THE EFFECT OF BOARD DIVERSITY, SUSTAINABILITY RISK RATING, ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE, AND MEDIA EXPOSURE ON ESG DISCLOSURE
Full text linkThe impact of environmental performance, media attention, board diversity, and sustainability risk rating on the ESG disclosure of Kompas100 businesses listed on the BEI in 2021–2023 is investigated in this study. The ESG disclosure is the dependent variable. Media exposure, environmental performance, sustainability risk rating, and board diversity are examples of independent variables. The company\u27s website has sustainability and annual reports, which provide secondary data for this study. Purposive sampling with preset criteria was the method employed, yielding a sample of 79 businesses with 175 data points. Multiple linear regression using SPSS is the data analysis method. The study\u27s findings show that while environmental performance has little bearing on ESG disclosure, board diversity, sustainability risk rating, and media exposure all have a favorable impact
Partisipasi Perempuan dalam Politik dan Pengambilan Keputusan di Kabupaten Gunungkidul
Full text linkPartisipasi perempuan dalam politik dan pengambilan keputusan di Kabupaten Gunungkidul menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan perempuan di politik serta menganalisis kebijakan dan inisiatif yang telah dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan analisis kritis terhadap data dan informasi dari berbagai sumber. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori partisipasi politik menurut Nimmon (dalam Miaz, 2012) dimana keterlibatan seseorang dalam partisipasi politik dipengaruhi oleh faktor peluang resmi, sumber daya sosial, dan motivasi personal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat peningkatan partisipasi perempuan dari tahun ke tahun, pencapaian kuota 30% perempuan di parlemen masih belum tercapai, dengan angka partisipasi hanya mencapai 24,44%. Tantangan utama meliputi stereotipe yang menganggap perempuan kurang kompeten, keterbatasan pendidikan, dan kendala finansial dalam kampanye. Strategi yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi politik dan pengambilan keputusan antara lain peningkatan program edukasi dan pelatihan, kampanye penghapusan stereotip gender, kebijakan afirmasi finansial, serta sinergitas kerjasama dengan LSM dan organisasi perempuan. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan partisipasi perempuan akan terus meningkat dan mencapai kesetaraan gender yang diinginkan.
 
PENGEMBANGAN AREA BALIK CILIK SEBAGAI PELESTARIAN PERMAINAN ANAK TRADISIONAL MELALUI PPK ORMAWA
Full text linkProgram Pengembangan Area Balik Cilik di Kampung Citrucoffee merupakan inisiatif yang bertujuan melestarikan permainan tradisional di tengah modernisasi. Permainan tradisional memiliki manfaat besar bagi perkembangan anak, termasuk peningkatan keterampilan motorik, sosial, dan budaya. Namun, kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan gaya hidup telah menyebabkan permainan ini hampir punah. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, metode sosialisasi dan edukasi digunakan, dengan fokus pada pembuatan alat permainan tradisional dan pembangunan sarana yang aman bagi anak-anak di Desa Japan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pembersihan lahan dan pembuatan berbagai alat permainan tradisional seperti bakiak dan egrang. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan dampak positif, yaitu meningkatnya minat anak-anak terhadap permainan tradisional, serta pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Kesimpulannya, program ini tidak hanya berhasil menghidupkan kembali permainan tradisional, tetapi juga memperkuat identitas budaya di kalangan generasi muda, sekaligus mengajarkan pentingnya menjaga warisan budaya di era modern
Peningkatan Manajemen Olahraga Unggulan Desa Treko
Full text linkKegiatan olahraga tidak hanya penting untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental, tetapi juga berperan dalam membangun karakter, meningkatkan disiplin, serta memupuk kerja sama tim. Desa Treko di Kecamatan Mungkid, Kabupaten Magelang, memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai Desa Olahraga Binaan, mengingat fasilitas yang memadai dan minat masyarakat terhadap olahraga seperti bola voli, bulu tangkis, dan karate. Namun, pengelolaan olahraga di desa ini masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, program PPK Ormawa UKM Olahraga dan Beladiri Universitas Tidar tahun 2024 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan manajemen olahraga melalui penerapan prinsip-prinsip Sport Management Principles. Program ini meliputi sosialisasi cabang olahraga unggulan, pembentukan komunitas olahraga, perbaikan infrastruktur, pelatihan rutin, pembuatan website Desa Treko Sport Village, dan penyelenggaraan turnamen. Metode yang digunakan adalah Strategic Sport Management yang dirancang untuk memaksimalkan potensi olahraga desa dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam partisipasi masyarakat, terbentuknya komunitas olahraga yang solid, perbaikan infrastruktur yang mendukung kegiatan olahraga, serta pengembangan atlet-atlet berprestasi. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pengembangan potensi olahraga di Desa Treko tetapi juga pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui kegiatan olahraga yang terorganisir dengan baik
Peran Edukasi Literasi Digital dalam Mengurangi Dampak Negatif Media Sosial
Full text linkPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kesadaran akan penggunaan media sosial yang bijak di kalangan generasi muda. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode penyuluhan interaktif yang melibatkan pemaparan materi, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik digital detox. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Dusun Tapen, Desa Pagersari, dengan peserta utama anggota Karang Taruna yang mayoritas berusia di bawah 20 tahun. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang dampak konsumsi video pendek secara berlebihan, terutama terkait efek dopamin, gangguan konsentrasi, dan produktivitas. Selain itu, peserta mulai menerapkan strategi pengelolaan waktu akses media sosial dengan menggunakan fitur screen time serta mengganti kebiasaan menggulir konten dengan aktivitas yang lebih produktif. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran peserta dalam memanfaatkan media sosial secara lebih sehat dan bertanggung jawab. Program serupa diharapkan dapat diperluas untuk menjangkau lebih banyak komunitas guna membangun budaya digital yang lebih positif

Drawing on works by poets such as Mary Oliver, Langston Hughes, Pablo Neruda, and Edgar Allan Poe, the analysis reveals how rain operates as both a metaphor for melancholy and a catalyst for renewal. Using a comparative thematic approach grounded in close textual analysis, the study investigates how rain imagery reflects intersections between emotion, culture, and environment in modern poetic expression. The discussion highlights how rain imagery serves personal introspection, cultural identity, and collective healing, especially in contexts marked by historical hardship or environmental scarcity. The paper’s novel contribution lies in its synthesis of emotional and ecological readings of rain symbolism, demonstrating how this natural motif bridges inner psychological states and broader cultural narratives. By tracing the dual nature of rain—as a source of sadness and as a rejuvenating force—the paper underscores its enduring thematic relevance in modern poetry
The Role of Entrepreneurial Marketing and Digital Engagement on Innovative Work Behavior in Tourism MSMEs, Moderated by Social Media Algorithms
Full text linkThis study investigates how entrepreneurial marketing and digital engagement influence innovative work behavior in Indonesian tourism MSMEs, while also examining the moderating role of social media algorithms. Drawing on the Resource-Based View, the study conceptualizes entrepreneurial marketing and digital engagement as critical intangible resources that potentially drive firm-level innovation. Employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with data from tourism MSMEs, the findings reveal that digital engagement significantly enhances innovative work behavior, whereas entrepreneurial marketing shows a marginally significant impact. Contrary to expectations, the moderating effects of social media algorithms were not statistically significant, indicating these external digital dynamics may not meaningfully shape the resource-innovation linkages. These insights extend theoretical discussions by emphasizing the differentiated contributions of internal capabilities and the limited moderating role of external algorithmic factors. Practically, the study highlights the necessity for MSME managers to invest in robust digital engagement strategies to cultivate innovation. Future research could explore additional moderating variables or adopt cross-industry perspectives to enrich the understanding of innovation dynamics in small enterprises. This research thus provides both theoretical and practical contributions, underscoring how internal digital competencies predominantly drive innovative behaviors within the context of Indonesia’s evolving tourism sector
Integration of Social, Economic, Environmental, and Health Pillars In Sustainable Village Development (Systematic Literature Review Perspective)
Full text linkSustainable village development requires a holistic approach that integrates four main pillars: social, economic, environmental, and health. A systematic literature review (SLR) based on the PRISMA protocol, conducted on 56 academic documents, successfully identified and mapped the key elements of each pillar. The findings reveal that these four pillars are interwoven and mutually reinforcing within a dynamic framework encompassing participation, equity, resilience, and efficiency. This integration underscores that sustainability depends not only on technical policies but also on local institutional strength, community adaptive capacity, and the principle of inclusiveness. The implication is that village development planning must adopt an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to realize comprehensive, resilient, and sustainable well-being, where the balance among pillars serves as the key to successful transformation toward a better future for rural communities
Generation Z’s Intention to Use Furniture Waste Briquettes: Insights into Green Energy Awareness and Consumer Willingness to Pay
Full text linkRenewable energy sources are a key development focus and a strategic project worldwide, given the limitations of non-renewable resources. This has led to the push for the development of new renewable resources. Briquettes are one such alternative resource that is environmentally friendly. Briquettes can replace coal, natural gas, and wood charcoal, thus reducing dependence on non- renewable and environmentally harmful resources. Generation Z, as the younger generation, should consider using briquettes as a fuel source in their daily activities. This study aims to analyze Generation Z\u27s interest in using briquettes and to understand the Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning of briquettes. The research uses a mixed-method approach with 7 qualitative respondents and 100 quantitative respondents. The findings show that Environmental Awareness, Willingness to Pay, and Product Quality positively influence Generation Z\u27s interest in using furniture waste briquettes. In terms of positioning, briquettes are primary used by Generation Z for various activities during specific moments
Beyond Normative Rigidity: Redefining Law as an Adaptive, Empirical, and Technologically Responsive Social Construct
Full text linkLaw is one of the characteristics of the field of science compared to other fields of science. Some legal experts, therefore, place law as a stand-alone science. Legal science is a means of connecting the interests of the government and society in an effort to achieve order and peace in a country. To achieve this goal, legal science is then translated into regulation. The relationship between the government and citizens in the context of this regulation\u27s formation reaffirms that the law has a broad scope, encompassing economic, social, political, and technological interests. The research method employed is a normative legal research method with a prescriptive approach, wherein the research is conducted by analyzing the legal reasons lawmakers use to make a decision. The existence of law that can adjust the dynamics of community development during the Industrial Revolution, from 1.0 to 4.0, has even begun to enter the era of Society 5.0, confirming that law is a science that is urgently needed by society to regulate and create order
