    Model Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Daerah Berbasis Teknologi

    Bahasa dan sastra local Indonesia memiliki nilai yang sangat tinggi dan harus dijaga dengan baik. Setiap wilayah Indonesia mempunyai berbagai bahasa dari banyak suku, yang menjadi identitas budaya yang bersangkutan. Namun, dengan adanya globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, keberlangsungan dan pelestarian bahasa daerah terancam oleh kemungkinan tergantikan. Penurunan jumlah penutur dan banyaknya pengaruh bahasa asing menjadi tanda utama menurunnya keberadaan bahasa serta sastra lokal. Salah satu langkah untuk menghidupkan kembali semangat bahasa dan sastra lokal adalah dengan menciptakan papan ketik bahasa daerah yang dapat digunakan dengan mudah oleh orang dari berbagai kalangan usia. Sasaran utama dalam pengembangan papan ketik bahasa lokal adalah untuk memeperkenalkan bahasa tersebut, khususnya kepada generasi muda yang mulai terpengaruh oleh globalisasi dan lebih lupa dengan bahasa dan sastra lokal. Papan ketik ini dirancang dengan pendekatan pemprosesan Bahasa alami dan berbasis pada perangkat pintar. Tingkat Kesiapsiagaan Teknologi (TKT) berada di level enam, yang menunjukkan adanya demontrasi model prototipe dari sistem atau subsistem dalam konteks yang relevan.     Utilization of Blue Crab Shell (Portunus pelagicus) Fertilizer as a Culture Media for Chlorella sp.

    Blue crabs (Portunus pelagicus) are one of Indonesia\u27s leading export commodities due to their high economic value and demand. The blue crab processing industry primarily utilizes only the crab meat, while the shells have not been optimally utilized. Blue crab shells have the potential to be used as fertilizer because they contain nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus that can support the growth of Chlorella sp. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of blue crab shell fertilizer on the growth of Chlorella sp. The research design employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replications with varying concentrations of blue crab shell fertilizer: P1 (2%), P2 (2.5%), P3 (3%), and P4 (3.5%), along with a control group (K) using a standard fertilizer concentration of 1.5 ppm. The results indicate a significant effect of blue crab shell fertilizer on absolute growth (P<0.05) and specific growth rate (P<0.05), with treatment P4 yielding the highest growth of 2.45×10⁶ cells/ml and 0.54 individuals/day.     Mengintegrasikan Teknologi dan Pendekatan Pedagogis dalam Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris di Sekolah Dasar: Perspektif Para Guru

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana guru merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dan pendekatan pedagogis yang sesuai dengan kemampuan bahasa siswa. Penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi perencanaan pembelajaran, pemilihan media digital, penyesuaian metode pengajaran, evaluasi keberhasilan pembelajaran, serta tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam menggunakan teknologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang praktik pengajaran dan pertimbangan mereka. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang praktik pembelajaran yang efektif yang menggabungkan teknologi dan pedagogi, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan profesional guru dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di tingkat sekolah dasar. &nbsp

    Independence is important for every individual, especially women, to express themselves freely and do whatever they want without depending on others. Independence does not only occur due to the influence of others, but can occur as a result of encouragement from oneself who is already aware of one\u27s identity. This research aims to describe the value of independence contained in the novel Sabiya by Mellyana Dhian. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The subject of the study uses the novel Sabiya by Mellayana Dhian and the object of the research is the value of independence. The data collection technique used in this study uses the technique of reading, recording and summarizing. The results of the study showed data the value of independence contained in the novel Sabiya by Mellyana Dhian including behavioral autonomy and emotional autonomy. The results of the analysis are then used as recommendations for teaching materials for novel texts in SMK

    Emosi Tokoh Utama dalam Kumpulan Cerpen Tentang Kita dan Laut Karya Yetti A.K.A (Psikologi Sastra): Emotion Analysis of the Main Characters in the Collection of About Us and the Sea by Yetti A.KA.(Literary Psychology)

    The research has a psychological background that the people experience, namely emotional control. This problem is related to the psychology of the characters in the short About Us and the Sea by Yetti A.KA., especially the emotions that dominate the female characters. Researchers used qualitative descriptive methods referring to literary psychology. Data collection techniques include listening, taking notes and a literature study process. Next, the data is analyzed by collecting, reducing, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results of this research found that from the three short stories analyzed there were 32 character emotional data consisting of 12 basic emotions, 10 emotions related to sensory stimulation, 6 emotions related to self-assessment, and 4 emotions related to other people. There is complete emotional data obtained from the three short stories. The emotions that character often feel are basic emotions with feelings of happiness and sadness dominating

    Memory receives various influences from the social background, starting from the surrounding community where the individual lives. Interactions between individuals, including with the community, foster memory. This shows that remembering requires a social context to materialize. One manifestation of memory is from individual trauma or collective trauma in a society. The source of memory is rooted in the collective material of human social products. Then, the memory develops and creates a correlation between people in society. One of the collective memories that prevails in Indonesia is the memory related to the struggle for independence. Society has a memory of the memories that occurred since the Dutch colonial era in Indonesia. This collective memory then becomes very interesting if explored with a theory that can see how unbroken the chain of memory in society is. The researcher then conducted research related to memory trauma in a collection of short stories by Iksaka Banu entitled “Semua Untuk Hindia” to see how the   story responded to the traumas that occurred. This research uses informal data from a short story written by Iksaka Banu that tells a fictional story with a historical background, especially nostalgia for the colonial period. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which uses research and produces descriptive data in the form of written words such as dialog and sentences contained in novel. The qualitative method used is a descriptive method by presenting data as evidence that the author expresses collective memory in a novel. The results found that the author indirectly describes collective memory in the form of interrelated events during the Dutch colonization period

    This study aims to describe the narrative structure and interpret the meaning contained in the short story “Negosiasi Hati dan Pikiran (Kisah Mistis Hidupku)” by Uji Saputro. The story presents a personal journey marked by inner conflict and mystical experiences, told from a first-person point of view that explores the struggle between the mind, heart, and physical endurance. The research focuses on how the story’s structure is composed and what meanings can be interpreted from it. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The story features a dynamic plot, complex characters, emotional settings, and a first-person perspective that enhances reader engagement. In terms of meaning, the short story illustrates an internal negotiation between heart, mind, and body in facing life pressures and mystical experiences. This process symbolizes the search for identity, the balance between logic and emotion, and the effort to achieve inner peace. Overall, the story not only delivers a touching personal narrative but also offers a philosophical reflection on how humans overcome inner crises through strength from within

    Indonesia\u27s growing English-Medium Instruction (EMI) policy and vibrant multilingual landscape attract international students, yet the linguistic experiences of African students remain significantly under-researched. This narrative inquiry explored how Somali students in Indonesia perceive and navigate their linguistic experiences while enrolled in EMI programs, and what narratives emerge that illuminate the broader implications of language policy and multicultural education in Indonesia. A single Somali undergraduate participant was selected, and data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews, a life story approach, and observational notes. The data were analyzed using thematic narrative analysis. Key findings revealed profound language shock and initial identity displacement, strategic translanguaging and technological mediation, the vital role of peer-mediated emotional and linguistic support, and the cultivation of resilience alongside an evolving learner identity. These insights underscore the necessity for more robust pre-arrival language support, formalized peer mentoring programs, and targeted lecturer training to bridge the gap between EMI policy and practice. This study contributes to a nuanced understanding of language policy\u27s lived implications and offers practical recommendations for enhancing international student inclusion in diverse educational contexts.

    Identifikasi Jenis-Jenis Parafrasa Artificial Intelligence Quillbot dalam Bahasa Indonesia: Identification of Types of Paraphrasing by Artificial Intelligence Quillbot in Indonesian

    This study aims to identify the types of paraphrases generated by the artificial intelligence tool QuillBot in Indonesian and to analyze its effectiveness in reducing plagiarism in academic writing. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with documentation and data analysis techniques, based on Longacre’s (1995) paraphrase theory. The data were taken from 18 journal abstracts covering topics in linguistics, education, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, the abstracts were sourced from various study programs within the Faculty of Social Humanities at Universitas Bina Darma Palembang to ensure linguistic variety and enrich the analysis. All abstracts were paraphrased using QuillBot Premium and analyzed with Turnitin. The results show that from 123 sentences, QuillBot generated six of seven paraphrase types: Equivalent (74), Negative Antonym (2), Generic-to-Specific (1), Amplification (14), Specific-to-Generic (12), and Contraction (20). Furthermore, QuillBot was found effective in reducing plagiarism, with an average decrease of 28.89% based on Turnitin results. The greater the initial similarity, the higher the reduction after paraphrasing. As supporting data, the perceptions of five final-year students were gathered, and respondents stated that QuillBot helped simplify the paraphrasing process and reduce similarity scores, although manual revision was still needed to ensure accuracy and naturalness of meaning

    The Effect of Stem-Oriented Problem-Based Learning Model on Students\u27 Critical Thinking Abilities on Rotation Dynamics Material

    In the era of modern learning that increasingly emphasizes high-level thinking competencies, various innovative learning methods continue to be developed to improve the quality of education. One important aspect of the learning process is critical thinking skills that need to be developed early on in students, especially in subjects that require in-depth analysis such as physics. This study examines the impact of the STEM-integrated Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach on students\u27 critical thinking skills, especially in the context of rotational dynamics content. The PBL model is integrated with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach, where STEM elements are applied consistently throughout the learning process. The experiment is a type of research. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a posttest-only non-equivalent control group design. The study sample consists of a control and an experimental group. The essay assessment used for examination was validated through hypothesis testing using SPSS 27 software. The data collection technique used a posttest given to the control and experimental classes after treatment. Posttest results indicated improvement in both the experimental and control groups. Based on independent test results, the two-tailed significance level, 0,006 < 0,05, and the t-value of 2,79 > 1,663 (t table) show that the experimental and control groups differ significantly. A considerable difference exists in the performance offered at the student critical thinking level when the t count value is bigger than the t table. It can be inferred from applying the Problem-Based Learning paradigm in education that there are serious drawbacks
