THE ROLE OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX, INVESTMENT, GOVERNMENT EXPENDITURE IN ECONOMIC GROWTH
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of the Human Development Index (HDI), investment, and government spending on economic growth in Paser Regency from 2009 to 2020. The data used is derived from annual secondary data and analyzed using path analysis with AMOS 23 to examine direct and indirect relationships, with unemployment as a mediating variable. The results show that investment, particularly through increased production capacity and economic activity, has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while government spending and HDI have a negative effect on growth. This indicates that regional budget allocation is still dominated by unproductive spending, while the increase in HDI is not yet in line with labor market needs. Furthermore, mediation analysis shows that unemployment does not play a significant role in channeling the influence of independent variables on growth. Therefore, Paser\u27s economic dynamics are more influenced by structural elements than by labor market cycles. At the district level, this study provides empirical benefits by highlighting issues of fiscal inefficiency, human resource mismatches, and dependence on the mining sector. One consequence of this policy is that government spending must be allocated to more productive sectors, investment must be more diversified outside the extractive sector, and human resource development programs must be tailored to the needs of the labor market. It is hoped that these measures will boost sustainable economic growth and reduce structural vulnerability
SPATIAL ANALYSIS OF INCOME INEQUALITY IN INDONESIA
This study seeks to analyze the spatial dimension of income inequality in Indonesia. This study was conducted by comparing the spatial dimension of income inequality in Indonesia in 2019 with the spatial dimension of income inequality in Indonesia in 2024. This study can provide an overview of income inequality over the last 5 years, before the Covid-19 pandemic and after the recovery period from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The similarities with previous research is found in the area of focus. Meanwhile, the differences lies on the analysis method used. The data used in this study is the value of Gini Ratio for 2019 period and 2024 period. Analysis method used includes geographic information system analysis and Moran index analysis. The finding of this study is from the mapping with using geographic information system analysis, it can be seen that the provinces with the highest income inequality in 2019 period did not necessarily have high income inequality in 2024 period. Conversely, the provinces with the lowest income inequality in 2019 period did not necessarily have low income inequality in 2024 period. The analysis result of Moran index in 2019 period and 2024 period indicated positive and significant value of Moran index. Positive and significant value of Moran index meant that there were clustered areas which have the same characteristic. Policy implication of this study is that, collaboration across levels of government and a focus on strategic infrastructure, education, and improving the distribution of social assistance
PEMANFAATAN KONTEN INSTAGRAM DALAM KAMPANYE POLITIK: ANALISIS KONTEN VISUAL @yashinta.istimewa
This study examines the strategic use of Instagram as a visual communication tool in a political campaign context. The campaign analyzed focuses on building a candidate\u27s image through three main content formats: images, videos, and mixed media (a combination of images and videos). The objective is to assess how these content formats and visual elements, such as color, typography, layout, and logo consistency, impact audience perception and engagement. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data is derived from detailed content analysis of campaign posts on Instagram. Findings reveal that images dominate the campaign\u27s content due to their high visual impact and immediate recognition, while videos serve as complementary content to enhance emotional engagement. Key themes such as female empowerment, local culture, and sustainable transport innovations resonate well with the audience, strengthening the candidate’s image as a responsive and relatable figure. The study concludes that a combination of visually consistent elements and socially relevant themes in social media can effectively build a political candidate’s brand, fostering closer connections with the electorate. This approach offers insights into effective digital campaign strategies for future political communication
Exploring AI-Driven Public Services in Semarang : E-Governance and Economic Development Study
The rapid growth of information technology has led to advancements in government administration through e-governance, which provides digital, and the private sector. This study objective examines the role of the Semarang City Government in utilizing e-governance technology with artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on regional economic conditions. Drawing on the framework of the public sphere and deliberative democracy, particularly Jurgen Habermas\u27 concepts, this study investigates the performance of AI-based e-governance services in Semarang City in relation to the economy. The study hypothesizes that the e-governance service system represents a new paradigm and is subject to institutional constraints. The applications used in the e-governance system carry the meaning of e-government. In response, the involvement of the private sector in cooperation, contribution, and economic drivers has a conservative logic. The method used in this research are document analysis and comparison. The findings reveal that AI-based e-governance services influence the economic stability of a region, primarily in the percentage of poverty alleviation. Artificial Intelligence in services effecrively offers economic improvement through strategic measures. The findings in this chapter offer refelections on the progress of service technology in Semarang City, enabling it to promote fair and inclusive public welfare.
E-Government Service Quality Berbasis Sistem Online Single Submission (OSS) Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Pontianak
Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di era digital telah menjadi kebutuhan penting, terutama dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Pemerintah berupaya menyederhanakan prosedur pelayanan agar birokrasi menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat melalui penerapan E-government. Pemerintah Kota Pontianak, melalui Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP), sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko, melaksanakan pelayanan publik menggunakan sistem daring Online Single Submission (OSS). Sejak diberlakukannya sistem OSS pada tahun 2021, jumlah permohonan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) di Kota Pontianak mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan E-government melalui sistem OSS dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di DPMPTSP Kota Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan OSS meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan melalui dimensi tangibles , reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empati. Infrastruktur fisik dan digital modern, sistem layanan daring yang user friendly, serta staf yang terlatih mampu memberikan layanan cepat, akurat, dan terpercaya. Sistem ini menyediakan layanan 24 jam, mendukung transparansi, akuntabilitas, efektivitas, dan efisiensi, serta memperkuat interaksi pemerintah dengan masyarakat
Analisis Penempatan Dinding Geser Terhadap Respon Struktur Gedung Bertingkat (Studi Kasus: Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu SBSN IAIN Kudus)
High-rise buildings are closely related to the problem of lateral loads, which is directly proportional to the height of the building. This research studied the placement alternative analysis of shear walls in multi-story buildings to obtain the smallest story drift value between floors. In this research, the method used is dynamic earthquake response spectrum analysis using ETABS software. Six shear wall models were created with one existing model. Apart from changing the placement, changes to the shear wall configuration were also made to obtain the minimum story drift value between floors for each model. The results are that among the six shear wall models applied to laboratory buildings, three models met the permit limit according to SNI 1726:2019 regulations, namely 33.08 mm. Then the 5th model was choosen with the placement of L-shaped shear walls at both ends of the building as the model with the smallest story drift value according to the building\u27s needs. The largest story drift value for the 5th model for the X direction is 28.71 mm and the largest story drift value for the Y direction is 22.22 mm
Perencanaan Dinding Penahan Tanah Pada Bantaran Sungai Luk Ulo Kabupaten Kebumen
The Luk Ulo River, located in Kebumen Regency, plays an important role in supporting agricultural activities and local infrastructure. Unstable riverbank conditions pose a potential risk of landslides that may endanger the surrounding areas. To address this issue, an engineering solution in the form of a retaining wall (Dinding Penahan Tanah, DPT) is required to maintain slope stability. This study aims to design a cantilever-type retaining wall on one side of the Luk Ulo Riverbank. The methodology involves numerical analysis and manual calculations to evaluate stability against overturning, sliding, and bearing capacity failure. The analysis results indicate that the designed retaining wall achieves a safety factor of 2.85 against overturning, 3.43 against sliding, and 9.04 against bearing capacity failure. All safety factors satisfy the requirements specified in SNI 8460:2017. Therefore, the proposed retaining wall structure is considered safe and suitable for implementation as a slope stabilization solution along the Luk Ulo Riverbank
Implementasi Fuzzy Logic Controller Pada Sistem Kendali Suhu dan Kelembapan Greenhouse Tanaman Stroberi
Tanaman stroberi merupakan tanaman yang dapat tumbuh optimal dengan kondisi lingkungan seperti di dataran tinggi. Kondisi lingkungan yang kurang baik dapat menyebabkan tanaman stroberi tumbuh kurang maksimal. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya greenhouse untuk melindungi tanaman stroberi dari kondisi lingkungan yang kurang baik dan resiko serangan hama penyakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem kendali pada greenhouse tanaman stroberi. Sistem kendali pada greenhouse ini menggunakan fuzzy logic controller metode sugeno. Hasil pengujian sensor DHT22 memiliki rata – rata error 1,06 % untuk pengukuran suhu dan memiliki rata - rata error 1,77 % untuk pengukuran kelembapan udara. Sensor soil moisture memiliki rata – rata error 2.53 % untuk mengukur kelembapan tanah. Hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa kondisi greenhouse menggunakan sistem kendali memiliki suhu rata-rata pada pagi hari yaitu 28,02 °C, pada siang hari yaitu 33,03 °C, dan pada malam hari yaitu 27,82 °C. Data kelembapan udara rata – rata pada pagi hari yaitu 80,17 %, pada siang hari yaitu 67,83 %, dan pada malam hari yaitu 80,46 %. Data kelembapan tanah rata – rata yaitu 67,97 %. Tanaman stroberi yang terdapat di dalam greenhouse tumbuh lebih optimal dan menghasilkan buah dari pada tanaman stroberi yang berada di luar greenhouse yang terlihat lebih layu dan tidak menghasilkan buah
Characterization of Yellow Tabebuia Flower Extract (Tabebuia aurea) Nanoparticles and Bioactivity as Antioxidant: Karakterisasi Nanopartikel Ekstrak Bunga Tabebuya Kuning (Tabebuia aurea) dan Bioaktivitas sebagai Antioksidan
Degenerative diseases can be prevented by natural antioxidants in plant. Yellow tabebuia flower is natural antioxidants. Plant extracts can develope into green synthesis nanoparticle to increase the effectiveness as medicinal materials. This research aims to determine the characteristics of yellow tabebuia flower extract nanoparticles and bioactivity as antioxidants. The methods included preparation and extraction of simplisia using ethanol solvent by maceration and sonication. The extract was determined flavonoid and phenol content by colorimetric method and antioxidant activity by DPPH method. The extract was also made into nano particles by ionic gelation method, with variations addition of tween 80 as much as 0.5, 0.75 and 1 ml. The results of this research are extract has a yield 13.09%, contains flavonoids, tannins, phenolics, alkaloids, saponins and terpenoids. The value of total flavonoid content is 0.59%, total phenolic content is 3.11% and antioxidant activity test has IC50 value of 165.26. The use ionic gelation method can reduce particle size. Three formulas that made the variation surfactant addition has a particle size of 47-283 nm, in addition tween80 1 ml has the smallest particle size of 47 nm with a zeta potential value of 39.3 mV.

PUBLIC POLICY WITH AI: THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE POLICY PROCESS
This research examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in public policy through a literature study approach. The background of the research is based on the rapid development of digitalization and the increasing need for innovation in governance. AI, as a data analysis and prediction tool, has the potential to improve the quality of decision-making and the efficiency of public administration. This study identifies various AI implementations in the health, transportation, and public service sectors in several countries, highlighting benefits such as improved service effectiveness and operational optimization. However, AI implementation also poses ethical challenges such as algorithmic bias, privacy issues, and lack of transparency in the decision-making process. The discussion in this study addresses policy recommendations to address these challenges as well as a comparison of AI adoption in developed and developing countries, providing insights into best practices and anticipated barriers. The research concludes that responsible AI adoption, supported by comprehensive regulation and capacity building of the apparatus, can significantly transform public policy
