local health authority should make routine supervision to the depot of drinking water refill
PEMETAAN KESIAPAN DESA MENUJU DESA SIAGA DI LIMA PROPINSI
AbstractMapping of village readiness toward "desa siaga" (village preparedness) is the first step in thedevelopment of the desa siaga model. Ministry of Health plans to facilitate acceleration to achieve higherthe health level of people by developing village preparedness. Various health facilities community basedsuch Poskesdes, Polindes, Pos Obat Desa, Dana Sehat, etc need to be studied as embryo as entry point toachieve desa siaga model. The research has been conducted in five provinces (West Sumatera, Bali, WestJava, Banten, DI Yogyakarta). This research used the secondary data that was collected with the villagepotential form. The research population were the selected regencies. As the sample in this research ischoose the whole villages that are in one city and two regencies in selected provinces purposively. Thisresearch result's that community health centres were not developed yet in five research locations, howeverthe embryo such polindes have already exist especially in rural areas, plus the existence of posyandu withtheir well cadre either in rural or urban areas. Most UKBM found is posyandu for children and Polindes formother's maternal health. Keywords: Village, preparedness, healt
BEBERAPA ASPEK ENTOMOLOGI PENDUKUNG MENINGKATNYA KASUS DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE DI DAERAH ENDEMIS DI JAWA TENGAH
Dengue fever (DF) and dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) are caused by the four serotypes of dengue virus, type 1 to 4 belonging to the flavivirus family. Dengue viruses are transmitted principally by Aedes aegypti that breeds in water containers. This diseases are endemic and cause periodic or annual outbreaks in Indonesia. The occurrence of DHF outbreaks is linked to a number of factor including the density of mosquito vectors. Another entomological aspect such as vector resistance and trans-ovarian transmission phenomenon will be discused in this manuscript. This entomological survey was base on previous and concurrent with dengue vector resistance studies in endemic area in Central Java Province. The aim of this study were to explore the entomology data such as larval-free index, Containers Index, House Index, and Breteau Index. The entomological data was collected using resting mosquito colection technique in the morning and larval survey according to WHO guideline. The study was conducted in 8 endemic areas in Central Java i.e : Jepara District, Blora District, Semarang City, Surakarta City, Tegal City, Magelang City, PurwokertoCity and Salatiga City. The study revealed that the larval-free index in eighth areas ranged between 24,13% to 88,52%, lower than the national standard of 95%. The result of Container Index, House Index and Breteau Index ranged from 11,84 % to 75,16% ; 11,48 % to 75,86 % and 14,73% to 100 % respectively. The population of Ae. aegypti collected from 8 endemic area in Central Java eleven municipalities, regencies/cities in Central Java Province were resistant to Malathion 0,8 %, Bendiocarb 0,1 %, Lambdasihalotrin 0,05 % and Permethrin 0,75 %, including Deltamethrin 0,05 % and Etofenprox 0,5 %. However, in several location of this study were found the population of Ae. aegypti remain susceptible to Cypermethrin 0,05 % and Bendiocarb 0,1 %. The population of Ae. aegypti from Salatiga and endemic area from Central Java have shown the trans-ovarian transmission of dengue virus. The trans-ovarian transmission phenomenon was occured in several DHF endemic areas in Central Java Province

Deteksi Resistensi Oseltamivir Influenza A (H1N1pdm09) dari Pasien Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut Berat di Indonesia tahun 2014
Influenza viruses are classified into subtypes based on two surface antigens known as hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA). Antigenic changes of influenza virus can cause resistance to antiviral drugs which is already limited in variation. Resistance to the drugs used recently are due to antigenic drift by point mutation in a single amino acid at position 275 (H275Y). The purpose of this research is to identify the presence of influenza virus A (H1N1pdm09) that were resistant to oseltamivir from cases of severe acute respiratory infection (SARI)in Indonesia in 2014 by using a rapid detection test. Detection of oseltamivir resistance in NA gene is to identify the single nucleotide polimorphism (SNP) at position 275 (H275Y) using the real-time RT-PCR method from clinical specimens SARI case. A total of 870 specimens from six sentinel hospitals were collected and 15 of them positive H1N1pdm09. Of the 15 clinical specimens, H1N1pdm09 virus strains that have mutations H275Y were not found. Based on this finding, it can be concluded that during the year 2014, there is no influenza virus A (H1N1pdm09) resistant to oseltamivir from SARI cases specimen in six sentinel hospitals in Indonesia

Fraction AR-7 was active as antimicrobial against S. aureus, but was not active against another tested microoorganisms in TLC-bioautograph
Faktor Risiko Umur Lansia terhadap Kejadian Reaksi Obat yang Tidak Dikehendaki pada Pasien Hipertensi, Diabetes, Dislipidemia di Tiga Puskesmas di Kota Depok
Treatments in elderly patients are very complex and usually multiphatology thus causing an increase in number of polypharmacy for every clinical condition. The presence of hypertension, diabetes, and/or dyslipidemic will increase the risk of Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) because of polypharmacy and long term of treatments. This study aimed to assess the effect of elderly age on the incidence of ADR in patients with hypertension, diabetes, and/or dyslipidemia at Puskesmas Pancoran Mas, Beji, and Tanah Baru in Depok. The design of the study is cohort study. The study was conducted at January-June 2014. Sixty two elderly patients were collected as cohort group and 62 non-elderly patients as control group. Subjects were monitored every week for a month. Clinical Manifestation of ADR event was an evaluation result of the recording complaints experienced by the subject using Naranjo scale. Clinical manifestation of ADR events obtained from both group were analyzed using Chi-square and Logistic Regression Test. This study found that 30,6% patients experienced ADR events with 39 times of accurrences. The most common clinical manifestation was dry cough related to the use of captopril (56,3%). The risk factor of ADR event in elderly age is 3,577 times greater than non-elderly age
